  1. >The sun shines brightly into your room, bouncing off the glossy floors and lighting the entire room in golden hue. Everything about this morning is normal all except for...
  2. > “Wake up, Anonymous! thou doesn't hath time to sleep in.” The moon Princess says while prodding at your back with her hoof.
  3. “ahhh, just ten more minutes!”
  4. > “Nay, thou shall have plenty of time to sleep on the ride to the Crystal Empire.”
  5. >Ignoring Luna, you continue to lie in your bed.
  6. >Your attempts to go back to sleep are cut short as Luna continues to nudge your back with both hooves.
  7. “Leave me alone.”
  8. >You pull a nearby pillow over your head trying to go back to sleep.
  9. > “GET OUT OF THE BED!” Luna yells in her Royal Canterlot voice, shaking the very confines of your room.
  10. >Slowly you peek out from under your pillow with an annoyed look, and are met with a stern one in return.
  11. > “Are thou going to get up?” Luna says in a frustrated tone.
  12. “You’re going to have to drag me out of this bed, because I’m not getting up otherwise.”
  13. >The vain on Luna’s forehead flares for a moment before she regains her composure. She takes a deep breath while placing her hoof on her chest and pushing it away as she exhales.
  14. >Luna looks at you again but this time she has a devilish grin on her face that makes your heart stop.
  15. >“We can do that.” She says as her grin turns into an evil smile.
  16. >Luna encases your left foot in her magic using it to jerk your ass out of the bed and onto the cold floor. If you weren't so damn tired you’d probably do something but right now you could care less what she does.
  17. >She calls for a maid that nervously walks into your room.
  18. > “Please, have his belongings sent to carriages.” Luna says to the maid while dragging your ass out of the room.
  19.
  20.
  21. >Being dragged through the halls of the castle again, just like old times. Well, at least you have briefs on this time around, can’t say the same for the rest of your body. A shirt would be nice right now. Damn cold floor.
  22. >You stare up to the ceiling watching as the styles change with each room you pass through to the unknown destination, Come to think of it where the fuck is Luna taking you?
  23.  “Hey, where the hell are we going?”
  24. > “The dining hall, our sister is waiting for us as are the Elements. They’re probably wondering why we have taken so long to retrieve you.”
  25. “Well, considering how big your rump is, they may have come to the conclusion it takes you a bit more time to get around, you know with all that extra weight it must be a changeling to get around these days.”
  26. >Luna comes to a halt turning her head ever so slowly ‘till she meets your eyes. Her face is on fire right now and the vain in her forehead is flaring again. Boy did you choose the wrong choice of words to say, she’s going to kill you now.
  27. >You better think of something to say fast.
  28. “Luna… It was just a joke don’t take it seriously.”
  29. >Luna’s face turns from complete anger to a devious smile that sends shivers up and down your spine.
  30. >She returns to dragging you, but in a different direction this time opposite from the Dining hall.
  31. “Uh, Luna, the dining hall is back that way. If you go through there it will just take longer and we’ll waste time.”
  32. >She ignores you and continues on her path into the Formal Room.
  33. >You wonder what she’s got planned in that evil little mind of hers. Whatever it is this room has something to do with it, but what? Come on really what is she going to do to you in here, drag you though all the furniture? Wait a minute…
  34. >The formal room is full of carpet… you don’t have a shirt on!
  35. “Luna, please I’m sorry, it was just a joke. You know HA-HA, funny?”
  36. >“Oh, don’t worry, Anonymous. We know thou meant no real verbal harm.” She says keeping that scary smile on her face.
  37. >Luna pace increases as you both draw closer to the formal room.
  38. >You’re starting to freak out, looking for anything to grab onto and pull yourself away from Luna’s magic. You just had to open your big fucking mouth and say something stupid.
  39.
  40. “Come on, Luna, I’m sorry, really, I didn't mean it.”
  41. >Pleading with her isn't working and it never has, Luna has a one set mind when it comes to getting even with you. It’s scary because you never know what she is going to do until it’s too late.
  42. >Luna opens the door to the formal room.
  43. >In a desperate attempt to break free you latch onto the door frame trying to pull yourself away from Luna’s magical grip.
  44. >Her magical grasp doesn't waver one bit as she pulls harder on your legs.
  45. >The frame of the door cracks as your fingers sink into its wooden structure as she pulls harder and harder.
  46. >You risk a glance back to find she still has that scary ass smile on her face. With one final tug of her magic you’re ripped away from the frame with a few pieces of it in your hands, very large pieces at that. You must have ripped the entire right side of the door frame off…
  47. >Your back feels like it is on fire as Luna gallops around the room a few times while you scream obscenities as loud as you can.
  48. “HOLY FUCKING SHIT!”
  49. “You are so… FUCK! Going… to pay… for this Luna, Just so you know.”
  50.  >Luna laughs at your threats brushing it off like if nothing is going to ever happen, oh how wrong she is. She better watch her ass after this. It’ll be when she least expects it, it may be not today or even tomorrow but you’ll get her back…
  51.
  52. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  53.
  54. >The cold polished tile is doing wonders for your back right now, soothing whatever burning sensation you have, but not doing much about the itching.
  55. >Luna’s still dragging you with her magic in a rather slow pace than before. She’s probably taking her sweet time to enjoy these moments while she can.
  56. >For some reason thoughts from yesterday’s events rumble through your head. Shit really hit the fan yesterday with the incident you caused with Blue Blood, starting turmoil with the some hierarchies from the council.
  57. >You really don’t give a shit what the council thinks anyways. You’re not going to apologize to that little bastard Blue Blood and you’re definitely not sorry. He’s lucky you only ripped his mane off instead of his head, with the things he said to Rarity…
  58. > Rarity… you wonder how she is fairing after last night. She was really hurt by Blue Bloods words, running off into the castle in tears. Your intentions were to find her after dealing with Blue Blood, but that plan was cut short when Celestia asked Luna to escort/levitate you to your room--
  59. >Your thoughts are interrupted by the sound of impetuous hooves tapping against the floor.
  60. > “Ah, Council members, how are ye this fine young morning?” Luna asks.
  61. >The members all speak in unison. “We are well your highness.” They all say with a bow.
  62. > “How are you this day your majesty?” The leader of the group asks.
  63. > “We are fine, Thank you.” Luna says with a smile.
  64. >You glance off from Luna’s side to get a look at the group and in doing so you are met with a bunch of dirty, disapproving looks. You smirk at them before crossing your arms and looking away. Luna takes notice of this but says nothing.
  65. > “Well, our dear sister and the Elements are probably wondering what is taking us so long. We should get going. Come, Anonymous.” Luna’s says frantically dragging you onward.
  66. >As you are dragged passed the Council you keep your head turned away acting as if they are not even there. You know for a fact they're still giving you nasty looks, it doesn't take eyes in the back of your head to know that.
  67. > The sounds of them whispering to each other cause you to cock your head in attention allowing you to catch some of their sly comments.
  68. >“I cannot believe the Princess allows that thing to roam around the castle. After what he did he should have been thrown into the dungeon and left alone to rot like the monster he is.” One of them sneered
  69. > “Do not fret my fellow members,” Another one speaks, “He’ll be crushed in the tournament, and when that day comes he will be a threat to Canterlot no more.”
  70.
  71. >You turn your head to look at their leader who made the last comment. He takes notice of you and releases a scornful sound from his mouth, before disappearing with the group around a corner.
  72. > Those words made you grit your teeth to where it was almost painful. You were right; they do think you’re a monster.  As quick as the anger came it dissipated rather rapidly.
  73. “Let me go, Luna.”
  74. >Luna turns her head to you with a furrowed brow.  “Do not worry, Anonymous. We are happy to help you—“
  75. “Luna! Let me go… please.”
  76. >You’re sudden outburst shocks the Princess of the night. She’s never heard you yell before, and her expression in changed to concern.
  77. >Her magic around your legs fades, both of your feet drop to the floor in a slump. You lie there for a moment before pushing yourself off the ground and walk past Luna.
  78. > “Anonymous, is everything ok? Is thou mad at us?” She asks timidly
  79. >You cock your head slightly to Luna while continuing to walk.
  80. “No, Luna, I’m not mad, not at you anyway… I’m sorry for yelling.”
  81. >Luna trots to your side, scanning your body from head to toe. She notices your fist is clenched tight enough to crush solid diamond with ease.  She nuzzles the side of it and in doing so startles you, but also soothes the tension.
  82.
  83. >The next few minutes are spent silent as you and Luna walk together through the last great hall and into the Dining room. Upon entering you’re met with a cordial smile from Celestia, which lifts your spirits a little, but still not bringing you out of the dumps.
  84. >The rest of your friend’s give you a hearty hello except for Twilight, who's still moping for god knows what reason. She’s acting like someone just burnt her favorite book and spread the ashes around her bed and made her lay in it.
  85. > “We were startin’ ta think y’all weren't comin’.” Apple Jack said being the first to speak.
  86. “Luna decided to take me on a detour through the castle.”
  87. >You stumble trying to get to your chair almost falling flat on your face but manage to throw your arms out before hitting the floor. The fatigue feeling you have, combined with your irritated mood, only seem to heighten the difficulty of simple actions like walking.
  88. >Grabbing hold of the both arm rest, you pull yourself into the chair and situate yourself before noticing the awkward looks from your friends and the Princesses.
  89. >Rainbow Dash speaks up, “Anon, how do I put this. You look like--”
  90. “Shit?”
  91. >Rainbow nods compliantly in unison with the others.
  92. >A voice that would resemble Fluttershy’s shyness, but with a more wheezy tone draws your attention. “G-Good m-morning sir, what w-would you like t-to eat?”
  93. >As you turn to meet the pony addressing you, you lean against the armrest a little too hard, snapping it off and almost fall on your face again. (It is just not your day today). Your eyes travel up to find a pony in a maid outfit shaking in her hooves.
  94. “I’m sorry about that. I didn’t mean to frighten you.”
  95. >The little gray and black mane pony seems to calm down, but she’s still a bit jumpy as you can tell. “T-That’s, ok, sir. What w-would you like to eat?”
  96. >To be honest, you didn’t feel hungry and that’s a first for you. Usually you’ll eat everything in sight, but today you just felt out of it.
  97. “I’m not hungry, thank you,”
  98. >The little pony bows her head slightly before taking her leave.
  99.
  100. >Slouching back down in your chair, you accidentally break the other armrest off in your hand. You stare at the chunk of splintered wood for a moment before tossing it to the side and drop your head on the table and let out a low growl, as well as a few curse words under your breath and sigh.
  101. “Can I ever just get a fucking break?”
  102. >As if on cue or just by coincidence, the two front legs of your chair break.  You’re hanging off the edge of the table by your chin, gritting your teeth while trying not to burst out and grind the chair into dust.
  103. > “Is everything ok, Anonymous? You seem really upset.” Celestia asks with a concerned tone.
  104. >Your eyes travel across the table and up Celestia’s body until both your eyes meet. Her all caring and loving eyes stare deeply into yours, almost like she’s reading your thoughts. Somehow you’ve become lost in her beauty, forgetting about everything for the moment.
  105. > You tried to speak, but the words seem to be caught in your throat.  Why is everything so damn difficult today? You shrug, laying your head down on your forearm.
  106. >Celestia speaks out in a soft voice, “Sister, Ladies, can you give Anonymous and I some time alone, please?”
  107. >Luna acknowledges her sisters request, “Very well, sister, come Elements, let us make our way to the carriage.”
  108. >As your friends leave the room, Luna shuts the door behind them, leaving you and Celestia alone in the Dining Hall.
  109. >Your suddenly lifted into the air. It startles you only for a moment until you notice Celestia’s golden aura around you. The tension in your body fades as she slowly levitates you across the table, bringing you closer to her.
  110. >She sets you in front of her as she stares into your dismal eyes. “It pains me to see you like this, what is wrong my dearest friend?” She places her forehead against yours. “Please tell me, I only want to help you.”
  111. >You sigh.
  112. “I overheard a few things about me from a certain group of ponies, but it was nothing that I didn’t already know.”
  113. >She nudges your chin up with her snout, bringing your eyes back to hers. “Anonymous, I’m sorry that you have to hear certain things, but believe me when I tell you,” She nuzzles under your chin, “None of it is true.”
  114. >Somehow your arm slithered around Celestia, gently pulling her into your chest. You rubbed the back of her neck slowly running your hand through her mane in a repeating motion, scratching sweet spots every so often.
  115. >Celestia presses her head softly to your chest listening to the strong thumps it produces. She sighs in content, nestling a little more into you as she wraps her hooves around your lower torso. “I have forgotten how soothing your heart is.”
  116. >You rest your chin on top of her head as you caress the inner and outer lobe of her ear, eliciting a purr in the process.
  117. >The both of you hold each other for what feels like forever, basking in each other’s embrace and warmth. Her soft fur against your skin just feels amazing. It feels like very low volts of electricity dance over your body, stimulating your senses.
  118.
  119.
  120. >Memories from last night with Celestia coming rushing back into your head.
  121. “…Celestia?”
  122.  > “Yes?” she coo’s.
  123. >This would be the best time tell her; tell her how you truly feel.
  124. “Last night… when we were in my room just before Luna came in…”
  125. >She raises her head to meet your eyes again. “Anonymous?”
  126. "What I felt, I didn't think could ever happen. I told myself I wasn't, but since last night I find myself saying I am."
  127. >Your heart is going crazy right now. You have a burning sensation in your body. It feels like something is constricting your throat.”
  128. >You pull Celestia back into your chest, placing her ear over your heart. The pain in your throat hurts so much right now as you struggle to speak the next few words.
  129. “Princess… I… love… you.”
  130. >Celestia’s body jolts for a moment followed by a less than audible gasp. Her front legs wrap around your torso tighter than ever before.  She lays her head gently against you as a few tears escape her eyes and run down your chest.
  131. >Gently caressing her cheek, you wipe away the newly forming tears and stare into her big, beautiful magenta eyes with concern.
  132.  “Celestia, why are you crying?”
  133. >She smiles at you, nuzzling under your chin again. “I’m crying because I am happy,” She places her hoof on your cheek, “Anon, I’ve always loved you.” A few more tears fall from her lashes, “I have longed for the day that you would speak those words to me, and tell me that you love me.”
  134. >You softly slide your hand over her hoof she gently has placed on your cheek, keeping your eyes locked with hers.  Slowly you pull her in closing the distance. Your hand slides from her hoof, across her leg, and up her neck, cupping her muzzle.
  135. >Her beautiful eyes begin to close as you slowly lean your head in, your lips are just a mere inch away from hers; your heart is throbbing and beating wildly more than ever could remember.
  136.
  137. >A sudden force on the back of your head shoves you closer into Celestia, pushing your nose into her lips. Her eyes shoot open with shock from the sudden force.
  138. >You feel a certain, almost familiar presence perched upon your head.
  139. > “Philomena!” Celestia whines.
  140. >The rather large Phoenix hops off your head and onto your shoulder. She rubs her beak into the thickness of your hair, making small chirping noises with each rub.
  141. “It’s good to see you too, Philomena.”
  142. >Looking back to Celestia, her face show of disheartening and her smile has turn to a frown. It’s almost like all the happiness just fell out of her body.
  143. >With one arm still wrapped around the Princess, you pull her back into your embrace while gesturing Philomena to your forearm.
  144. >“Philomena, I’m really happy to see you, but you just interrupted something very special for me and the Princess.”
  145. >Philomena looks to Celestia’s sadden face and quickly nuzzles under her chin, letting out a low pitch squawk. If you knew any better, you’d think she’s saying sorry in bird talk
  146. >The Princess smiles and pets Philomena’s heads, “Its ok, Philomena. I know you were just excited to see Anon.”
  147. >You bring Philomena back to your face, giving her belly a few scratches and ruffling her crest.
  148. “I’ll tell you what, you can sit on my shoulder and play with my hair all you want later. Would you like that?”
  149. >Philomena lets out a joyful squawk while flapping her wings and rubs her head into your cheek.
  150. >You lift your arm up with Philomena spreading her wings.
  151. “Tell Luna that we’re on our way to the chariots, please.”
  152. >The phoenix takes flight, leaping from your arm and venturing a few feet up before disappearing into a ball of fire.”
  153.
  154. >Turning back to Celestia, her eyes have fallen and her frown returned.  You quickly pull her into a hug and stroke the back of her neck again while running your fingers through her ethereal mane.
  155. >Slowly you bring your mouth to her ear and whisper.
  156. “Hey, don’t be sad. My feelings for you haven’t changed and they never will. We’ll find a way to make this work, I promise.”
  157. >You plant a gentle soft kiss on her cheek.
  158. >Her hooves slither around your torso, wrapping around you once again as she buries her face into the side of your neck. The both of you hold each other for a few more moments before partially retiring from one another’s embrace.
  159. “So, think we should start making our way to the chariots? I think we kept everyone waiting long enough.”
  160. >Her eyes travel up and down your body. “Are you sure you want to go like you are, Anon?” She smiles, “Not that I mind of course.”
  161. >Looking down you realize, oh right you don’t have anything on but briefs.
  162. “Umm, I could really use some pants.”
  163. >Celestia takes a few steps back from you and her horn begins to shine. You feel a certain pressure around your lower torso and in a flash of light you’re in a pair of jeans, comfy ones too. Wait a minute these are…
  164. “Where did you get these? I thought I had lost them over a year ago.”
  165. >She giggles. “You left them here. I hope you don’t mind, but I took the liberty of having them repaired.”
  166. >These were the jeans you wore when you first arrived in Equestria, your favorite jeans, good old Faded Glory.
  167. >With a smile on your face, you throw your elbow out in the Celestia’s direction.
  168. “Care to join me, Princess?”
  169. > “Ellie…”
  170. “Sorry?”
  171. >She trots up to your side and wraps her hoof around your extended arm, “Please, call me Ellie.”
  172. >With arm and hoof intertwine she leans her head against your shoulder and sighs in content as you both make your way out of the Dining Hall.
  173.
  174.
  175. ~~~~~~~~~~
  176.
  177. >You feel… warm, secure even, but you can’t see anything but the sunlight that pierces the lids of your eyes. You can hear someone humming some tune, Celestia? No, this voice sounds different, but somehow familiar…
  178. >Your eyes struggle to open, fluttering as they adjust to the bright sun rays that beam down upon your face.  The clouds in the sky seem to flow at a seemingly fast pace than usual. It almost feels like you are moving, rocking back and forth.
  179. >Squirming around to stretch, you feel like you’re wrapped in something tight and comfy, feels like a blanket… Where are you?
  180. >The humming continues, it sounds so soothing and yet you feel like you know this voice, but you can swear you never heard it before.
  181. “Hello, is anyone there?”
  182. >There’s no reply as the humming continues, but your eyes are progressively opening and you’re able to make out a blurry figure. It appears to be a woman. You can’t see her face very well, but you can make out some of her features, long dark hair that curls at the ends, tan skin that’s close to mocha, and jade colored eyes.
  183. “Who are you?”
  184. >Still no answer. It’s like she can’t hear you at all, like your just some kind of ghost or entity. The only thing is you feel… You feel warm… and safe, but why? You don’t know this woman, she’s just too kind, and no one was kind to you back on earth. Wait… are you back on earth?
  185. > “Oh, he’s waking up.”
  186. >Her voice! It’s just heart melting. What are you feeling right now you could swear on your life you never met this woman, but you feel so safe near her.
  187. >She leans down closer to your face, “I love you my little angel.” she says placing soft loving kiss upon your forehead.
  188. “What…?”
  189.
  190. >Your eyes flicker open, taking in the environment. You can see the sunlight beam off the red velvet carpeting through a side window.
  191. >you hear a loud but smooth heartbeat thump in your right ear and the sound of air passing back and forth. You gaze at the soft white fur that you lean against, watching as it rises and falls.
  192. >Your eyes travel up the body to see Celestia who’s resting her muzzle on your head, while running her hoof through your hair.
  193. >It was just a dream… Well, at least it wasn't a nightmare this time, but still. That woman, she just seemed so familiar, like you knew her once upon a time. She said she loved you, but it was just a dream…
  194. >You place your hand over your forehead, rubbing your fingers over the spot she kissed.
  195. > “Oh, You’re awake. How was your nap my, dear,” Celestia coo’s.
  196. “Uh…”
  197. > “Anon, is everything ok?” Celestia asks.
  198. >You shake your head.
  199. “Yeah, just a weird dream, I’m alright.”
  200. >letting go of Celestia momentarily, you push your feet out and raise your arms, stretching your body while letting out a yawn.
  201. >As you contract your limbs and reposition your body, Celestia lays her chest on your lap, crossing her front legs together, and places her head in the security of your left arm, her muzzle sitting just on your elbow.
  202. >Using your free hand, you scratch behind her ears and run your fingers through her mane, making swirls every few locks.
  203. >Her mane spills all over your chest and lap as she twist her lower body sideways to lay on her side, but keeps her head rested on your arm. She places her left ear on your chest. You place your chin on top of her head, just behind her horn and you rub under her muzzle with your right hand, tracing down her neck, over her chest, and onto her belly.
  204. >The sound of giggles and laughter are a reminder that it’s not you just and Celestia in this chariot.
  205. > “Awe, well aint that cute. Anon and ta princess cuddlin’ tageather.”
  206. >Your eyes travel up the red carpet mid-way and see AJ, Rainbow, and Pinkie to the left sitting on a few pillows, while Twilight, Fluttershy, and Rarity with a drooling Spike by her side, sitting to the right. They stare at you with big eyes and ear to ear grins, all except for Fluttershy and Twilight.
  207. > “We think Anonymous, and our sister makes a lovely couple,” You feel a hoof on your shoulder, “Wouldn’t thou agree?”
  208. “Umm…”
  209. >Your gaze turns to Luna who sits to the left of both you and Celestia. She winks at you giving you one of those devilish grins she’s oh so good at producing.
  210. >Pinkie jumps to her hooves, and is instantly at your feet with a giant cake she randomly pulled out of her mane, “OH! We need to celebrate! Anon finally has a special somepony,” She turns her attention to Celestia who’s smiling with glee, “And she just so happens to be our very own Princess Celestia!”
  211. >The shades of red on your face can be seen clear as day. These are just one of those situations you’re just never prepared for when they hit.
  212.
  213. >The carriage suddenly shakes violently, sending the cake pinkie was holding rolling back and smashing into her face, while the others struggle to stay in their seats.  Your hold around Celestia tightens very slightly, keeping her safe and in place.
  214. >One of the Pegasus guards pulling the carriage yells, “Sorry your majesties, we just hit a patch of turbulence, and from the looks of it, it’s going to be a pretty rough ride until we are over the Crystal Mountains.”
  215. >You ease up on Celestia and look over her to make sure she’s alright.
  216. “You okay, Ellie?”
  217. >Luna turns her attention to you and Celestia, “Ellie? We haven’t heard this name in the longest time.”
  218. >Celestia giggles at her sisters, “It -HAS- been a while hasn’t it, Lulu?”
  219. >Luna’s cheeks turn rosy red from her sister’s comment. You don’t think you’ve ever seen Luna blush before; it’s actually kind of cute.
  220. >All the ponies in the carriage giggle as Luna begins to pout from her nickname.
  221. >Pinkie takes this time to clean herself up from the cake mess by stretching her tongue out to enormous lengths and licking all the frosting from her body in one swoop. To this day you still don’t know how she does these things, but you just learn to go with it, this is Pinkie-Pie you’re talking about.
  222. > “So, Anon, when are you and the princess going to get married?!” Pinkie asks jumping up and down, “Will it be after you win the Tournament?”
  223. >The little hyper active pink pony’s question made you choke and cough violently, and also made your cheeks steaming red.
  224. >Celestia snickers, while you struggle to regain your composure. And from the sounds of it, Spike is just as startled as you are, he sounds like he’s hawking up a fur ball… wait.
  225. >Everyone’s eyes turn to the choking, purple, lizard as he struggles to cough something up. He lets out a large belch, spewing a few green flames, and out pops a letter from his gullet.
  226. >The letter falls next to Twilight, who doesn’t move an inch, or even try to pick it up for that matter. She’s just been so down since yesterday. What the hell is bothering her?
  227.
  228. > “Twi, ya alright there partner? Ya’ve been kinda down lately,” Apple Jack asks with concern.
  229. >The little purple Alicorn raises her head, “I’m… fine. It’s just…,” her eyes travel timorously to you, “I’m just a not sure if I’m ready…”
  230. >What could she be talking about? Ready for what, has she been given another test or something? That could be a possibility as to why she’s so mopey. Twilight’s always felt uncertain when it came to test, but this time around she just seems so constricted.
  231. >Looking around the carriage everyone has puzzled looks on their face, all except for Luna and Celestia. Suddenly that conclusion of it being a test is sounding pretty dead on.
  232. >To try and lighten things up you crack a smile at Twilight in an attempt to cheer her up.
  233. “Hey, whatever it is, I’m sure you’ll be fine. If it’s a test you don’t need to worry, you’ll pass with flying colors. And one thing you should always remember is we’re here for you.”
  234. >There’s a tug on Twilight’s left cheek as she manages a small smile.
  235. >Celestia snuggles into your chest a little more after speaking those words to Twilight. Your right hand finds its way back to her belly, giving it a few rubs.
  236. >During this time, nobody notice Luna pick up the letter with her magic and thoroughly read over it. “It appears that there hath been a change in the tournament,” all eyes are turned to Luna as she reads on, “Do to structural damages to the coliseum, the tournament hath been postponed.”
  237. > “How long?” Celestia asks calmly.
  238. >Luna turns to her sister, “One month.”
  239. >To be honest, you don’t know if this news was good or bad.  You didn't even bother to ask when the attended date was set for this tournament originally, but the date is not what bothered you.
  240. >After coming to Equestria, you never thought you would be doing these things again... fighting.  You had put that all behind, never looking back. You didn't think there would ever be any need for those skills again.
  241. >Celestia and Luna were the only ones to know up until yesterday about your past with fighting, but you never told them what you did, or what you were. If they ever knew they would probably grow distant, perhaps even fear you, and that’s not something you want. There the closest thing you ever had to a family, and you’re not going to let your past deeds ruin that, especially now.
  242. >Your eyes travel back to Celestia and all her elegance. It’s then you remember why you were going through with this. Even if you and she haven’t had your special moment, she’s still your special somepony and you could never say no to her.
  243. > you pull Celestia into a hug. She’s momentarily caught off guard but relaxes shortly after, “Anon, is everything --“
  244. “I love you, Ellie.”
  245. >You slowly look around the carriage, locking eyes with each of your friends for a moment.
  246. “I love you guys. All of you.”
  247. >You turn to Luna with a smile.
  248. “Even you, Luna, I love you too.”
  249. >You don’t know why you just did that or why you just said those things, but you knew one thing for certain… you truly meant every word from the bottom of your heart.
  250.
  251. >The sound of awe’s fills the room as your friends smile blissfully at you. “We love you too, Anon!” they say in unison.
  252. >For the first time today you've seen Twilight actually show a genuine smile, but it doesn’t last long when one of the guards yell from outside again, “We’ll be landing soon your majesties,” bringing back her frown.
  253. >You sigh.
  254. >Forgetting you still had Celestia in a hug she nudges your chin with her snout, pulling your thoughts away from Twilight, “Talk to me.”
  255. “About what…?”
  256. >She places a hoof to her chin. “Ask me something, anything that comes to mind.”
  257. >You ponder on what to ask her before one question hits you.
  258. > “Umm, ok. You remember this morning when you said you always loved me. You couldn’t have always loved me. When did you actually fall for me? And don’t say it was when you bathed me.”
  259. >She giggles a little before thinking it over.
  260. >“Do you remember the day I found you at the beach? You were surfing with your friends having a good time. I enjoyed watching you have fun it warmed my heart to see you having fun for a change. Then you asked me if I had ever surfed, you said I should give it a try and you’ll teach me. I said no at first, but you insisted and you wouldn't take no for an answer.”
  261. “Yeah, I remember that day. You had a lot of wipe outs.”
  262. >She smiles and rests her head on your shoulder before continuing. “You took me far out into the sea on your board. We were out there for hours as you tried to teach me. Even with all the failed attempts you encouraged me to keep trying, and then I finally did it, I had surfed a wave without falling off and you cheered for me. It made me happy,” she moves her head to your chest, “Do you remember what happened next?”
  263. > “Yes, there was a big wave coming and I said you should go for it, but you were scared. And I got on the board with you and said--”
  264. > “We’ll ride it together… when the wave drew closer I grew nervous, but you placed your hand on my back and reassured me. When the wave finally came I nearly fell off, but you grabbed me and held me close as we rode through the wave tunnel.”
  265. >It was a day that you would never forget, because in that tunnel you witnessed the most amazing thing for your eyes to ever lay upon.
  266.
  267. “I remember when the sun light pierced through the crystal clear water and hit your mane. It made the entire tunnel glow in beautiful pastel colors, like we were sailing through an Aurora. It was a marvelous experience.”
  268. >Celestia pulls herself from your chest, looking you straight in eyes.
  269. > “The smile you had filled my heart with unimaginable joy, and when you turned to me I felt something in me jolt… a certain fondness that with each passing day after came to grow more and more.”
  270. >Her face turns to a more serious tone and one of sadness.
  271. >“But… knowing how you felt during that time about ponies I kept my distance, hoping that someday you would see us differently, and that when you finally did that I would be the one you chose to be with,” she turns her face away, “I thought I had ruined that when I sent you away.”
  272.
  273. >You cup her muzzle brining her eyes back to yours and lean in to whisper.
  274. > (“You never ruined anything. Ellie, I never felt the way I do about you for anybody else. The feelings I have, they’ve been there for a while. I’m just sorry it took me so long to admit I was in love with a pony, and that pony was you, it’s always been you.”)
  275. >Those words bring back that genuine smile, that’s able to lift anyone’s spirits with just one look, and pulls you into a hug.
  276. >She brings her mouth close to your ear and begins to whisper. (“May I ask when your feelings for me came to be?”)
  277. >You think back to that day.
  278. > “It was the day I fell over the railing of your balcony and landed in the courtyard. You flew down after me to see if I was alright and--“
  279. > She pulls away from you with unsettled look. “You scared me that day! That was a six hundred foot drop. I thought you were dead!”
  280. >Trying to hold back a chuckle you pull her back in and rub her belly, making her relax again.

  283.
  284. > “When you flew down to me to see if I was still -alive-, you were surprised to see that I had gotten up like nothing was wrong.  What got me was you how kept asking me if I was okay. No matter how many times I told you I was fine you kept asking me, and you also followed me everywhere making sure I was walking correctly, and that I was in working condition.”
  285. >You lean your head into hers.
  286. > “What you did next surprised me. You took the whole day off from your duties just to make sure I was okay.  You even took me out to lunch in the city; even then you were still asking me if I was okay. At the time I was confused as to why you were so concerned for me.”
  287. >That day you found out something you didn’t ever think was possible in your life.
  288. > “As the day went on it became clearer as to why you kept asking. you cared for me. It shocked me because no one up until that point had ever asked me if I was alright or even stood by my side. I just couldn’t believe it at first… but there was still something that I didn’t see…”
  289. >Your head begins to fall in remembrance but Celestia is quickly there to catch it and rests her forehead against yours.
  290. “After lunch we took a stroll through the Royal Gardens until we found a bench. We sat in the middle of garden for quite a while. We talked, and talked, and talked, watching as the sun went down. And then you asked me again if I was okay. In that moment I finally saw it. I was finally able to believe it… I had found someone or in this case a big beautiful pony that cared for once in my life.”
  291.
  292. >You cup your hands around her muzzle.
  293. “I grew attach to you in that moment, that not until last night did I ever fully accept… and I’m really sorry that I took this long to tell you… I’m sorry it took me this long to finally admit it, Ellie. After everything you’ve done for me, I’ve kept you waiting for so long--”
  294. >The inner carriage beings to rattle violently ,almost like an earthquake, from the rough landing, but even in all the commotion your attention never wavered once from Celestia’s.
  295. >Slowly she slides her hooves across your arms and onto your cheeks, and your hands suitability follows after.
  296.  >Her warm smile brighter than ever as she caresses your cheek. “Anon, there is no reason for you to apologize.”
  297. >As the carriage comes to a halt, you kiss one of her hooves and return the smile.
  298. “Thank you, Ellie.”
  299.
  300. >The carriage door opens reveling two, what you were told to be, crystal ponies. They really were see through like everyone said.
  301. > “Ah, your majesties, we’ve been expecting you. Please watch your step as you exit the carr--“
  302. >Their gaze stops on you, examining your entire body as they try to figure out what you could possibly be.
  303. >For fuck sake, this is going to be like the Spring Festival all over again, minus the stupid Changeling attack.
  304. > “Are you the famous “human” everypony has been talking about?” One of them asks.
  305. >Okay, maybe not.
  306. >You nod.
  307. > “Splendid, let us be the first to welcome you to the Crystal Empire.”
  308. >That welcoming made you feel a little special… just a little.
  309. >As six little ponies and a green dragon exit the carriage, Celestia lifts herself up from you and moves a few feet towards the door. During this time you find yourself staring at her rump. The way it jiggled with every step, it was mesmerizing to say the least.
  310. >You watched it bounce as she stepped out from the carriage added with a sway that was oh so graceful.
  311. >There is sudden nudge in your side, as you stand to your feet. You quickly turn to see Luna who’s wearing an ear to ear grin.
  312. >“Thou were staring at our sister’s royal hindquarters.”
  313. “What’s your point?”
  314. > “Tis not unknown that our sister’s tush is bigger than our own,” she prods at your belly with her hoof. “But it hath become all too clear that we were right, Anonymous. Thou likes big butts and thou cannot lie!”
  315. >You roll your eyes and smirk.
  316. “Don’t get your ass caught in the door on the way out, Lulu.”
  317. >Luna’s forehead vain swells as she scowls at you.
  318.
  319. >Upon exiting the carriage your jaw drops at the sight of the city. It shines with such radiance to a point where it’s almost blinding.
  320. >This place looks just amazing. For a city that has been gone for a thousand years, these ponies sure do have some great architecture. The castle stands tall in the middle, its tip glows like brilliant star even in the brightness of day.
  321. >Man this is a refreshing sight to bear witness to. You don’t see places like this back on earth at all, the sheer beauty of it is breath taking.
  322. >You take this time while continuing to admire the scenery, to stretch your back and legs. Ridding in that damn carriage for two hours made your bones and muscles stiff.
  323. >The clouds in the sky part, beaming a small ray of sunlight upon you, just like a spotlight as you relax.
  324. >You feel a muzzle rest on your shoulder. “Isn’t it the most beautiful thing you have ever seen?”
  325.  “Nah, second maybe…”
  326. > “What is the first?” Celestia asks.
  327. >You turn to face her and smile.
  328. “You…”
  329. >She smiles giving you a kiss on the cheek and rest her head against yours. “You’re too sweet.”
  330. >Your arm wraps around her head, giving her ear a few rubs.
  331. “Ellie, I have another question, if you don’t mind answering?”
  332. “Yes?” She said cheerfully
  333. “How did you find me at the beach that day? I didn't tell anybody where I was going.”
  334. >She snickers before answering. “In my search for you I overheard a few of city folk say they saw a tall bulky ape with a surfboard, accompanied by a group of ponies, heading towards the train station.”
  335. >The both of you share a laugh.
  336. > “Princess, Anon, Look out!”
  337. >The both of you turn to see Twilight and the gang pointing to the sky. Your eyes follow there hooves to see a massive azure object falling at high speeds towards you and Celestia.
  338. >Without even thinking you extended your arms up as the massive object impacts into your hands. The sheer force is so immense it causes your feet to sink into the hard crystal floor a few inches.
  339. >Your body strains to keep a stand as you strive to hold what you now know to be a crystal pillar above your head. Pieces of the pillar shatter and splinter between the palms of your hands causing you to wince in pain.
  340. >Celestia quickly grabs the pillar with her magic reliving you from holding it up any longer.
  341. >You fall to your knees staring at your now cut and bloody hands, fragments of crystal stick out from the flesh causing irritation as your hands twitch in shock.
  342. >Before you know it all your friends are by your side.
  343. >“Anonymous, is thou alright?”
  344. “I’m fine. Where is Ellie? Is she okay?”
  345. > “I’m alright, Anon,” Celestia is quickly by your side after setting the pillar down. “Anon, your hands, you’re hurt!”
  346. >Looking back down to your hands you can’t help but let out a chuckle, and try and ease the tension.
  347. “It’s only a flesh wound, I’m alright.”
  348. >The way Celestia is looking at you right now is telling you she’s not buying it, nor is any of the others from the looks of it. Well, it was worth a try anyways.
  349. > “We disagree, Anonymous. Thou hands are indubitably hurt, and thou is in need of them being taken proper care of. Especially since we will be beginning thy training tomorrow,” Luna takes your hands in her magical grasp. “Now let us see thy hands.”
  350. >Luna begins to pick the shards from your palms making sure each hand it clean before letting it go from her magic. She tries to be as gentle as she can while removing each one, but you still flinch with each removal.
  351.
  352. “Where the hell did that thing come from?”
  353. > “I think I should apologize for that.”
  354. >Everybody turns to the new voice. There, standing before you was the former Captain of the Royal Guard, turned Prince of the Crystal Empire, Shining Armor.
  355. >“B-B-B-F-F!” Twilight exclaims jumping high into the air.
  356. >The purple Alicorn gallops to her brother with haste, tackling him to the ground with a hug of affection.
  357. > “Twily, It’s good to see you kiddo.” Shining Armor says while ruffling his younger sister’s mane.
  358. >Shining looks over to you and the Princesses. “I saw what happen, is everypony alright?”
  359. “Yeah, we’re fine. Just a few cuts--”
  360. >You flinch as Luna pulls the last shard from your palm and throws it to the side. Looking over your bloody hands, there still shaking and twitching from the ordeal, the cuts from the crystals ran pretty deep into the skin.
  361. > “Let me see them, Anon.” Celestia says in a motherly tone.
  362. >You extend your hands out in front of her to see.
  363. >She leans her horn in hovering just over your palms, and in a flash of gold light the cuts vanish, leaving not a single scar.
  364. > “There does that feel better?” she asks lifting her head up to meet you.
  365. >Clenching both your hands into fist you squeeze a few good times, and stretch your fingers out.
  366. “Perfect, feels like I have a new pair of hands. Thank you.”
  367. >She smiles and leans her head into you. “You’re welcome my favorite human.”
  368.
  369. >Shining Armor trots up to the both of you. “I’m sorry about the pillar. In order for us to speed the processes of rebuilding the coliseum, we had the construction ponies use their magic to levitate the materials over the city instead of using carts to go around.”
  370. >He extends his hoof out to you. “It’s been a while, Anonymous. I never saw you at Twilight's coronation. How have you been?”
  371. >Even though you lived in Canterlot for a while you didn't really know Shining Armor that well, even when he was captain of the royal guard you rarely saw him around the castle. The times when you did see him he was usually with Cadence or training the new recruits.
  372. >You shake his hoof.
  373. “I've been good. I won’t lie though I am a little--“
  374. >Your stomach growls
  375. “Hungry…”
  376. >Damn. You wish you had eaten something before leaving this castle this morning.
  377. >He chuckles. “We can get you something to eat on the way to the conference.”
  378. “Conference..?”
  379. >Shining cocks his head. “The conference where all the competitors meet…? With the tournament being postpone for as long as it is, we’re trying to get all the important things out of the way, so that nopony is wasting time and can get straight into their training tomorrow. The real reason beyond that is, we just don’t want the reporters harassing the competitors while they train.”
  380. > “Thou won’t hath to worry about such thing, Anonymous.” Luna says out of the blue.
  381. >You look to Celestia, then to Luna.
  382. “Why’s that?”
  383. >She pats your back with her hoof. “We hath chosen an isolated destination to train in. We intend for there to be no interruptions of the sort while we train thee.”
  384. >Well, as much as you don’t like the sound of that, you can’t help but wonder where the hell she plans on taking you.  And with that grin on her face it doesn't seem like she is going to tell you, either.
  385. >Your stomach growls again.
  386. >OK, worry about that later, first things first, food…
  387.
  388.
  389. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  390.
  391. >Fluttershy is cling to your leg. The sight of dragons flying over the city sent her into full panic mode, and now she won’t let go.
  392. >No matter how many times you've pride her from your leg she just came right back, your calf is starting to go numb from her scared shitless death squeeze. You gave up on keeping her off around the fifteenth attempt.
  393. > “You’re going to have to let his leg go sometime, Fluttershy.” Rainbow Dash says.
  394. >The little butter balls grip tightens. “I-I can’t help it, I’m s-scared of dragons.”
  395. >Celestia who walks by your side leans down to comfort the little Pegasus. “There is no need to be afraid, Fluttershy. These dragons are not like the ones you've encountered before, their very cordial, and I’ve know their leader for a very long time.”
  396. >Fluttershy’s tension in her grasp seems to loosen, but she still won’t let go completely. At this point you could really careless; you’re enjoying your crystal berry pie and nectar that you bought a few minutes ago.
  397. > “He is also interested in meeting you, Anon.”
  398. >You look back to Celestia with a cocked head, some berry juice seeping from the corner of your mouth.
  399. “Who wants to meet me?”
  400. > “The leader of the dragons and me and Luna’s oldest friends, Ozark, or more commonly known as Ozark the Great and Wise,” She says wiping some of the seeping berry juice from your lips.
  401. “What has him so intrigued with me, he’s not going to try and dissect me is he?”
  402. > She laughs. “No, he is just curious about you that’s all, and like I said these dragons are not like the others, their more civil and organized, although they do retain their natural aspects like any other.”
  403. “How do you know him?”
  404. > “I’ve known him since he was a young dragon. We met for the very first time twelve hundred years ago during the tournament. He was the only dragon competing and was able to place third.”
  405.
  406. >The first thought that runs through your mind from her words is how the hell a dragon places third in this tournament. Granted you’ve never stood by a full grown dragon before, or ever seen one until today, but for a creature that big to lose his opponent must  have been immensely strong.
  407. >You stop and watch as the group continues to walk past you.
  408. “Okay, I’m having a hard time trying to figure out whom or what could have beaten him?”
  409. >Celestia turns her head half way and winks at you.
  410. >Your jaw dropped in that very moment. It wasn’t that fact that she took down a dragon that surprised you, you knew she was strong, but it was the fact that she competed in this tournament all those years ago.
  411. “Not going to lie, I’m lost for words right now. You actually fought here before, that’s just amazing, but I’m kind of confused about one more thing… who came in second?”
  412. >Luna turns to her sister with a smirk on her face. “We would like everypony to know, if our sister hadn’t cheated we would hath won.”
  413. >Celestia gasps and turns her head upwards with her eyes closed. “I did no such thing, I won fair and square.”
  414. >All your friends stop and look onto the two arguing sisters.
  415. > Luna turns her gaze to you. “She teleported us out of the arena, twas not until after did they implement rules of porting your opponent out of bounds, our sister cheated and she knows it.”
  416. >The older sister sticks her tongue out at her younger sibling educing looks of anger and irritation. Even after all the years they still have moments of rivalry.
  417. >You let out a hardy laugh at the two sisters, and in doing so the others laugh to, even the two bickering alicorn’s begin to giggle at their own silliness.
  418.
  419. >Walking up to Celestia you place your hand on her back continuing to make your way to the conference area.
  420. “I have to say I’m not really thrilled about doing this, you know. Meeting people that you may have to go against can cause confrontation, and potentially having to fight a dragon or anyone for that matter was never on my list when I came to Equestria.”
  421. >Celestia leans her head on your shoulder. “I know you aren't my dear, but you have nothing to worry about. I know the dragons will take a liking to you, although I can’t say the same for the others. Minotaurs and Gryphons are known for their disapproval for other races.”
  422. >Go figure even this world has racism, and then again you've known that from personal experience.
  423. “Well, at least I don’t have to worry about fighting an Alicorn that would suck if I had to. Can you imagine--”
  424. >You feel a very tiny jolt from Celestia body. She turns her head looking away with a million mile stare. Luna has done the same, but kept her vision forward looking to Twilight who is now shaking uncontrollably.
  425. > “Twily, are you OK, kiddo?” her brother asks while walking beside her.
  426. >She flashes Shining a nervous smile. “Yes, I’m fine; I mean why of course I am why wouldn’t I be fine? There is absolutely nothing wrong at all, not a single thing,” she starts to trot franticly. “Come on, we don’t want to be late do we!”
  427. >With that being said, Twilight galloped off into the city vanishing from sight, and her brother follow swiftly after her, calling for her to slow down.
  428. >Your hand slides off from Celestia withers as you watch as her and a few of the ponies continue on without even noticing that you stopped. For some reason you had a gut feeling they were up to something…
  429. > “If I didn’t know any better, I would think those three are hiding something.” says Fluttershy out of no where.
  430. >You lift your leg up raising your heel well over your head and stare at the upside-down butter yellow Pegasus, who is still fasten to your shin.
  431.  “Yeah, I know… you think you can walk on your own now?”
  432. > She looks at you completely oblivious to what you just ask. “Wow anon, I didn’t know you were flexible.”
  433. >You face palm.
  434. “There are a lot of things you don’t know about me, Fluttershy.”
  435.
  436. > “I’ll say, darling.” Rarity says catching you and Flutters completely off guard. “I find it very odd that for as long as you've been here, you never told us, besides Princess Celestia and Luna, about what you did back in your world.”
  437.  “You never asked, and I didn't want to talk about it, still don’t. Even they don’t know certain things”
  438. > “But why, darling?” she asks.
  439. “Some things are just better left forgotten, Rarity.”
  440. >Walking towards one of the buildings you study over your reflection through the crystal imbued wall.
  441. “I was a totally different person then… and I don’t like remembering those days, ever.”
  442. >Rarity walks up to your unoccupied leg and places her hoof on your calf. “I understand, Anonymous. But I hope one day you can sit down and just tell all of us. I won’t pester you any further about it.”
  443. >She tugs on your jeans to gain your attention. “There is also something I would like to say to you,” She beckons you to kneel, and throws her hooves around your neck. “Thank you for what you did last night, standing up for me after I ran away, although it may have been a little over excessive.”
  444. >You pat the little white pony on the head.
  445. “You’re welcome, as for Blue Blood it’s a life hard lesson for him that he needed to learn.”
  446. >She chuckles. “I can understand dunking him in the garden pond, but did you really have to rip all the hair from his mane?”
  447. “Okay, maybe that was just a tad bit over, but it’ll grow back and hopefully some respect with it.”
  448.  >Looking around you can’t seem to find Celestia or any of the others, they must already be conference.
  449. “Let’s go you two, Ellie and the rest of the gang must be waiting for us at the staging area.”
  450. >Rarity bats you in the side of the leg. “I still can’t believe you and the princess are together now. OH! You should starting planning your wedding day and I can help--“
  451. “One step at a time, Rarity, I just confessed to her today.”
  452. > “Oh, I know, Anonymous, but the two of you are perfect for each other, and I know for a fact that you’ll eventually get married~!”
  453. >Fluttershy and you roll your eyes and the little fashion Tina as she mindlessly rambles on.
  454. >You pick Rarity up and place her on your shoulders, and continue your way to the meeting.
  455.

  459. >This conference area is probably one of the biggest you've seen ever. Most pre conference’s that you attended never had this many people/p0nies/minotaurs/gryphons/dragons.
  460. >And just like any other conference, there’s the odd staring and occasional whisper here and there like ‘What’s with big hairless ape?’ or ‘What the buck is that thing?’ But you’re too occupied on looking for Celestia to really care about that shit.
  461. >You never thought it would be this difficult to find a giant white, multicolored mane, p0ny out of a crowd.
  462. “Where is she?”
  463. > “I’m sure she and the others are around here somewhere, darling.”
  464. “This is going to take too long. Fluttershy, can you stop molesting my leg for a minute and fly up and see if you can spot them?”
  465. >Butterball squeaks. “I-I c-can’t there’s too many ponies watching and there’s d-dragon’s!”
  466. “Flutters, they’re not going to hurt you, especially when I’m around. None of these guys are going to do anything.”
  467. >That last part seems to have brought attention to your way, as you’re now being given outrage looks from more than just ponies.
  468. >You promptly ignore the stupid looks and try and think of a way to find Celestia and the others.
  469. >Fuck it.
  470. “ELLIE!”
  471. >The people around you, plus Rarity and Fluttershy, all jump from your sudden roar calling for Celestia.
  472. > “Sweetie, I don’t think that’s going to work, and you’re starting to make a scene!” Rarity says looking somewhat embarrassed.
  473. >She’s right, you yelling out for Celestia isn't going to work, but there is one thing that will work, and you know the dark blue Alicorns is most likely going to kill you, but it’s a risk you’re willing to take.
  474. >You look to Rarity and then to Flutters.
  475. “You two might want to take a few steps away from me.”
  476. >As Fluttershy raps herself around Rarity, you cup your hands around your mouth and take a deep breath.
  477. “PRINCES LUNA HAS THE FATTEST ASS IN EQUESTRIA!”
  478.
  479. >Everything goes silent as all eyes are on you from your sudden outburst. Ponies, Minotaurs, gryphons, and a few dragons are slack jawed with widen eyes and shrunken pupils. A few ponies drop their drinks staring at you completely dumbfounded.
  480. >The ground begins to shake, and in that moment you knew she heard you.
  481. >“WHO DARES INSULT THE PRINCES OF THE NIGHT! WE PITTY THE FOAL THAT SPEAKITH HARSHLEY OF OUR FLANK, STEP FORWARD SO THAT WE MAY SEE WHO… ANONYMOUS!”
  482. >Luna can be seen hovering about hundred feet out. She stares at you beyond baffled, one of her eyes twitches and the vain on her forehead swells for the third time today. It is now clear that she is pissed and has the intent to kill.
  483. >You wave at her with a smile jokingly.
  484. “Hey, we've been looking all over for you guys!”
  485. >The moon princess begins to fly towards you at Mach speeds. Her soul purpose: Beat the living shit out of you until you’re black and blue everywhere, or at least try to anyway.
  486. >You’re on Luna.
  487. >You begin to run a straight path for her, ponies and other sorts of mythical creature’s step out of your way as you charge in like a bat out of hell.
  488. >As she nearly comes into contact with you, you slide right under her as she flies right over. You manage to boop her nose during the slide, causing her to blush and cover her nose with her hooves.
  489. >You quickly recover from the slide and make a dash for in the direction she originally came from, spotting just who you were looking for.
  490. “Ellie!”
  491. > “Anon?” Celestia replied.
  492. >Looking back you notice Luna has also recovered and is in hot pursuit for you, now with the intent of murder. “When we get our hooves on you, you shall be sorry!”
  493. >Oh shit! You already are sorry.
  494. >Nearing Celestia you’re confronted by…
  495. “Cadence…!”
  496. > “Hello Anonymous, is good to see you again.”
  497. “Like wis--“
  498. >You’re tackled to the floor by Luna, A series of hooves, legs, wings, and arms fly around as she attempts pummel you with her hooves. You piss her off even more by spiting your tongue out at her and laughing.
  499. >Celestia sighs and face hoofs while onlookers just stand there dumbfounded at the sight of you and Luna wrestling around, some of the crowd even cheers both of you on.
  500.
  501. >While underneath Luna you continue to tease her by making funny faces and holding her hooves in place so she can’t move. She struggles to break free from your hold, her eyes burning with fire.
  502. >Soon she’s has enough and uses her magic to break free and reverses the hold. Your hands are held just above your head in her aura. Luna takes this advantage and begins to stomp on your chest with her hoofs. It doesn’t hurt, but it is funny to watch her jump up and down in anger.
  503. >Wrestling with Luna became a regular thing when you lived in Canterlot. Since your body could withstand unbelievable physical impacts she would go all out trying to kick your ass which she has succeeded every time, but it was always in good fun… most of the time.
  504. >Luna grows tired of stomping on you, that and she realizes you’re still laughing, and throws her right hoof back as far as it will go and shoots in straight for your face.
  505. >You lean your head to the side watching as her hoof impacts into the hard crystal floor making a small spider crack. What she doesn't notice is you wrapping your legs around her mid-section and tossing her to the side.
  506. >Her concentration of her magic holding your hands breaks, giving you enough time to stand to your feet and face her.
  507. >She lunges towards you with lighting speed taking you back to the ground, but this time she’s on your back bopping you on the head with her hoof. “Do thou still think it’s funny?”
  508. >Your laughter never once ceases as she continues to whack you on the head, even she begins to laugh which presents an opportunity to strike.
  509. >You flip Luna off of your back and press your chest over hers putting your weight down upon her. She struggles to break free as you hold her in place.
  510.
  511.
  512.  “Guess what Luna…”
  513. > As you wiggle your fingers just a few inches from her face, her eyes go wide and her pupils shrink.
  514. > “Anonymous, thou wouldn't dare!”
  515. “It is your turn now!”
  516. >You unleash a relentless tickle barrage on her tummy. She tries desperately to push you off, and her attempts to use magic are no use due to the fact she’s laughing too hard to concentrate.
  517. > “Anon… I command thou… to… stop… it tickles!”
  518. “What? I can’t hear you, Luna. You’re laughing too loud.”
  519. >Once you think she’s had to enough you lift yourself up from off of her and help her up. She dusts herself off and repositions her little crown.
  520. > “Thou seemeth to have put on some weight, Anonymous. Thou may want to think about a diet.”
  521.  “Oh you have weight jokes too. That’s funny coming from you, wide load.”
  522. > “We don’t see why thou insult our hindquarters size, especially when our sister’s has the biggest flank known to pony kind.” she says with a annoyed expression.
  523. > “What are you inclining little sister? Are you calling me fat flanks?” Celestia asks with a furrow in brow.
  524. > “We would be lying if we said it wasn't sister. Thou now’s thy tush is the biggest in all the land, maybe even the world.”
  525.
  526. >You try your hardest to contain your laughter, but to no avail do you succeed and fall to the ground in tears laughing.
  527. “Oh, do you find this funny, Anonymous?” Celestia coos but oddly sounds pissed.
  528. >Ah shit, this isn't going to be good. You turn your head ever so slowly to meet Celestia’s gaze of fury. Her face is hard and her lips are puffed out, it’s actually really cute, but those daggers she’s staring at you say otherwise.
  529. “Umm, no, no, no, Ellie, I wasn’t laughing at you. I was just…”
  530. >She trots up and gets right in your face. “Remember what I said, Anon, you can tell me anything. Now please tell me, do you think it’s funny to laugh at my tush?”
  531. >You’re sweating bullets as she draws closer and closer to your face until you fall back. She now stands over your body, her nose pressed against yours as you lay flat on ground. You flash her a nervous smile.
  532. > “Well, do you?” she asked again although this time little more demanding
  533. >Shit, pissing Luna off is one thing, but pissing your special somepony off is whole different thing entirely, and you only do it to Luna because she used to poke and tease at you all the time about your body and call you a funny looking bulky ape.
  534. >You sigh and gesture her to come a little closer until your mouth is just a hairs length from her ear, and begin to whisper.
  535. >Everyone around leans in to try and listen in on what you say to her, but even with their greatest effort they still can’t seem to catch anything you speak.
  536. >Celestia turns her head to stare at her flank for a few moments with a blush, before her eyes smoothly come sailing back to yours right after. “Do you really?”
  537. >Leaning back on your elbows you smile and nod.
  538. “Yes, I do.”
  539. >She gives you a warm smile added with a red blush.
  540. >Clasping your hands together you puff your lower lip out and give her the puppy dog eyes.
  541. “So, am I off the hook for this one?”
  542. > “Yes,” she giggles “but only because you told me the truth,” she leans a little closer to whisper. “And that you find -it- attractive.”
  543. >You smile and rub the under bottom side of her neck.
  544. > “I don’t mean to interrupt you two, but auntie the ponies of the empire have asked if you could make a speech to start the conference off, and that they would be honored if you did?” Cadence asks.
  545. >While Celestia talks with Cadence, Luna trots up to your side with a puzzled expression, “We are wondering what thou said to our sister?”
  546. “It’s a secret.”
  547. > “Come now, Anonymous. You can tell us, we are the dream walker after all and we do keep everypony’s secrets safe.”
  548. “Not a chance, Moonbutt. It would defeat the purpose of it being a secret if I told you.”
  549. > “Oh, fine.” she says with humph and smacking you upside the head with her hoof.
  550.  “Hey! What the hell was that for?”
  551. > She spits her tongue out at you. “That was for calling our tush fat, funny looking bulky ape.”
  552. >You grab her in a headlock and give her a noogie. She grins while trying to break away from your hold.
  553.
  554. > “So you are the famous Human creature that I’ve heard so much about.” a tremendous bellowing voice says.
  555. >The ground tremors at the sound of loud footsteps approaching from behind, and with each step make yours and Luna’s body jump a few inches off the ground.
  556. >Turning to see what is causing these small earthquakes, you’re met with a giant silver scaly stomach. Your eyes travel up the mass scanning each body part thoroughly until you see the face of the dragon before you.
  557. >Now compared to the other dragons you’ve seen flying around today this one is a fair lot larger than the others, to a point where it is really noticeable.
  558. > “Ah, Ozark, it is so good to see you again! How have you been old friend?” Celestia asks cheerily with a smile.
  559. >The great silver dragon nods his head to Celestia. “It’s good to see you again too, Sun Princess,” He turns to Luna. “And you too, Princess of the Night.” He lastly brings his attention to you. “And it’s finally nice too meet you.”
  560. >He lowers his head until he’s face to face with you, his blood ruby eyes that shine like red flares in the dead of night scan you from head to toe.
  561. >“I have to say I’m truly fascinated with you, you’re unlike anything I’ve ever encountered in this world. A true marvel if I do say so. Ah, but where are my manners, I am Ozark.” He extends one of his diamond like claws to you.
  562. >You smile and shake his claw.
  563. “My name’s Anonymous, and thanks, I’m glad that you think I’m a fascinating and all, but I’m just like anybody else.”
  564. >Ozark eyes you oddly and has an unreadable expression. “Very modest for a creature I’ve heard so many things about. As for your name, and don’t I mean this to be rude, but that is an odd name.”
  565. “Yeah I know, but that’s my name, and I don’t even know where it came from.”
  566. > “You don’t know where your name comes from? didn’t you ever ask your parents of its origin?” He asks.
  567.
  568. >You scratch the back of your head.
  569. “Uh…”
  570. >Celestia quickly trots to Ozark side and whispers into this ear. His eyes go wide for a moment before returning to you.
  571. >“I am sorry, Anonymous. I didn’t mean to--“
  572. “Don’t worry about it, you didn’t know.”
  573.
  574. > “Changing the subject, if there is one thing I would really like to know is why you struggled to control your hand with my claw?”
  575. “…”
  576. > A smirk spreads across Ozark’s face. “I could feel the tendons in your arm struggle to control the grip, but even then I knew you were holding back when you caught that pillar when you arrived.”
  577. “… How do you know about that? I didn’t even see you -and- you’re definitely not hard to miss either.”
  578. >“Dragons can smell blood from miles away just like a shark in the sea. Are vision is like that of an eagle, allowing us to see things even at a great distances. I saw the entire thing unveil from nearly 6 miles away. Just like an ant you are able to lift objects thousands of times your own size.”
  579. >“I’ll believe that when I see it!” a husky, raspy voice growls.
  580. > “Oui, it’s hard to believe that hairless ape can be so strong.” another voice says with a French accent.
  581. >Turning around you’re met by a gryphon who’s sharply dressed with  a silk purple robe with gold lace and snow white fur in streaks across the back, and a tall jacked minotaur with a jet black coat and a missing left horn with scares all up and down his body.
  582. >The Minotaur waste no time getting in your face. “Look at you, you don’t even look like you’ve ever been in a fight before, let alone does your muscle mass even compare to mine,” He flexes his entire body revealing even more scars laced across his chest and back.
  583. >Damn, Celestia wasn't kidding about these guys being cocky and show offs. This guy really just over does it completely. To you he’s about 3 inches taller and probably weighs about 350 pounds. If it wasn’t for the scars around his body you’d think he’s just a bodybuilder trying to be intimidating.
  584. > “I’ve been in so many battle and have the scars to prove it, where’s you are like a new born child with soft smooth skin.”
  585. “You should’ve seen me before coming to this world.”
  586. >All eyes are on you for the moment as you stare at the Minotaur with a grim expression.
  587.
  588. > “That’s enough, Blackhorn. Save your egotistical behavior for another time.” Celestia utters while taking a place by your side.
  589. >The jet black Minotaur scowls from the Sun Princess’ comment while backing away, but not before saying his finals words to you. “I’ll see you in the tournament, and when I do I’m going to beat you into the ground!”
  590. >If you were ever keeping track of how many people have said those words to you over the years, it would be well over a million times.
  591. > “Even after losing his horn he’s still just as arrogant as he was 20 years ago, it is a shame really.” Celestia murmurs.
  592. “Why, were you the one who ripped it off?”
  593. > “No, I was.” Ozark says as the oversized Minotaur walks away.
  594. > The odd silence that you’ve come to know very well in these situations seems to have taken its place yet again, but not for too long.
  595. > “So, will you be competing as well, Lord Zhan?” Celestia asked the sharply dressed gryphon.
  596. >The gryphon leader shakes his head, “No, Sun goddess, my body has finally turned against me in my age,” He points his claw to a guard of his. “For this reason my highest ranking guard, and oldest son, will be competing.”
  597. >From a group of his guardsman steps forward a larger gryphon sporting silver trimmed armor with a black finish. He stands before you with confidence and determination. His pensive expression tells you he’s thinking really hard about something.
  598. > He leaps from the ground bringing his claws just mere inches away from your face.
  599. >You don’t even move as he hovers in front of you with his claws still readied, keeping your eyes connected with his.
  600. > The sounds of bellowing laughter roar from Ozark. “No signs of fear or elevated heart rate, it would appear intimidation doesn’t work on him, he doesn’t see you as a threat young, Zakat.”
  601. >Crossing your arms you tilt your head to the side at the young gryphon keeping an unreadable expression.
  602. >Small droplets form around his forehead. “Despite what my father thinks, there is more to you than your appearance lets on, but – don’t take it as if I’m scared of you, I will tear you apart,” He begins to rise further into the air. “Even if the rumors about you are true, it takes more than just strength to win a fight.”
  603. >He’s got that right; you know that better than anyone here. The question is does he truly believe what he’s saying himself, or was he just reciting something passed onto him. In any case it doesn’t matter to you what he or anybody else believes to be true.
  604. >You watch as he fly’s away, his father and guardsman following right behind him.
  605.
  606. > Celestia rests her muzzle on your shoulder. “Please forgive me, Anon. I’m sorry you had to listen to their threats and rude behavior.”
  607. “Don’t even worry about it it’s not your fault. I’ve dealt with people just like them all my life back on earth, comes with being a in this kind of thing. They’re just trying to get into my head thinking intimidation will scare me.”
  608. >She sighs. “I know, but it upsets me when they talk to you the way they did.”
  609. “Hey, as long as they’re not insulting or threatening you and my friends, I could care less what they have to say about me.”
  610. > You scratch the back of Celestia’s ear while looking at all your friends, each of them sporting a genuine smile…
  611. “Uh, where’s Twilight?”
  612. > “She’s hiding around here somewhere, she’s worried about this tournament…”
  613. >Worried?
  614. “What is she worried about?”
  615. >Celestia falls to her hunches with a nervous smile. Droplets of water stream from her forehead as her eyes dart around in every direction.
  616. “What are you not telling me, Celestia?”
  617. >The alabaster pony regains her composure with a heavy sigh, her eyes travel to meet yours with sincerity dwelling behind them.
  618. > “Anonymous… Twilight will be comp--“
  619. > “Competitors, please make your way to the stage, the pre-conference will begin shortly!” One of the announcers shouts from a megaphone, interrupting Celestia.
  620. >Before you could even speak Celestia started butting you towards the stands with her head. When she realized trying to push you physically was impossible she lifted your ass into the air with her magic.
  621. “You know I can walk on my own right? And you still haven’t answered my question.”
  622. > She completely ignores you and instead turns her head to her younger sister. “Luna, please bring Twilight.”
  623. > “We are one step ahead dear sister. We found Twilight Sparkle hiding behind one of the vendor stands.”
  624. >The purple Alicorn is at your side in the air in-cased within a light blue aura. She’s sweating bullets, eyes darting in all directions except for yours. Trying not to make eye contact with you she covers her face with her wings muttering some kind of words that you can’t make out.
  625. >What in the fucking nine levels of hell is going on? Why are they bringing Twilight to the stands? And why is Celestia in such a hurry to get you up there?
  626. “What are you three up to, you've been acting weird since we arrived here!?”
  627. >No words are spoken as you’re levitated to a series of stairs connecting to a stage raised fifty feet in the air. Celestia waste no time with the stares and just fly’s right into the air with you in tote. Luna does the same with the still muttering, nervous Twilight.
  628. >She sits you down in a seat to the right of her while taking her place in the middle of the stage. A few of the combatants that you didn’t see before, as well as Zapata, Ozark, and Black horn, finally made it to the top and took their seats too, except for Ozark who just stood near the edge of the stage.
  629. >A long narrow table placed in front of you held a piece of parchment which appeared to be a contract of some sort. During all these distractions, you were oblivious to the fact that Twilight was sitting off to the far left of you and Celestia. Her face has disconcerted written all over it while she sits their making not a sound.
  630.
  631. > “Ladies and gentlecolts,” Celestia begins. “I would like to welcome you all to the first tournament since the Crystal Empire returned to our lands. The last one was held was held over thousand years ago—”
  632. >The crowds of ponies below listen in awe as their leader goes on. During this time you were reading over the contract and had already signed your name on the dotted line. Not the smartest thing to ever do, but hey, what could possibly go wrong at this point… well there is the fact that you don’t want to do it but still.
  633. > “--I hope everyp0ny enjoys this rare occasion we have been blessed with. Now, let’s begin this conference and let our Champions introduce themselves, but first,” her eyes travel to you. “Champions place your hoofs, claws, and hands over the parchment before you.”
  634. >You do as she says.
  635. >Placing your hand over the paper, a streaming light of magic circles around it. Your entire hand glows for a few moments before dying down, and in its wake you find a small Crystal emblem seal laying beneath your hand on top of the contract.
  636. > “These will be your entries for the tournament, without them you will not be able to compete, so don’t lose them!” Celestia added
  637. > You figure placing this thing in your pocket for the time being would be the best, but before you can even push it in a blue aura takes hold of it and snatches it away from you.
  638.
  639. > “We will just keep this with us for safe keeping; it would be a shame if thou lost or misplaced this.”
  640. >Looking over to your good old friend Luna, she has a smile on her face with the emblem hovering in her grasp.
  641. “What makes you think I’ll lose it?”
  642. > “Well,” she taps her hoof in thought. “Lookith how many pairs of pants, and other sorts of wearing material thou hath lost up until now.”
  643. >Your blood starts to boil.
  644. “For your information, I do not lose any of my clothes, quite far from it. A certain yellow Pegasus likes to steal them from time to time, and if it’s not that they usually end up getting burned, evaporated, and torn to shreds, or just ~magically~ disappear from my body by my perverted friends!”
  645. >She snickers behind her hoof.
  646. “Hey It’s not funny, I’m lucky if I have enough clothes to wear by the end of the week. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to go commando to work.”
  647. > “Thou know…,” she snickers again. “Thou could always havith his wearing’s imbued with magical resistances, Anonymous.”
  648. > If only you had known that before, you’d still have all your clothes, and you would never have to worry about walking around Equestria naked again, then again…
  649. “You know Twilight and they would've just figure out a way around that.”
  650. >“Perhaps, but we think as of today they wouldn't attempt such aberrant behavior.”
  651. >Her eyes travel to her sister as do yours. She’s right; at this point in time your friends wouldn’t ever do anything to intervene between you and Celestia’s relationship. They respected those bounds and you’re quite happy that they do.
  652. > “And now,” Celestia yells.” Let’s introduce our combatants!”
  653. >You notice a lavender hoof slide a few feet away slide from the table… wait was that…?
  654. >You tried to see who it was but that giant bull headed minotaur they called Black Horn was blocking your view from seeing who it was.
  655. > “Now give a round of applause to one of our very own Elements of Harmony, and Princes of Equestria, Twilight sparkle!”
  656. >The crowds below roar with excitement and cheer for the little light purple Alicorn.
  657. “…”
  658. >Your mind went blank for the moment, and you feel your heart take one mighty beat before everything around you seems to go silent. You can’t even hear the people below scream and cheer…
  659.
  660. ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  661. Twilight Sparkle
  662. ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  663.
  664. > Twilight sparkle sits in her seat with utter anxiety rushing through her entire body. Her thoughts shift through her mentor’s request the day before when she asked to talk to her alone.
  665. “This will be your most difficult challenges yet, Twilight. This tournament will allow you to show us what you have learned, not just in your studies of friendship. As a princes you are also a protector of our nation, that whatever danger threatens Equestria we can rely on you to make your stand to defend our lands in its times of great danger.”
  666. > “But…”The little purple alicorn says raising her head to meet her mentor’s eyes. “Why would you give me such a task like this…? I would never question your request or judgments otherwise, but why put me into a situation where I have to go against a friend, why do I have to potently fight Anonymous!?”
  667. >Celestia’s expression shows of hurt. “My dearest student, I know my request doesn't make much sense, but as you know most ponies don’t see Anonymous as a friend to our nation, and as a result to this, rumors have spread across the lands of an Alien from another world with unimaginable strength.”
  668. >“I don’t see what you’re trying to say, Princes?” Twilight responds confusingly.
  669. >“They see him as a great threat… a weapon that could be used against them, but… they’re not the only ones who think he’s a danger, the Council members are afraid that he’ll one day rise against Equestria, and overthrow me and my sister as well as you. As for the rumors and other nations, I've received letters upon letters from rulers wanting to see a demonstration from him to see if he’s as really powerful as they say, and I've declined each one.”
  670. >The little alicorn grits her teeth. “But Anonymous isn't like that. He would never do such a thing like that, he’s a good person. Sure, he’s had his slip ups here and there but so has everypony else! He’s not a danger to anypony…! And I still don’t understand what this has to do with him and me?”
  671. > “I know this is hard for you, Twilight, but things are becoming unstable within the nations. I need to you trust me just like you always have.”
  672. > Twilight lowers her head still in confusion. “But how does this help Anonymous? It will only make things worse for him.” A few tears fall from her eyes, “I don’t understand! None of this makes sense!”
  673. >The herald of the sun places her hoof on Twilight's shoulder. “Have faith in my decision my dear student. I promise when the day comes you’ll understand,” her tone hardens slightly, “But Twilight, when the time comes and you find yourself against Anonymous, Do not hold back!”
  674. > Twilight tries her best to shake the thoughts away but it’s no use, she can’t get over how this will bring anything positive to the table. There are so many scenarios that could happen and none of them house a good repercussion in the long run.
  675. > She doesn’t know what to do. All the doors she sees will only crumble around Anonymous and place him in a state of anguish, and make him seem more as a threat to this world then an ally.
  676. >But the thing that worries her the most, is the fact that Anonymous is capable of causing a lot of harm. If what Celestia says is true about his experience with these sorts of things, with the strength he now possess he’s more dangerous than anypony here. But why has he never talked about these things? And why did she not see them during the changeling attack in Ponyvile?
  677. >The only solution she can come up about the subject was something bad must have really happened in his world for him to not mention or want to speak on the matter.
  678. >Although Celestia knows more about Anon than anyp0ny else, there’s things he hasn’t told her.
  679. >Celestia only knows what he could be hiding.
  680. >Her train of thought is cut short by her mentor’s speech. “Now give a round of applause to one of our very own Elements of Harmony, and Princess of Equestria, Twilight sparkle!”
  681. >The crowds roar with excitement and cheer for Twilight. She readies herself to stand, trying to shake off any bad thoughts and calm her nerve, but can’t seem to get her mind off Anon, who only sits some odd feet away.
  682. >Everything goes silent as the many crowds of ponies and other species calm themselves to listen. Twilight searches desperately for words to say but can’t seem to find any, “I… umm…”
  683. > A loud slam followed by an ear-splitting “WHAT!?” that would even make Luna’s royal voice sound like a pencil snapping in a class room, roars out.
  684. >All eyes turn to where the outburst occurred from, only to see the human standing on his feet. Pieces of wood splintered or otherwise cracked lay around his feet from slamming his hands into the table. He’s standing there mouth agape, staring into Twilights eyes. His shocked expression was clear as the blue sky itself. ***
  685. >Some of the audience as well as the contenders recoiled, even Ozark being as big as he is jumped from Anon’s sudden eruption.
  686. > “Is this what you’ve been hiding from me!?” He yells, “Why would you not tell me Twilight was also to be a contender in the tournament!?”
  687. >The Princesses’ lower their heads in shame all except Celestia.
  688. > “Dammit,” he yells again, “Why, why would none of you tell me this, why did you three keep this a secret from me,” he looks away with troubled expression. “Did I do something wrong?”
  689. > “No Anon,” Celestia exclaims. It’s just…”
  690. > Twilight watches as Anon face palms with both hands while leaning back against the table only for him to forget that he broke it and fall off the stage and watch him plummet to the ground. The crowds gasp and few ponies scream as he hits the floor causing a loud crack to echo all around.
  691. >Twilight pears over to see Anonymous, he’s just lying there staring up into the sky aimlessly while ponies and creatures alike gather around him. She can only imagine what’s going through his mind right now. Even while Celestia and Luna call to him he doesn’t answer, he just lays there emotionless staring at the sky.
  692. >A few moments go by and he finally stands to his feet dusting himself off before walking through the crowd. Many of the people step out of his way making a path for him to walk through, they look scared.
  693. > “Wait, Anon!” Twilight cries out.
  694. >Before Twilight can say another word Celestia places he hoof out to stop her.
  695. > “Let him go, Twilight.”
  696. > “But Princess he’ll--”
  697. > “He’ll be fine. He just needs some time to himself. He’s quite upset with us right now as it is, more so with me then anypony else. Let’s just give him some time to calm down.” Celestia said placing her hoof on Twilight's shoulder.
  698. > “Our sister is right, Twilight Sparkle.” Luna commented, “Just let him be for now. Anonymous shall come around eventually.”
  699. > “That stupid ape will be an easy kill.” a husky raspy voice mutters.
  700. >Celestia’s eyes slowly turn to Black Horn; the anger in them was beyond anything Twilight has ever seen in her lifetime. It felt like the gravity just suddenly increased, and the air she was breathing turned hot almost stinging to inhale.
  701. > “You would do well to keep those words in your mind, Black Horn.” Celestia said in a cold tone.
  702. > Black Horn jolted back a few feet, sweat pouring from his head as he tried to set is attention elsewhere to avoid Celestia’s death gaze.
  703. >Ozark during this hold time was keeping track of both Celestia and Anonymous it even made him chuckle a little watching as everything unfolded.
  704. > ‘Those two are very protective of each other’ He thought to himself…
  705.
  706. ~~~~~~~~~~
  707.
  708. > So here you are, sitting at another outside bar drinking sweet crystal nectar. You have to say this stuff sure has a kick to it compared to the cider you usually drink back in Ponyvile. Philomena is also with you sitting on your shoulder and making small chirps while she nibbles at your hair.
  709. > You’ve been sitting here for quite some time now, and as usual ponies and other sorts stare while slipping comments back and for to one another.
  710. >A group of Minotaur’s sitting at a nearby table throw a few insults every so often, but you have just ignored them for the most part. One of them in particular has been trying his hardest to piss you off, but he’s had no results so far, and in truth it would seem you ignoring him is pissing him of instead.
  711. >The sun has already begun setting in the west. Orange and pink lather the sky and clouds in beautiful hue of colors as the day slowly comes to a close for a short time.
  712. >You have pretty much calm down since the conference, but you yet to come to terms with the situation and you still can’t figure out why Celestia, out of all ponies, would withhold this kind of information.
  713. >The only answer you could come up with was Celestia is testing Twilight, but if that’s truly what this is what do you have to do with all this?
  714. > It was bad enough you didn’t want to do this in the first place, and it’s even worse now that one of your friends will also be entering this stupid tournament. Of all the possible bad things you could think of this wasn’t one of them.
  715.
  716. >You sigh as the ice in your glass shifts.
  717. >What the hell are you even going to do? This is just one giant mess waiting to unfolded and you know it. What good could possibly come out of any of this?
  718. > “You seem to have a lot on your mind, Human.” A familiar bellowing voice says.
  719. > You cock your head slightly, letting your eyes travel the rest of the way until you meet Ozark’s gaze.
  720. “Oh, what gave that away?”
  721. >Ozark merely chuckles, “You have that endless mile stare in your eyes. You’re sitting here at an outside bar -by yourself- and you’re ignoring everything around you, even that group of annoying cows. And if I were to theories I would say you’re not too thrilled about your friend fighting in the tournament, and that’s just a small part of it.”
  722. >He got you there.
  723. “You know, you’re very observant, and you seem to know a lot about me, especially since we just met. I would go as far as to think you were psychic or something.”
  724. >He chuckles again, “No, Human. I am not psychic. I’m just able to read other’s body language and come up with theories. And most of my knowledge about you comes from the letters I’ve received from Celestia over that last year and some odd months.”
  725. “That makes sense, and if you didn’t know, you can call me Anon.”
  726. > He grins, “Does that mean you see me as a friend?”
  727. >You smile giving him a thumbs up.
  728. > He looks at you awkwardly, “I guess that means yes,” he grins again. “Well I have a gift for you then.”
  729. >reaching behind him he grabs… wait is that?
  730. > “I’m not quite sure about this,” he says meekly, “But in Celestia’s letters she said you are an omnivore and that you ate just about everything.”
  731. >He holds the piece of raw porterhouse in front of you; it has to be at least 36 ounces. You think you maybe drooling a little bit. Even if it’s not cooked yet it still looks delicious none the less.
  732. >snapping out of your little dream you turn your attention back to Ozark.
  733. “Yeah I do, but it has to be cooked a little first.”
  734. > “I see. How do you like it then?” he asks.
  735. “RARE~…”
  736. >That sounded a little creepy the way you said that.
  737. >Ozark throws the piece of meat into the air, blasting it with his white flames for a few seconds. As cool as it was to see a white fire spew from his mouth, you were more preoccupied with the porterhouse now falling.
  738. >In one move you caught the porterhouse in mid-air and sunk your teeth right into is tasty soft texture ripping a huge piece away. You feel like you’re in heaven as you chew into this divine, succulent, tender piece of beef, and playing hot potato with the piece of meat in your hands.
  739. > “Well…” Ozark says surprisingly, “I didn’t expect you to be so hungry.”
  740. “It’s not that… I just haven’t… had meat in such… a long time!”
  741. >Trying to chew and talk at the same time is a pain in the ass.
  742. >You take your seat back at the bar while continuing to gnaw chunks of steak off and casually taking large gulps of your nectar to make sure you don’t choke.
  743.
  744. >Within about three minutes you had already eaten everything, leaving only the T-bone and not a single scrap on it either. You tried to savor the taste of each bite while you could, but you were satisfied none the less.
  745. >During all the time you were enjoying your heavenly meal, the group of Minotaurs sitting not too far away had quite enough of you and were making their way over to the bar.
  746. > “Just a heads up,” Ozark says forewarning, “A group of Black Horns pawns are making their way over here, possibly to start trouble with you.”
  747. >You don’t even bother to turn around, but instead keep yourself turned to the bar; calmly taking sips of your drink.
  748. “I know. I had figure they eventually would.”
  749. >“What are you going to do?” Ozark asks questioningly.
  750. >Setting Philomena down on the bar arms distance away from you, you take another sip of your drink.
  751. “Try and avoid the inevitable as much as possible.”
  752. >He raises a brow to you.
  753. >“I don’t see how that makes any sen--”
  754. >Ozark is cut off by one of them “Hey you stupid alien ape!”
  755. >You keep yourself turned to the bar despite his insult.
  756. > “Hey, I’m talkin’ to you, you stupid monkey!” He yells slamming his hands on the table beside you.
  757. > Not even bother to look at him you raise your glass to take another sip only for him to slap it out of your hand, splashing some of it in your face and wetting your shirt in the processes.
  758. >Philomena lets out a loud squawk, while Ozark watches on wondering what will happen next.
  759. >You signal the barkeeper for another glass while wiping the nectar from your face.
  760. >At this point the Minotaur’s starting to become more unsettled making more vulgar and threatening remarks trying to get a rise out of you.
  761. > “Look at you, so pathetic. You look like you fell out of manticore’s plot. I bet I could beat you into a pulp with one arm tied behind back.”
  762. > This goes on over the course of a minute as others gather around to see what all the fuss is about. Some of the onlookers begin to make wagers and bets of what will happen and who will win.
  763. > Finally the Minotaurs’ had enough of you ignoring him, “Look at me when I’m talkin’ to you, wussy!” He swings for a hook, only for you to lean your head forward slightly and catch him by the wrist as his hand travels over the back of your head.
  764. >You use your palm to force his hand down while using your thumb and index finger to lock his wrist and force it upwards.  He screeches in pain as you hold him in place, threatening you to let him go.
  765. >Cocking his free hand back he readies himself for another swing and in him doing so you lift up on his wrist a little harder making him grab his arm instead and fall to his knees.
  766. >After taking a sip from your new nectar you set the glass down pull the wincing Minotaur up to his hooves and shove him to his friends, who catch him before hitting the ground.
  767. > The crowds that gathered around are now starting to encourage the Minotaurs while screaming ‘kick his plot’ while others just frown and shake their heads in disapproval at the whole ordeal.
  768. >After regaining his bearings and rubbing his wrist he still wants to keep going readying himself again.
  769. “It would be smart for you to just walk away. I don’t have any attentions of fighting you.”
  770. > “Shut up,” He yells while charging at you. “I’ll not be told what to do by a stupid alien monkey from another world.”
  771. > He throws a straight putting all his weight into it, only for you to tilt your head slightly and watch as his fist travels past your cheek while at the last second grabbing him by his neck and lifting him off the ground. His feet or rather hooves dangle off the ground as you hold him in place. He tries desperately to break your grip from his throat but to no results can he even pry your fingers away.
  772. “Why can’t you just walk away? Why must you continue to bother me or attempt to cause me harm?”
  773. > You toss him back to the others, watching as he cartwheels backwards into them before coming to a hard stop. And just as before he stands up but this time his friends are readying to join in with him.
  774. > “You think,” *cough* “you can just come to this world and stand against us!?” he shouts.
  775. “What the hell are you talking about?”
  776. > “Don’t act like you don’t know!” He begins to charge once again, his friends following swiftly behind him.
  777. >You sigh and close your eyes for the moment.
  778. “Nothing ever changes…”
  779. > The moment you open your eyes he was already throwing his punch. Time seem to slow down for a short while as you watch his fist approach ever so slowly.
  780. >In the blink of an eye you pushed his fist to the right, sending it over your shoulder, while stepping to the side bringing your forearm up and clotheslining him, knocking him to the ground. One of his buddies came shortly after trying to grab you only for you to reverse it and put him into a head lock with one arm while extending your elbow out to block the third guys punch, breaking a few of his fingers as his fist impacted against it.
  781. >The fourth and fifth were the last ones to come in. Quickly thinking you pull the second one from your headlock up and use him as a shield from the fourth guys punch, his fist collides against his friends face knocking him out, and in that same moment you threw the unconscious one into him sending them both flying back and knocking the fourth one out as well.
  782. >It’s just you and the fifth man and he’s looking awfully timid right now. All four of his friends lay around him either unconscious or just on the ground in pain, but he stands his ground, he has no thought of backing down.
  783. “Don’t make me do this; you still have a chance to walk away. If you have the slightest bit of dignity left, you’ll take your friends and leave me be.”
  784.
  785. > “You think you scare me, monster!?” he says raising his voice trying to make himself look bigger, “I don’t care if you think we’re weak, even if I lose our War chief will make minced meat out of you.” He rushes towards you.
  786. “Idiot…”
  787. >He rams right into you wrapping his arms around your torso. He wasn’t even able to budge you an inch, but yet he’s still trying to push forward in hopes of a miracle of somehow taking you down.
  788. >You place your hand over his face slowly pushing him away from your body. He tries to keep his grip around you but not matter how hard he tries his hands begin to slip away from each other until eventually coming lose. He’s at arm’s length from you as you hold him there for a few moments to speak.
  789. “I don’t know what you’re going on about, but I can tell you I don’t think your weak, stupid maybe, but not weak. As for what your friend said about rising against you, I don’t have a clue as to what he meant by that. I don’t have the desire to rise against anyone, but if you insist on attacking me for no reason you leave me no choice but to defend myself.”
  790. > “Liar!” he mutters from behind your hand.
  791. >These guys really are bullheaded and apparently nothing you say will change their minds. It’s sad… to think that this world isn’t much different from yours.
  792. >You give him a shove propelling him backwards fifty feet before coming to a stop. He slowly raises his head while clutching his stomach. You don’t even bother to meet his eyes and instead walk back to the bar where Philomena and Ozark are and take your seat.
  793. > “I must say that was impressive. I’ve never seen any creature fight like you do, not even a single strike and you were able to take them all down with such ease.” Ozark says as if amused by the whole thing.
  794. “Not really. I didn’t want to fight them. And to be honest with you I don’t want to fight in this tournament.”
  795. > “I… don’t understand,” he says confused by your words, “You were just defending yourself like stated. I don’t see why you’d not want to fight in the tournament, especially after that little display. You seem to have a high amount of combat knowledge…”
  796. >Sitting Philomena on your arm she chirps while nuzzling her beak against your nose.
  797. >You stroke the back of her neck with your finger while in thought before answering Ozark.
  798. “It has less to do with my knowledge of fighting and more of that fact I’m not comfortable with the idea. I had no attention of ever doing these things again and now…”
  799. >Now everything has taken a really big turn, Twilights in the tournament and this changes everything. You don’t stand a damn chance in hell against her, but that’s not what you’re worried about…
  800. > “I still don’t understand, Anonymous. You’re acting as if you have something against fighting itself, and if you dislike it so much why did you enter in the first place?”
  801. “All fighting has ever done was bring me pain, sorrow, rejection. Nothing good has ever come out of it and nothing ever will! I only agreed to this because… because Ellie asked me too.”
  802.
  803. >No words are spoken for a time as you continue to pet Philomena and drink your nectar, while Ozark goes over things in his mind.
  804. >The crowds are still chattering and looking at you while keeping their distance. And if they had any good sense they should avoid pestering you for the time being.
  805. > “Something still bothers you,” Ozark finally speaks up. “Something from your past to this day still clutches around you, although I don’t know what it is, it’s quite clear you’re not going to tell me. But, a word of advice you should learn to let things go and move on.”
  806. “What do you think I’ve been trying to do since I arrived in this world? I’ve been trying to forget everything, not letting any of it slip into my mind even for a second, and hoping that within time it’ll just disappear.”
  807. > “Sometimes in order to move on we must face our mistakes. Simply waiting around and trying to avoid the thoughts only makes things worse over time. If you truly desire peace at mind then stop eluding the problems and face them head on.”
  808. “If only it was that easy, Ozark.”
  809. > “You’re scared.” He utters
  810. >Your vision travels slowly to Ozarks gaze.
  811. “What?”
  812. > He smirks “You’re not scared of anyone; I was even surprised you were so calm towards me when we met earlier, but you are scared of facing your problems.”
  813. “You’re right, maybe I am—“
  814. >You grin before taking another sip from your glass.
  815. “—But as for you, you’re not the biggest creature I’ve come in contact with.”
  816. >You don’t need to see his face to know he has a smile spreading across it.
  817. > “Do tell, what could you have possibly encountered that’s bigger than--”
  818.
  819. > “That’s the one War chief. That ape is the one who attacked us!”
  820. >Ah what the fuck is it this time.
  821. >Turning around in your chair you see the group of Minotaurs that you roughed up a little standing with their leader who was glaring at you and gritting his teeth.
  822. > “So you think you can attack my men and just sit around thinking there won’t be any consequences!?” Black Horn says with a growl.
  823. “Your men attacked me, and as I told them I didn’t want any trouble, just like I’m going to tell you. I don’t want any more problems than I already have, so just leave me alone.”
  824. > Black Horn laughs, “Not gonna’ happen, freak.”
  825. >You place Philomena down for the second time, this time farther away towards Ozark.
  826. “Why must you insist on doing this?”
  827. > “Because,” he sneers, “the tournament is postponed for entire month, I might as well take out the competitor’s now so I can gain an early victory.”
  828. > “Your arrogance never ceases to surprise me, Black Horn.” Ozark comments while looking at the Jet black Minotaur.
  829. > “You stay out of this dragon!” Black Horn rebuked.
  830. > Black Horn turns his attention back to you, “This is between me and the Monkey.”
  831. >He begins to walk towards you making heavy stomps with his hooves.
  832. > “Your silly little princess isn’t around to protect you. And don’t bother calling for mommy and daddy to save you either— it’s not like they could anyways. You’re all alone in this world with no one—“
  833. > Your mind begins to fill with indignation as he spoke on only increasing your anger; you have the indistinct urge to break him right there.
  834. >Darkness begins to fills your vision almost like you’re going blind and the massive headache you have feels like someone is hitting you with a sledge hammer relentlessly.
  835. > Ozark studies you for the moment as he felt something about your presence changed almost entirely into something else.
  836. “— What am I saying, your mother and father probably think you’re pathetic--”
  837.
  838. “SHUT UP!”
  839. > Everyone around you jumped in shock, even Philomena was a little scared of you.
  840. “You fucking talk too much you overconfident, ego driven cow!”
  841. >That insult enraged Black Horn, his pace went from a walk to a full on stampede ramming anything that got in his way.
  842. >Bearing your teeth in an almost grin like fashion you take a few steps forward in Black Horns direct path of engagement. It feels like something in controlling your body or more like influencing it.
  843. >Within three seconds of you taking those few steps, Black Horn was just a foot away, already propelling his fist towards you. Without you even telling it to your left arm extended out catching his fisting and squeezing down on it, not enough to cause great pain but enough to hold him in place.
  844. >Black Horns eyes widen with shock from your fast reaction and also from the fact that it felt like he punched brick walk when he hit your hand. But what disturbed him the most was your eyes, something about them shot a chill up his spine.
  845. >All that time he looked into your eyes felt like minutes but in actuality was only two seconds. He was so focused on them that he didn’t see your right hand curl into a fist and was on a straight path for his jaw.
  846. >Time seem to slow down for you as your fist drew closer and closer to its target. During all this you were telling yourself in your mind not to do it while another was telling you otherwise. You also could have sworn you heard someone said “Tear him apart!”
  847. >As the moment almost comes to an end, your thoughts are torn apart when you find a golden aura wrapped instantly around your right arm stopping you a half an inch away from its mark and pulling you back twenty feet before coming to a stop.
  848. >A luminescent, multi colored mane and tail flows over your head and body as you stand to your feet from the massive jerk you just experienced.
  849.
  850. > “Celestia, do not interfere between us!” Black Horn shouts.
  851. > “Silence!” she commands. “I will not stand by and let this go on any further.”
  852. > “He attacked and wounded my men, he must be held accountable for his actions.”
  853. >Celestia doesn’t even turn to look at you, “Is this true, Anon?”
  854. > “No he did not!” Ozark retorts, “Your men were the ones who attacked him. He only acted in self-defense; from the time I arrived your men had done nothing but harass and torment him until finally turning to physical violence, despite his numerous attempts to stray away from it, they continually tried to engage him until finally it was too late and he was only left with no other options.”
  855. >The only thing you could do at this point was just stand there completely surprised by Ozark’s statement. You just couldn’t believe he stood up for you like that, a dragon you just met today, was defending you.
  856. >You’re snapped out of your little moment by Luna magically appearing by your side, taking her stance just like her older sister.
  857. > “Let it be known that there is to be no confrontations, Black Horn. We shall say this once, for any of those whom choose to ignore these rules whether tis pony, gryphon, Minotaur, or other, they shall find themselves removed from the empire grounds. Are our words clear!?”
  858. > Everyone around nod’s in unison.
  859. > “We are glad all thee agree!” Luna says sternly.
  860. > Black Horns nose scrunches, “Fine,” He shouts, “but wipe that things tears then,” He says pointing to you, “I don’t see why you are crying.”
  861. > Without even a blink Celestia was standing in front of you, a dismal and uncertain expression was all you could see laid across her face and eyes.
  862.
  863. “What?”
  864. > She raises her hoof to your cheek gently rubbing away a few droplets of water. Her hoof glimmers with the speckles of liquid she wiped away. You watch as the stream down her hoof only for your eyes to meet hers at the end.
  865. > You glide your fingertips on the underlines of your eyes wiping away a few more droplets while random strays of water drop from your chin, pattering against the ground.
  866. >When the hell were you crying?  Why were you crying? You can’t even remember when it even started.
  867. > “Luna,” she stated, “Please see to calming the people from this ordeal. I need to talk to Anonymous… alone.”
  868. >The moon princess looks onto to you still wiping the left over tears from your face.
  869. > “We understand, sister. Do what thou needith to do.” She replies.
  870. >Celestia rests her muzzle over your shoulder and in a bright flash the scenery around you changes instantly, what were once the outer limits of the city was now the main balcony of the Crystal Castle, overlooking the city itself.
  871. >You feel suddenly light headed and fall back on to the cold floor looking up at sky. Guess that little tantrum combined with the headache took more out of you then you thought, but why? And why was your vision going dark and when the hell did you shed a few tears?
  872. > “Are you alright, Anon?” Celestia asks, sitting on her haunches next to you.
  873. “I think you already know the answer, Ellie.”
  874. >“I see. You’re still mad at me then…”
  875. “I’m not mad at you, just confused is all?”
  876. >She sighs, “I guess it is time I explain what’s going on.”
  877. >Sitting up you lean against your arms propping yourself up to listen.
  878. “I’m all ears…”
  879.
  880.
  881. ~~~~~~~~~~~
  882.
  883.
  884. > “So now you know. The people of the other nations are in total fear and distraught. I have done everything I possibly could to suppress and cast away their worries, but nothing has worked thus far.”
  885. “I don’t see how any of this will make them see me different, and to make matters worse Twilight's in the tournament now. This just seems to be a one hole deal for me, fight and prove everyone’s fears right, don’t fight people will still be scared.”
  886. > “It may seem that way, but please trust me. If you can do that like you always have, then I promise things will be different.”
  887. > You sigh.
  888. “Yeah, but there’s the possibility that I’ll have to fight Twilight and that doesn't sit well for me, no matter what way you look at it, how am I to even fight her let alone defend myself. Her magic isn't like it was back then; she’s a lot stronger now. She’ll know to keep her distance the whole time, that’s if she doesn't decide to hold me down and blast me to hell.”
  889. > “Anon,” She says calmly. “You have more knowledge than her when it comes to these sorts of things. With your combat experience, combined with strength you now possess, you should be just fine.”
  890. “Yeah, combat experience that’s made to fight other humans, not ponies with magic. And none of that is the point! I can’t fight Twilight she’s my friend. What are you expecting me to--?”
  891. > “I expect you to do what you think is right!” she says sternly, looking deep into your eyes.
  892. “The only right thing I know to do is not go through with this.”
  893. > She nuzzles into your cheek, “I promise you’ll understand when the time comes, but you must do this if you are to truly understand my reasons.”
  894. >Although you still can’t see point you give into her request and sigh. She’s never gave you any reasons not to trust her so you’ll do as she asked, even though you still don’t want to.
  895.
  896. >You prod at her belly and give her a toothy grin trying to lighten the mood.
  897. “You just want to take care of me if I get hurt don’t you. Your hopping I get beat up a little!”
  898. > “Honestly, I hope no harm comes to you or Twilight, but…” She flashes you wicked grin and lifts you up with her magic, pulling you into a cradling position, “I’ll nurse you back to health if you are severely injured, I’ll bathe you, feed you, whatever I must!”
  899. >The both of you share a laugh as she sets you down to your feet in front of her. And for the umpteenth time today you find yourself starting into her beautiful eyes, becoming lost yet again.
  900. > “As long as I can have you by my side,” She says faintly.
  901. > Her eyes drift away slowly only for you to bring them back to yours.
  902. “I’ll stand by your side forever and always. I promise you that, Ellie.”
  903. >Your words bring a smile to her lips and her eyes glimmer with happiness once again.
  904. >Little did you or Celestia know that Luna was standing behind one of the walls near the balcony entrance and overheard the last part of conversation as she was trotting up.
  905. ~~~~~~~~~~~
  906. Luna
  907. ~~~~~~~~~~~
  908. > She knew that was an impossible promise that Anon could never hope to dream of keeping. It hurt her dearly to even think about it, that one day her sister would one day wake up and Anonymous would be gone forever.
  909. >A few tears slipped from Luna’s eyes. Immortality is such a burden and one that few understand; that with it comes only pain and sorrow the likes of which nopony knows. To watch as all those you care about pass away and never see them again, it is pain that hurts one so deep they wish for death to take them no matter what physical pain they have to endure.
  910. >Luna remembers her mother’s words from long, long ago when she was still a young filly with her sister “Life is a curse, Death is a gift. Remember my little ones Alicorns are to only know death by battle. You are to protect everything around you with your lives.”
  911. >A few more tears stream down Luna’s cheek. She realized that it would affect her as well, not only would her sister lose her first true lover, but Luna would lose one of her first true real friends besides her sister.
  912. >She would even go as far as to say she’s jealous of her sister, jealous of the love her sister and Anonymous share.
  913. >She wiped the tears from her eyes and cheeks trying to compose herself as best she could. She trotted in place a few times and shook her head before walking out to meet Anon and her sister.
  914.
  915.
  916. ~~~~~~~~
  917.
  918. >You turn away from Celestia to the sound of hooves approaching from behind. To your relief it was just Luna trotting up.
  919. >“Ah, we hath been looking everywhere for you, Anonymous.”
  920. “Umm, for what exactly…?”
  921. > “Tis time for you to be in bed, we have a long way to travel tomorrow.” She says with that stupid evil grin she wears so well.
  922. “Since when have you been the one who decides that decides my bed time?”
  923. > “Since we are the one who literally had to drag you out of the bed this morning.”
  924. “Your point being, I don’t see how this morning’s little wake up call has anything to do with you telling me when I have to go to bed?”
  925. > “We do not attend to hath go through with that again, and we just don’t want to hath drag you to our destination tomorrow!” Luna snarls.
  926. “Like you weren't having fun dragging my ass around this morning, you practically almost died laughing giving me rug burns! And now that you mention where the hell do you plan on taking me for training?”
  927. > Luna smiles, “Tis a surprise, Anonymous.”
  928. >That doesn't sound like something you like. The Last time Luna gave you a surprise you found yourself being blasted out a window from the highest point in Canterlot.
  929. “What kind of surprise? Does it involve me getting—“
  930. >Luna’s horns shines cutting you off and you suddenly feel very sleepy.
  931. >You fall back only for Celestia to catch you, resting you against her chest. Your eyes begin to flutter as you focus on her trying to mutter a few more words.
  932. “You know,” *Yawn* “you’re really gorgeous, Ellie…”
  933. >You can no longer hold your eyes open and rest your head against Celestia, her heartbeat soothingly lulling you to sleep.
  934. > “Goodnight my love,” She places a loving kiss upon your forehead before everything around you goes silent as you begin to take on a dreamless sleep.
  935.
  936. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  937. Celestia and Luna
  938. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  939.
  940.  > “It would appear he’s put on ten pounds or so over the last year and a half,” Celestia says trying to keep Anonymous propped up with her physical strength.
  941. > “With all the food he devours we are astounded he’s not heavier.” Luna adds
  942. >The two sisters share a giggle.
  943. > “He’s taller than the average Minotaur, practically three inches taller than me, his hands completely dwarf theirs in comparison,” Celestia runs her hoof through his hair, “I wonder what he was like as a child?”
  944. > Luna eyes her sister oddly, “Sister, thou meanith to say he’s never told you about his foalhood?”
  945. > “He doesn’t really talk much about it, then again he doesn't talk much about his past at all, or even his world,” She replies before looking to her sister, “Has he ever talked to you about any of it?”
  946. > “No, in fact he’s never told us anything. The only knowledge we possess is from what you pass down to us.” Luna raises her eyes to the sky, “My sister you know more about him then anypony else, he trusts you more than anypony.”
  947. > “I see,” Celestia says less the audibly “But I don’t think it’s a trust problem, Luna. I’ve asked him questions about his life prior to arriving in Equestria, and every time he just seems to become so tense and constrictive, like he’s afraid to talk about it.”
  948. >Celestia pass her hoof over Anonymous cheek, “It took almost 3 months before he told me he was an orphan as a child, and a few weeks after that he told me about what he did for a living.”
  949. > “Did he ever say anything about his parents?” Luna asks.
  950. > Celestia shakes her head, “No. He never once—“
  951. > Celestia halted her words as a few tears slipped from Anonymous's closed eyes. Luna noticed too and took a few steps closer to examine him thoroughly.
  952. > “Can he hear us!?” Celestia asked shockingly.
  953. > After scanning over him for a few more seconds Luna finally speaks, “He’s still asleep, a dreamless sleep. We don’t think Anonymous’s brain is even conscious enough to even put together words properly.”
  954. > “That’s very unusual to see,” Celestia states while wiping his tears away, “Do you think maybe our words triggered something?”
  955. > “Tis no way to tell unless he is dreaming and he doesn’t seem to dream much at all, once in a blue moon are we able to enter his mind and see what he dreams.”
  956.
  957. > “What was he dreaming about when he was?” The older sister asks.
  958. > “You,” Luna said timidly, “But sister, as you know we are able to look into everypony’s minds when they are asleep and dreaming. When I was in the dream I wasn’t able to see anything but the dream he was having, twas like other parts of his mind were blocked to us.”
  959. > Celestia questions over the thought, “Do you think it may have something to do with the rift that brought him here originally?”
  960. > “That could be a reason, the portal’s magic did enhance his body’s physical aspects enormously, maybe it could have also given him a small amount of magical resistances. We don’t really know for sure,” Luna sighs contently, “Anonymous really is an amazing creature…”
  961.
  962. > “He’s one amazing human,” Celestia corrects.
  963. >The moon goddess watches her sister with envies eyes as she holds Anonymous close to her in almost hugging fashion.
  964. > “Sister…?” Luna says shyly.
  965. >Celestia raises her eyes to meet her younger sisters’ attention, “Yes?”
  966. > Luna rubs her hoof in a circular motion around the tiled floors, “D-do you…umm, do you actually love Anonymous, we mean you know really love him?”
  967. > Celestia shines such a pure heartwarming smile and her eyes emitted a glossy amaranthine gleam that Luna already knew the answer before her sister even spoke it.
  968. > “Yes,” she says with such emotion, “I really, truly do. He’s so precious to me, Luna. There is something special about his heart, beneath his rough, exterior is a kind and gentle being that only few have seen,” She hardens her embrace around him, “I just wish others could see it too.”
  969. > For the moment a lump had formed in Luna’s throat preventing her from speaking the words she wanted to say. Anonymous had more in common with her then her own sister; she only wondered why he chose her over anyone else.
  970. > Luna sighs, “Anonymous is going through the same things we had to endure from our return, and everypony was scared of us. The fear of us only lasted a few weeks thanks to Twilight Sparkle and her friends, but Anonymous has been dealing with it for nearly two years now, and yet he acts as if tis a normal thing.”
  971. > “Things will be different after the tournament little sisters, I promise that to -you- and everypony else,” Celestia looks out to the construction of the Coliseum, “I know my plan will work.”
  972. > “You still haven’t told us what your plan is?” Luna said with a curious look.
  973. > The older sister sat there for a moment staring at the sleeping human resting against her chest, watching as he rises and falls with each strong breath he takes. She could feel his strong heartbeat pounding too; even when it’s calm it still felt like little shockwaves pulsating through his body and transferring into hers.
  974. > “I cannot tell you everything my dear, Luna. But what I can tell you is my plan will revolve around him accepting my gift, what Anonymous does after that we can only wait and see.”
  975. >Accepting her gift? Luna wondered what her older sister meant by that, she and Anon were already friends, she can’t grant him immortality, at least to her knowledge she couldn’t. What cloud Celestia possibly…?
  976.
  977. > “Sister, are thou planning to make the bond with Anonymous, can he even accept that gift being as he’s not even pony, specifically not even an alicorn!?”
  978. > Celestia’s genuine smile doesn’t waver, “That in itself is entirely his decision, we can really only wait and see.”
  979. > Luna falls back on her haunches shocked and confused, is her sister actually going to give the most sacred of gifts an Alicorn can give? Giving it to another Alicorn is one thing but to another species has never been heard of.
  980. > “Is everything alright, Luna. You seem a little unsettled.” Celestia asked with a worrying look.
  981. > “Tis nothing, we are just a little tired from the sleep schedule change, you know we usually sleep during the day.” Luna says nervously.
  982. > Celestia raises her eye brow only for a moment, “If you say so little sister.”
  983. > “Yes, just sleepy we only came to make sure Anonymous was going to bed early, “She looks over to Anon still wrapped in her older sisters embrace, “We shall take him to his room and put him to bed.”
  984. > “Do not worry, Luna. I’ll see to him, you should hurry and get to bed yourself you’ve been up since last night.”
  985. >Luna sighs, “You’re right, sister.”
  986. >Celestia levitates Anonymous in her magic while walking up to her sister and giving her a warm hug, “Good night, Lulu.”
  987. >Luna rollers her eyes from her long forgotten nickname but smiles anyways. “Good night big sister.”
  988. >While Celestia begins to walk away with Anonymous in her magical aura, Luna notices his right arm dangling around. Without her sister noticing she had gently placed it across his stomach with her magic.
  989.
  990.
  991. ~~~~~~~~~~
  992.
  993.
  994. >Celestia opens the door to Anonymous's room with Anon himself levitating right behind. She walked over to his bed and proceeded to lay him down softly. He let out a groan of discomfort as he tugged at his shirt completely ripping it off without any real effort at all and threw it out the nearby window. As he was about to go for his jeans Celestia used her magic to quickly pull them off of him before he tore them as well along with his shoes, leaving him in his boxers.
  995. >Celestia let out a sigh of relief “The last thing you need is more ruined clothes.”
  996. >After placing his wearing’s and shoe’s to the side, Celestia began to tuck Anon in making sure he was comfortable and happy only for him to shift around and shove the covers off and lay in weird possession with his arms and legs spread out in random directions.
  997. >She giggles at his child like sleeping habits which was one of the many things she adored about him.
  998. >A few minutes go by while she caringly caressed her hoof through his hair. Her awareness of everything around her ceased as her eyes travels up and down his calm, steady, strong toned body.
  999. >After a while Celestia thinks it’s time that she got to bed herself. As she stands to take her leave Anonymous hand shot out and grabbed her hoof. She turned back to see his face was one of sad and strained. It was very apparent to her in that moment that even in such an unconscious state from sleep he’s still very active almost like it’s acting out of second nature.
1000. >She smiled knowing he wasn’t going to let go unless she stayed. Removing all of her regalia she sets them on the nearby night stand while crawling into the bed and laying by his side. Before she knew it he had already wrapped his arms around her and nuzzled his head into her neck. She did the same by wrapping her front legs around his shoulders and overlaying her head above his.
1001. > Celestia gave anonymous one final kiss on the forehead before resting her head back upon his and closing her eyes and slowly drifting off to sleep herself.
