You have to get those blueprin-*THRRK*-deration Base as soon as-- sible! We'll try to keep them back but we cannot las-- ch longer!" >Throughout the dialogue explosions and gunshots can be heard. >"They know where we are? but how?" Arctic states while slightly panicking. "I have no idea. We can't let this stop us though." >You sigh. Not only are you now on a very limited schedule but also your mission has turned from a relaxing trip into an actual suicide mission. "Uhh, can you check from the radar how close they are to us? I'm gonna go tell Curious to increase engine power. >"Don't you have an intercom to do something like that?" "I used to but it broke some time ago." >Arctic gives you a very confused look "How can someone actually break an intercom?" >You give Arctic a shrug and leave the room.   >After leaving the cockpit you pull out a cigarette from your jacket's pocket. >If now isn't a good time to smoke then it never is. >Damn rebels and their obsession the conquer the universe. >Because of them you’ve lost almost everything. >Your friends, your family… all gone. >Oh well, at least Rebellion still hasn’t gotten you. >During your entire life you’ve always managed to escape from them. >Maybe you can do the same thing now. >It’s not like this job’s any different from your earlier missions. >The only difference is that the opposition is tougher than before. >Nothing can go wrong, right? >Quite fittingly you finish smoking your cigarette once you reach the engine room. >You straighten your jacket and let out a deep sigh before opening the door. “Curious, you here?” >You peek through the doorway inside the room. >there are three huge computers in the room, each used to control different parts of the ship. >While everything seems still be in one piece, you cannot see Curious anywhere. >Eh, you can just leave a note for him. >You pick up a pen and piece of paper from the computer table and start writing. “Increase engine power by a half… And come see me at the cockpit when you’re not busy.” >You put the note on the computer screen so that Curious will surely see and read it. >Since nothing else requires your attention here, you start walking back to the cockpit. >But you don’t manage to leave the room before the orange pony returns. “Oh hey, there you are! I’ve been looking for you.” >Curious is slightly startled but then straightens and salutes you. >”C-captain, surprised to see you h-here!" >Just like with Arctic, you wave him down and tell him to call you Anon. >”So what brings you back here, cap- I-I mean Anon?” “Oh, I just wanted to come tell you to increase engine power. That’s all.” >”You… you don’t have an intercom for that?”
