Tutors in equestrian will be hired for a 2 week intense learning course.
The Ponies to be included in the class will be:
Bob, Cherenkov Light, Dusk Prancer, Hidden Glimmer, Honey Rose, Ikea, Kaiasha, Lucyne, Rain Drop, Starfire.
No other purchases will be done at this time

Quartermaster is removed from the council.
Law to be added to the council
 
Council can act with official authority on matters within their field.
 
Ikea has formally been named chairman of the council
 
A guard is to be posted at the clinic to help enforce the physicians' authority.
