  2. >Spiffy as ever.
  3. >Tonight was your date with Amy, and you were just finishing getting ready.
  4. >You turn around to look at your clock and see it's exactly 7:32.
  5. >Less than thirty minutes until your date with Amy.
  6.
  7. >Better call Amy and see if she's ready.
  8. >You head over to your desk where your phone lies on your desk.
  9. >Picking it up, you dial Amy's numaber and wait for a minute until you hear someone pick up on the other line.
  10. >"Hello?"
  11. "Hi Amy! It's me, Nolan. You ready for the date?"
  12. >"..."
  13. >"...That was tonight...?"
  14.
  15. >Oh shit.
  16. "Yes Amy, the date was tonight. If you forgot about it, it's fine. We can do it some other night."
  17. >"No, it's fine. I may just be a few minutes late. I need to get ready."
  18. >Thank the Lord!
  19. >You say good bye and put the phone in your pocket.
  20. >Walking out of your room, you head downstairs where you run into your father, sitting at a table reading the news on an iPad.
  21. >You try to sneak past him, but turn around as you hear his tablet drop to the table.
  22. >"Going some where son?"
  23.
  24. "Oh, I'm just going out for a date with a girl."
  25. >Your father raises his eyebrow.
  26. >"Where'd you meet this girl?"
  27. "Oh, I know her from school."
  28. >He picks up his tablet and begins to continue whatever he was doing on it in the first place.
  29. >"Very well, just don't spend too much money."
  30. >Turning around, you walk out the front door.
  31. >You walk to your driveway where your red sports car waits.
  32. >Such a beauty...
  33. >If she was a real girl, you wouldn't know if you'd date her, or Amy.
  34. >Climbing into your car, you adjust the mirror and pull out, driving to Amy's house to pick her up.
  35.
  36. >Finally reaching her house, you step out of you step out of your car and walk up to her front door.
  37. >Her house was much smaller than yours.
  38. >You ring her doorbell and wait for a moment.
  39. >"Hold on, I need a few more mintues! You can wait in the living room!"
  40.
  41. >You open the door and step inside.
  42. >Looked nice enough.
  43. >You step into what you think might be the living room.
  44. >Maybe you could learn something about Amy from her?
  45. >You walk over to a shelf that appears to have lots of pictures on it.
  46. >Examining them, you see Amy and what appears to be her little sister in one.
  47. >Looking at most of them, they appear to be perfectly normal.
  48. >That is, until you come across one that seems to be Amy at a younger age.
  49. >She had large glasses on, braces, and her hair was in a ponytail.
  50. >In her hand was a clarinet, and in the other was a trophy.
  51. >Amy used to be a major nerd?
  52. >"You ready for our date?"
  53. >Turning towards Amy, you see her walking down the stairs, wearing her dress and stockings with a purple scarf around her neck.
  54.
  55. >You pick up the picture of Amy and walk over to her.
  56. "Yeah, but look at what I found."
  57. >Showing her the picture, her face turns red.
  58. >"P-put that down right now!"
  59. "Aww, but you look so cute. Just like you do now."
  60. >Amy stomps her foor and snatches the picture from you.
  61. >"Flattery will get you no where when you pull crap like that."
  62. >You sigh and lead her over to the door, opening it for her.
  63. >Walking to your car, Amy gasps at how expensive it looks.
  64. "Don't think too much of it. It was my dad's idea."
  65. >"Oh my, your dad must have lots of money.
  66. >You open the passenger door for her.
  67. "You have no idea..."
