>you want her to stop bawling so you sit with her in your lap, watching cartoons
>you nod off, your playlist continuing on long afterwards
>wake up, fluffy pony is sitting by the back door
>when she notices you've stirred, fluffy pony starts spazzing out
>"Wan pway owside!", even though the neighbor is mowing his lawn AGAIN
>you open the back door and out she bolts
>as you set about making coffee, you are glad she's not as afraid of the mower
>you hear a yelp and your neighbor's stream of profanity
>apparently fluffy pony ran straight for the lawnmower and, being nearly blind, your neighbor didn't notice until she was paté
