Title: Dash and Anon in winter (NOT MINE, INCOMPLETE) Author: Gruppe6Anon Pastebin link: http://pastebin.com/n1GeR1Ta First Edit: Saturday 25th of January 2014 01:04:40 PM CDT Last Edit: Saturday 25th of January 2014 01:04:40 PM CDT >Rainbow Dash bursts through the door with another pile of chopped firewood in her hooves, quickly closing the door behind her again to keep the cold out. >You jump up from under your blanket to help her carry the load and she lightly bumps into you as she loads some of it off onto your arms. >Both of you freeze for a moment, and as you look at her you notice a slight blush on her face. >You give her a smile and head for the fireplace, where you lay the firewood onto the slowly dying fire to refuel it. >In the meantime, Dash crawls under the woolen blanket on the couch, and sighs contently. >"You know, if it doesn't stop snowing soon, we'll barely be able to get the door open tomorrow morning." >You put away the chimney iron and hop under the blanket next to her. "Oh, I wouldn't mind staying inside." >Dash giggles. >"Are you afraid of the cold or what? I didn't think you're this soft, Anon." >You grin sheepishly and and pull Rainbow Dash into a hug. "No, I'm just completely fine with your company, cloudbutt." >Rainbow Dash blushes, but doesn't struggle against your tight embrace. >"A-Anon, you dweeb!" she stammers. >You ruffle through her mane. "Sssht, no talking now." >Eventually, she relaxes and leans herself against you. >"Anon, have I ever told you what a dork you are?" says Dash. "Many times." you reply, and move a strand of hair out of her face. >She shifts around a bit in your arms, and looks up at you. >You feel yourself get lost in her big magenta eyes. "So what about a hot chocolate, Dash?" >Rainbow Dash squees. >"That would be... would be..." "nice?" >"Yeah, that." >You heave her off of your chest and make your way to the kitchen, where you prepare two cups of hot chocolate. >When you come back, you see Dash lying across the entire length of the couch. "Now how am I supposed to sit back down again?" you complain, putting both cups down onto the table. >Rainbow Dash rolls around. >"Earn your place!" she challenges you. >With a roar, you pounce her, making her spasm through furious tickling. >Outside, the storm roars, as you and Dash cuddle up again. >Even inside, you hear the wind push against the walls and roof of your house, the old wood moaning. >Suddenly, there's a lout crackling and a thud, crash and bang as something heavy falls onto your roof. >A large graping hole has formed in your roof, and a fallen tree is lying in your living room. "Holy shit, are you okay, Dash?" >Rainbow Dash gulps and nods, staring at the tree. >Big snowflakes get blown into the room, and the coold breeze makes you shudder. >"S-Should we go to another room?" suggests Rainbow Dash. "No, this is the only one with heating. Maybe we could try to plug the hole somehow." >Dash looks at you critically. >"Plug it? Please, look at the size of that thing!" "Oh it's not that big." >"Big? It's huge! I don't think we can handle this." >You sigh and look around the room for a solution. "Let's just move closer to the fire, I'll get more blankets." >You come back with more blankets, and see that Dash has already moved the couch to shield the area in front of the fire from the wind. >"Heh, this is fun, it's like we're building a pillow fort." "You know, I really am glad I had that insured." >Sitting on the floor, you throw a few blankets over the two of you, and form a pillow out of the others. "Let's assess the damage tomorrow." you conclude. >Dash grunts approvingly and moves closer to you. >The howling of the wind roars through your domicile, and you pull a wool blanket over you and Dash. "This is almost comfy again." you note. >You can feel Rainbow Dash shift around next to you. >"Yeah, could be better though." >You turn your face too look at Rainbow Dash, who lies there with her hair in a mess. "What do you mean?" >Rainbow Dash shrugs. >"I don't know." >Her innocent look stabs you right into your heart. >"A-Anon?" she asks after a while. "Yes?" >"C-Can you pull me closer?" >You can't help but laugh at her blushing face as she says that. "Why, are you scared?" you mock her. >Rainbow Dash crosses her arms and puffs her cheeks. >"No I'm not! I'm just cold, is all!" >She's even cuter when she's grumpy. "Jeez, fine, I was just having a giggle." you say, and move your arms around her. >Dash humms contently, and you feel her warmth pressing against your chest. >You hear a howling from outside, this time seemingly not from the wind. >Dash tenses up in your arms. >"D-Did you hear that?" she stammers. "Yeah, probably was nothing." >Rainbow Dash curls up in your arms. >"W-What if it wasn't nothing? What if it was Timberwolves?" >You pull her closer to comfort her. "So you are scared, aren't you?" >"...A little bit" she acknowledges.
