"Grukr be our witness, we WILL bring it down!", they used to muse when they'd drunk the tavern dry. We laughed at their plans. I remember the day, though. I was working, tanning the hides I was sold, I wiped my brow of sweat, looking up at the sun, cursing at her to lessen her glare. That was when it happened. An ear-splitting noise reminiscent of glass splintering was heard, and the world grew dark as the sun rained down upon the land. That was when we stopped laughing.
