- Tutors in equestrian will be hired for a 2 week intense learning course.
- The Ponies to be included in the class will be:
- Bob, Cherenkov Light, Dusk Prancer, Hidden Glimmer, Honey Rose, Ikea, Kaiasha, Lucyne, Rain Drop, Starfire.
- No other purchases will be done at this time
- A jail is to be built.
- Science chair is renamed Science and Engineering
- Quartermaster is removed from the council.
- Law to be added to the council
- Council can act with official authority on matters within their field.
- Ikea has formally been named chairman of the council
- A guard is to be posted at the clinic to help enforce the physicians' authority.
