  1. >You pant heavily as you run down the walkways of Hollow Shades.
  2. >Stealing a quick glance behind, you see your three pursuers.
  3. >A red eyed bat pony with spiky hair wearing a cardigan, accompanied by his two friends.
  4. >Oh, how you wish your tiny legs could run faster.
  5. >Continuing to run, you pass many houses.
  6. >All you had to do was get to your house, or at least near it.
  7. >Your sister could help you, she usually does.
  8. >Checking behind you again, you see them getting closer.
  9. >Only a little bit more.
  10. >You could already see your house.
  11. >Pumping your legs as hard as you can, your legs ache.
  12. >But you had to keep going, otherwise they'd catch you.
  13. >Feeling one of your hoofs stop, you topple over, landing face first.
  14. >You look up to not only see the uneven board that tripped you, but also the three bat ponies slowing down as they get closer to you.
  15. >If you didn't get up, you were dead.
  16. >As you try to scramble to your feet, you feel yourself get lifted up by your two forelegs.
  17. >Oh no.
  18. >You're as good as dead now.
  19. >Wait, maybe if you played dead, they'd leave you alone.
  20. >Letting yourself hang limp, you close your eyes and stick your tongue out of your mouth.
  21. >"Look at this Ali! He's playing dead!"
  22. >"I've told you a thousand times you idiot! My name is Alukardian!"
  23. >Wow, these teenagers were even mean to each other.
  24. >You open one of your eyes as you feel yourself being held up against something.
  25. >Alukardian's buddies were holding you to a tree by your forelegs.
  26. >Trying to break free, you kick and wriggle around, but it's no use.
  27. >"What should we do to the faggot, boys?"
  28. >Oh, Luna.
  29. >How you hate it when they call you that.
  30. >These teenagers cussed way too much.
  31. "Don't call me that you big dumby!
  32. >Alukardian laughs as he reaches behind you for something.
  33. >He puts his hoof in your face to reveal he's holding a caterpillar.
  34. >"I'm gonna make you pay for calling me that."
  35. >What could he possibly do with a caterpillar?
  36. >"Eat it."
  37. "What!? Why!?"
  38. >"Because I said so! Now eat it you little faggot."
  39. >You'd never eaten a bug before.
  40. >The only bat pony you know that eats bugs is Hekesuh, and he gets mocked for it.
  41. >Everyone calls him Keekeesuh and makes fun of him for looking like a girl.
  42. >You also don't want to hurt something as helpless as a caterpillar.
  43. "N-no, you can't make me!"
  44. >The caterpillar is shoved in your face as it wriggles around, touching your nose.
  45. >D-did it just touch you?
  46. >You let out a scream as you realize the creepy little thing just touched you.
  47. >Seeing your mouth open, Alukardian drops the bug inside it.
  48. >The caterpillar wiggles around as you try spit it out.
  49. >As you try to open your mouth to set it free, Alukardian holds your snout shut with his hooves.
  50. >"We're not letting you go until you eat it. One way or another!"
  51. >"Ali, don't you think we should stop now? He looks like he's gonna cry."
  52. >Letting go of your mouth for a second, Alukardian smacks the bat pony holding your left foreleg up.
  53. >"We ain't leaving 'till he eats the bug."
  54. >This caterpillar being in your mouth was getting unbarable.
  55. >You guess the only way to get out of this was to swallow.
  56. >"Oh shit, I think he's actually going to do it!"
  57. >Slowly raising your head up a little, you swallow the bug, feeling it go down your throat as tears begin to form in your eyes.
  58. >Feeling yourself drop on to the wooden boards, you look up to see Alukardian in your face.
  59. >"Get wrecked, you little idiot!"
  60. >He turns around as he bigns to walk away with his friends and makes one last remark as he turns a corner.
  61. >"Remember the bug next time you want to trip me in the hallways."
  62. >All this over a stupid accident.
  63. >You weren't even the one who tripped him.
  64. >It was all Night Watch, and she totally let you take the blame for it.
  65. >You hang your head as you slowly walk home to meet your sister.
  66. >As you near your house, you see your older sister sitting on the porch eating mangos.
  67. >Jasmine was always nice to you, despite how terrible of a little brother you were to her.
  68. >You loved her more than anything.
  69. >Well, maybe you loved mangos more.
  70. >Oh, and that pretty filly in your class with the gold eyes and dark blue hair.
  71. >Noticing you, Jasmine hops off of your porch and rushes over to you.
  72. >"What's wrong, Aux?"
  73. >You look up at your little sister and hold back your tears.
  74. "N-nothing."
  75. >"Fine, at least have a mango though, that should cheer you up."
  76. >With a smile, she leads you over to your porch where she offers you a mango.
  77. >You could still taste the caterpillar in your mouth.
  78. >A mango should help you.
  79. >As you lean against you sister, you take a bite out of your mango.
  80. >"I know something happened Aux, just tell me."
  81. >You wipe your nose with your foreleg.
  82. "F-fine... Alukardian and his friends held me against a tree and made me eat a caterpillar..."
  83. >Your sister stands up with speed only comparable to that of the Wonderbolts.
  84. >"THEY WHAT!?"
  85. >Trying to calm down your sister, you tug on her coat.
  86. "Please don't do anything sis, they'll just do worse stuff to me if you do!"
  87. >Jasmine sighs as she sits back down.
  88. >"You've got to learn to stand up for yourself Aux, I'm not going to be able to help you."
  89. "It doesn't help they're five years older than me!"
  90. >Jasmine takes another bite of her apple, getting the juices on her coat as she tries to wipe herself off.
  91. >"I guess you're right Aux. Just try not to get into much trouble anymore."
  92. >You hug your sister before you stand up to head inside.
  93. "I promise I won't sis."
  94. >Walking up to your room, you pass by the kitchen where your mother is cooking dinner.
  95. "What's for dinner mom?"
  96. >"Oh, just some guava cheese turnovers."
  97. >Oh, those sounded so good!
  98. >Running up the stairs, you go into your room and lock the door behind you.
  99. >Time to get to work.
  100. >You open your bottom left drawer and reach in a far as you can.
  101. >As you feel what you've looking for, you pull it out, revealing a sheet of blue paper with white lines all over it.
  102. >You stole it from your dad when he wasn't looking a month ago, and ever since, you've been working on your plan.
  103. >This would help you get back at those dumb teenagers.
  104. >You could get the rope from your dad, and you had buckets.
  105. >All you needed to buy was some string and you were good.
  106.
  107. ----------
  108.
  109. >Sitting in the bush, you watched looked out at the exit of the school yard.
  110. >It was late in the night, and everyone had gone home already.
  111. >Except for Alukardian and his friends, who were serving detention.
  112. >They hadn't turned in their homework for yet another time, which gave you a perfect oppurtunity.
  113. >You slump back against the wall as you wait for them.
  114. >Above you on top of the roof were three buckets full water you had gotten from a nearby swamp.
  115. >Man, did that stuff smell horrible.
  116. >You told you mom you were going to be late and you were helping out your teacher at school.
  117. >She bought anything you told her.
  118. >Mostly because you never lie to her.
  119. >It felt so wrong to lie to her, but if you told her the truth, you wouldn't be here right now.
  120. >Your thoughts are interupted when you hear the school door open.
  121. >Poking your head over the bush, you see the last thing you'd ever want to see walking out of that door.
  122. >Exiting the building was a little filly your age with golden eyes and dark blue hair.
  123. >Echo.
  124. >Followed by your teacher.
  125. >Why was she at school this late?
  126. >Maybe she was doing the exact same thing you lied to your mom about to be here?
  127. >She always was helpful to the teachers.
  128. >But you couldn't stop them now or the teacher would find out and you'd be in even more trouble.
  129. >Best thing to do now was to leave, go home, and burn the blueprints.
  130. >As you try to exit the bushes, you hear a large splash and look back to see Echo covered in swamp water, and your teacher standing behind her in shock.
  131. >Welp, time to get out of here.
  132. >Trying to exit the bush, you accidently knock into the bush, making it rustle.
  133. >You try to run, but stop when you hear your teacher's voice.
  134. >"Stop right there!"
  135. >As you turn around, you see your teacher standing next to a crying Echo as she tries to comfort her.
  136. >She looks back up at you she holds Echo, getting her own coat wet.
  137. >"Get over here, right now!"
  138. >You hang you head as you slowly walk over to her and Echo.
  139. >This turned out to be a lot worse than you wanted.
  140. >You liked Echo, she was one of the cutest fillies in your class, and you just dropped a bucket of swamp water on her.
  141. >"Why would you do something like this?"
  142. >You keep your head down as you grumble out a response.
  143. >"I'm sorry, what was that?"
  144. >As you sigh, you look up at your teacher.
  145. "I-it wasn't meant for her. I wanted to d-drop it on Alukardian and his friends."
  146. >Your teacher raises her eyebrow as Echo stops crying for a minute.
  147. >"And why would you want do something like that?"
  148. >You couldn't tell her what they did to you in front of Echo, she'd tell all the other fillies.
  149. "I-I... I don't know."
  150. >Your teacher stands up as she begins to lead Echo to her house.
  151. >As she's walking away, she turns to you.
  152. >"I guess you can think about it while you serve detention for the next two weeks."
  153. >Wait...
  154. >That means you'll be stuck with Alukardian in detention for two weeks!
  155. >It also means you have to tell your mom that you're going to have to stay in detention.
  156. >Plus, now Echo hates you!
  157. >And she's probably gonna tell all the others about what you did.
  158. >This sucks coconunts.
