SCP-2335-4 (Rainbow-Generating Pegasus)

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2335-4 is to be kept in an outdoor Perspex dome enclosure measuring 35 m in radius at site ████████ adjacent to SCP-2335-2’s enclosure. Total surveillance coverage of outdoor sections shall be accompanied by doppler radar systems to be recalibrated every 4 days. Subject is not to exceed an air-speed of 25 m/s unless authorized by Dr. [Anonymous]. In the event of enclosure compromisation, personnel shall deploy SCP-2335-2 to stop SCP-2335-4’s flight. SCP-2335-2 appears to be the only one able to calm SCP-2335-4 down from an agitated state.

 

Description: SCP-2335-4 emerged from SCP-2335 on ██/██/████. Subject is a cyan pegasus measuring 1 meter in height and 1.5 meters in length, consistent with previous emergent entities of SCP-2335. Subject refers to self as “Rainbow Dash.” SCP-2335-4’s wings are far stronger than SCP-2335-3’s and appear to be the subject’s primary mode of locomotion, preferring to hover and drift in lieu of walking on the ground [see Addendum 1 for flight test results].Eyes are magenta, mane rainbow-colored. Flank marking in the form of a cloud generating a single stylized rainbow-colored lightning bolt. As with previous entities emergent from SCP-2335, flank marking is persistent. Blood type ██. Psychological evaluation deemed subject not to be a threat. SCP-2335-4 is generally quick to develop rapport with personnel who enable its substantial ego. Said personnel are not to be deployed in the event of containment breach.

 

Addendum 1:

Flight tests conducted ██/██/████ under supervision by Dr. [Anonymous]:

SCP-2335-4 has proved to be exceptionally agile, being able to execute extremely sharp 90 degree turns multiple times at high speed. Subject demonstrated a top effective speed upwards of ██ m/s. SCP-2335-4 demonstrated further abilities during the test, including, but not limited to:

 

Walking on cloud

Generating precipitation by stomping on clouds

Physically moving clouds via pushing

Lightning generation

During flight testing conducted ██/██/████, SCP-2335-4 became excited upon one researcher’s goading and proceeded to fly into a steep climb, out of sight. As personnel enacted containment breach procedures, SCP-2335-4 was observed to have veered into a precipitous dive. Magnification of video footage shows a mach cone forming around the subject roughly 170m above the ground, sparking with multicolored arcs at 100m, and exploding into a multicolored ring of light at 50m. Persistent rainbow trail was generated from SCP-2335-4’s mane and tail as it passed over the research team. Subject was quoted calling the event a “Sonic Rainboom.”
