Spoonlicker Anon Delay

The weekend has come and gone, and my last real chance to get the chapter done before next weekend is Monday. For the pass two weeks I have been trying to juggle Spoonlicker Anon and a one shot for V-day. The full free days were dedicated to Spoonlicker, and the one shot was worked on during the brief chances throughout the week. What I'm left with is two partial stories; both with a lot of work to be done.

 

I'm filing the one shot away and solely focusing on Spoonlicker. When work eases up I may chip at it every now and again, but my full attention will remain with Spoonlicker. It's what you Anons are waiting for, and I hate making you wait longer than need be.

 

If there is no update Tuesday morning then there probably wont be until the weekend. I'd still be working on it throughout each day until then, and if I feel the quality is acceptable I'll post earlier. I don't wish to give false hope, but I do want to let you know that I am still working on it every chance I get.

Since you have made it this far I think a reward is in order. I'll give a brief rundown of the one shot, and it will be the very next thing I post that is not Spoonlicker.

 

Not Yet Named:

 

Gilda is at a class reunion at the flight academy.

She is hoping to clear things up with Dash.

Pinkie is tagging along and Gilda bails rather than deal with her again.

At the same time there is a festival going on near Ponyville.

Gilda goes there to blow off some steam, and since Pinkie is at the academy she wont be there.

She comes across a strange box that is offering free advice like a gypsy tent. (It's a confession style booth).

Anon is the one behind the screen and the two talk (Gilda is suspicious its a scam at first).

After hearing Anon's advice Gilda leaves to enjoy the rest of the carnival.

She eventually runs into Anon and they hang out together for the night.

After that night Gilda seeks to hang out with Anon more and the two start to get along.

In time grows into something more.

Gilda later makes up with Dash and straightens things out with Pinkie (They don't become friends or anything, but Gilda let Pinkie know that she is a clingy little tart and needs to butt out once in a while).

Anon and Gilda become a thing? (90% likely).

Have up to the first meeting done as well as a chunk of the dialogue. Keeping Gilda douchy but getting along with Anon is the biggest hurdle right now.
