Welcome to >BLOC! [VALID AS OF 3/16/15]
To get started, follow the link in the thread and scroll down, Click create your nation.
 
Choose your political system, Multi-Party Democracy, Dictatorship, Military Junta, ect;
 
Create a name for your self and your nation, fill out other information, confirm registration with email.
 
At the bottom of page click settings.
 
Change your Flag, Portrait, and Description, So people don't kill you, thinking you are new.
 
Align yourself with the US or USSR. If you are a democracy, align with USA, If a One-Party country or dictatorship, Align with USSR.
 
Head to the world map by clicking on 'World', Find a player with a green Yes next to their rank.
 
If that player has a small army, (Lower than about ~10k) Attack them. Make sure it says they are inactive.
