  7. A: Sending your consciousness out of your body to experience the astral plane. This can be done either in a completely immersed setting while asleep or in a deep trance, or in a "split consciousness" setting where you are aware of both the physical and the astral.

  10. A: Another plane that overlaps this one, where spiritual energy resides. The astral is also where the soul goes after death.
