  1. >First Light of Our Reckoning in Equestria
  2. >Be Sir Anonymous
  3. >Your trip to the Ponyville train station ends as you are awoken to Celestia's sun
  4. >Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and, of course, Scootaloo are huddled around you
  5. >Scootaloo is nestled closely to your side
  6. >The train arrives and comes to a halt at the platform
  7. >You encourage the foals to wake up, though the feeling of weightlessness from the hard stop does well on its own
  8. SL: Erm, ten more minutes...
  9. AB: Ah don't wanna buck apples this mornin'...
  10. SB: I'll get dressed in a little, Rarity...
  11. A: Wake up, subjects!
  12. >You break into the traditional voice for this
  13. >All three fillies scream and hop to their feet
  14. A: Excellent! Good morrow to you three... we have arrived at our destination. Step lively
  15. >You are able to march the three out with little resistance and begin to make your way into Ponyville
  16. >It is a fairly quick route, if not full of gawking merchants and chiding onlookers
  17. >You and your merry band of "human assistants" arrive at the Golden Oaks Library
  18. >A quick rapping at the door and you are granted entrance
  19. >You stand in utter horror at what you see before you
  20. >A foul creature stands at the door
  21. >Its armored body gleams, its fangs drip with saliva, razor sharp talons threaten to rend you limb from limb and its lashing tail ridicules your fragile bones
  22. >Your teeth grit with an unnatural rage and your blood boils in your veins
  23. A: Gloire au premier homme à mourir!
  24. >You charge the rapacious beast and pin it under your boot heel
  25. >You lift your free boot, happy your wore the steeled-heel pair today, and hover just above the beast's head
  26. A: Witness the Empress' glory through us!
  27. >Your mind and body are as one, you shall eradicate the heretical scum in the name of the Empress!
  28. >A sudden scream catches your attention and a force of light rips through your body
  29. >You land several feet away from the dragon, but your bloodlust pulls you back on your feet
  30. A: Draconiques espions sur nos terres!
  31. >You see Twilight Sparkle appear from the doorway, her horn glowing and her eyes as pale as moonlight
  32. TS: What do you think you're doing to Spike?! Are you -crazy-!
  33. A: M'lady, Twilight Sparkle! Stand back from that wretched beast!
  34. >You see the unclean spawn stand to its feet and run to one side of Twilight
  35. TS: What's wrong with you, Anon?!
  36. >Not killing dragons on sight
  37. >The year of our Empresses 999+1
  38. >You hear a faint sobbing sound of a small child and look to your band of fillies
  39. >They seem more confused than anything, not one tear shed
  40. S: T-Twilight! Who is that? Why's he trying to hurt me?
  41. >By the light of the Moon! It speaketh in the native tongue!
  42. TS: Don't worry, Spike... he's -nop0ny-
  43. >Twilight looks at you with a malice previously unseen
  44. A: The drakes have learned our tongue? They cry?! We let them cavort amongst Ponyville?! What is transpiring in this mad world?!
  45. >Twilight drops her magic and sighs
  46. TS: Spike, girls... go inside... I need to deal with Anon alone
  47. >Everyone does as commanded and you are left facing down a very angry unicorn
  48. A: Twilight Sparkle, forgive us. We know not what error we have caused, but only what duty would have of us!
  49. TS: You... you... bonehead! Didn't you learn anything since our talk? This -isn't- your time or the Dragon Wars or anything like that!
  50. A: M'lady, we are terribly...
  51. TS: No! You crossed the line attacking Spike! He's a baby dragon, what could he even do?
  52. A: Burn down the whole of Ponyville and slaughter most of the inhabitants
  53. TS: Maybe in -your- time! Spike is a kind, gentle dragon who would never hurt anyp0ny
  54. >You stop to consider the damages you may have caused the young drake... it is hard to care, actually!
  55. A: We... we do not know what words would soothe our actions
  56. TS: Why are you even here?
  57. A: On behave of our Princess of the Sun. We have a parcel for the unicorn, Twilight Sparkle
  58. >You brandish a magnificent covered book from your clothing
  59. >Twilight's eyes gleam and she smiles widely
  60. >The book is taken quickly from you by her magic and she looks over the cover
  61. TS: Are you sure the princess wants me to have this?
  62. A: We know not what the Princess wants other than for you to receive the book
  63. TS: We need to work on your speech
  64. A: What dost thou find erroneous about our tongue?
  65. TS: ... You just answered your own question, Anon...
  66. >Twilight enters her home and you see the gang of fillies step out to meet you
  67. AB: Oh, hey there, Anon! We decided we ain't gonna get a cutie mark assistin' ya, so we're gonna go. See ya!
  68. SB: It was smashing. Toodeloo!
  69. A: You mean, "à tout à l’heure?"
  70. SB: That's what I said!
  71. >Applebloom and Sweetie Belle head off as Scootaloo approaches you
  72. SL: It was... it was really fun, Anonymous. I'll still see you around, right?
  73. A: Very likely, my little dear
  74. >She smiles and chases after her friends
  75. >You watch the three young sparks gallop into the waiting day
  76. >You suddenly find yourself alone again
  77. >Oh, well... Cueille le jour, as they say!
  78. >You look around for a little while and consider seeing what merchants offer these days
  79. >Most unfortunately, shops close in your presence and ponies seem terrified of you
  80. >Machiavelli may not have been entirely correct
  81. >You are about to head to the train station when a pink ball of curls blocks your way
  82. PP: Anon! Oh, I remember you from that tea party we had at Fluttershy's! Hey, what're you doing in town today?
  83. A: We were on our way home
  84. >Pinkie looks you over thoroughly
  85. PP: Hmm, you look a little... lost? You feeling alright?
  86. A: Of course we are feeling well! M'lady, you need not burden yourself with...
  87. >You are suddenly dragged into a nearby shop
  88. PP: I bet a cupcake will fix whatever's on your mind. Those things are -good-!
  89. >You are forcibly sat and a tray of delicious confectionaries are spread before you
  90. A: We do appreciate your kindness, Pinkie Pie, but we simply do not wish to intrude
  91. PP: Pfft, it's fine! I brought you in here anyways! Also, everyone's away and no customers have been around. So~ boring!
  92. >You raise a scrumptious looking treat and marvel at its elegance
  93. A: The craftsmanship you place into these cakes is incredible, chef Pinkie Pie
  94. >You take a large bite and marvel further at the sweet, airy flavors
  95. PP: I'm glad you like 'em! I bake almost everything in here by hoof! No frozen dough here! Oh~, unless you want the ice-box pie or a lemon meringue tart! Those are frozen dough! But, I make them first -than- freeze them!
  96. >This chef is truly excited
  97. >It does brighten your mood a bit
  98. A: Tell us, chef, to what do you call this creation we are partaking in?
  99. PP: That is a new line of super secret holiday cupcakes. I call it the, "WHOA". It stands for Whipped Honey, Oats and Apples! Pretty great, right?
  100. >She smiles widely and leans into you a bit
  101. A: Very excellent. May we have the honour of bringing these back with us?
  102. PP: Sure! I'll make you a whole box so you have plenty to share! Who are you taking them back to anyways?
  103. A: Princess Luna
  104. >Pinkie stops for a long moment, quite strange for someone of her enthusiasm
  105. PP: You think Night Mare Moon would like these treats?!
  106. >You cock your head to one side and look at her oddly
  107. A: Yes, Princess Luna adores sweets. These are a fine lot to present her with
  108. PP: How do you know so much about Night Mare Moon? She was gone for like a bazillion years!
  109. A: We are her vassal
  110. >Pinkie scratches her head for a moment
  111. PP: What's a, "vassal?"
  112. A: A type of servant to which we honour our Princess' home and name. Though we are elevated in the rank above a typical vassal and owe no true debt of monetary means this day
  113. PP: So, like... a butler?
  114. >You shrug and assume
  115. A: We believe so?
  116. PP: Good for you, Anon! Everyp0ny should have a job that makes them as happy as you are!
  117. >You nod, think and smile at her words
  118. A: Chef Pinkie Pie! You are an inspirational one. Such words of wisdom we have scantly heard since our arrival!
  119. >She bounces along to the kitchen to retrieve more baked goods
  120. >Her deceiving Earth caste appearance hides a sharp and witty mind, no doubt!
  121. >You are sure one of her parents are of unicorn descent
  122. >She returns quickly with a delicately wrapped box
  123. PP: Here you go, Anon! Fresh and hot!
  124. A: Wondrous work. What is the cost for such fine treats?
  125. PP: Nothing today! This one's on me! Oh, I hope the Princess likes them!
  126. A: We know she shall love them and eat them with great haste!
  127. >She giggles
  128. PP: You talk silly. It's really kind'a cute~!
  129. >You smile and shake your head
  130. >Such an interesting young mare, well ahead of her time
  131. >Your trip through the train station is autonomous at this point and the ride seems to go quickly
  132. >By the sun's location, you estimate another five hours before Luna will awake
  133. >You should offer tribute upon Celestia
  134. >'Tis only proper of a gentleman and a scholar
  135. >You make your way to her chambers and find her reading over scrolls
  136. >Not much has changed in one thousand years after all
  137. A: Our empress, Celestia! We have arrived and bring treats from the boroughs of Ponyville!
  138. >Celestia beckons you over to her bed
  139. >You take her form in as you approach
  140. >Her mane is filled with age and her mouth holds noticeable lines
  141. C: Anonymous! I am very glad to see you. We have not spoken since your errand. I presume it went well?
  142. A: As we have held your commands, so we shall always follow
  143. >Celestia smiles
  144. C: I have not heard -that- signifier in many years. You bring back an interesting nostalgia
  145. >You look slightly crossed at that line as you brandish a muffin
  146. A: For thee, our ladyship! A cupped cake from chef Pinkie Pie. A culinary delight known only as the, "WHAO"
  147. C: Ah, "chef" Pinkie Pie?
  148. >Celestia chuckles lightly to herself before taking the cupcake
  149. >Her first bite and you can see she is greatly pleased
  150. C: Oh, my! Pinkie really put her all into this! Delicious
  151. >You nod and bow
  152. A: We are pleased our majesty enjoyed her treat
  153. C: Oh yes, always a delight to have Pinkie's cooking
  154. >Celestia smacks her lips and delicately wipes her muzzle
  155. C: Please, Anon... come hither and have a seat beside me. We have much reminiscing to do
  156. >Cautiously, you approach your empress
  157. >Though she wears a calm demeanor, you know she is capable of great destruction and even greater violence
  158. >While Luna's was the word, Celestia's was always the sword
  159. >You finally take a seat on the edge of her bed and lean closely to the door
  160. >Just in case...
  161. C: Anonymous... Sir Anonymous... it has been a long time and I am sure it is strange to you. My sister too is ill adapted. I feel like I must help you, but I am not entirely sure how. Please, tell me what you have gathered since visiting town
  162. A: Ah, yes, field report...
  163. >You clear your throat
  164. A: We have uncovered the unicorn, Twilight Sparkle, current occupation is unknown. Current relationship is to Princess Celestia. She harbours a dragon named, "Spike" in her dwelling. 'Tis a baby drake at this time. Did -not- terminate under orders by Twilight Sparkle
  165. >Celestia bites her lower lip and looks around nervously
  166. C: I just remember you had the power of executioner still... we're going to have to change some of your royal duties
  167. >You look at your princess in disbelief
  168. >You understand she is doing only what is best for this world
  169. C: Do go on, however!
  170. A: We have encountered mixed races living and working together. 'Tis not considered immoral, we have concluded, as it once may have been. We have also noted that unicorns are not given their proper reverence by lower castes and that the Earth caste is allowed access to Canterlot
  171. >Celestia nods and bites her lip again
  172. C: The caste system went out about eight-hundred years ago. We'll work on teaching you that. Go on...
  173. A: We have encounter pegasi living on the ground and working outside of their caste... if we understand what you have said, they may take any job they are assigned these days?
  174. >Celestia shakes her head
  175. C: All ponies are free to choose their home, job and even mate these days
  176. >You shake your head and sigh
  177. A: We always assumed the world would end before interracial breeding was instated
  178. >Celestia chuckles somewhere between cruelly laughing and nervously concerned
  179. C: You make me realize just how much the world has changed. Your charming racism will be another point to take care of. Tell me... you haven't spit on any Earth caste while in Ponyville, have you?
  180. A: Of course not, my empress! We would not waste saliva on such lowly workers!
  181. C: Eh... good enough reason. It seems to me that you remember the olden days well still. Oddly enough, my sister is nearly a blank slate. I have a mission for you two and I will have you deliver it to Luna at sunset
  182. A: We are prepared, Princess
  183. C: Princess Luna and Sir Anonymous are to remain by each other's side and learn to function in this new era. You shall be tutored by my pupil, Twilight Sparkle, about friendship... and new ethics and morals if need be
  184. >You grimace at the name of the purple unicorn, but you do what you must for princess and nation!
  185. A: We shall carryout your will, our majesty!
  186. C: Excellent, Anon... you are dismissed
  187. A: Yes, m'lady
  188. >You bow and leave with your mission scroll and box of cupcakes in hand
  189. >You head towards Luna's chambers and slowly creep inside
  190. >There she is, laying so elegantly on her bed
  191. >Her body is exposed to the open air as her quilt lays rolled upon the floor
  192. >You slowly approach the Princess
  193. >Her face is a work of fine art, powerful, beautiful
  194. >So full of life and happiness... nothing at all like the Princess of the Sun
  195. >You whisper as you gather her blanket up
  196. A: Our dearest Luna... oh, how we have longed to see you once more. We have dreamed for many a night of being in your bed chamber and in your quilts. To have dreamed of being your quilts upon which you lay is passion from the soul
  197. >Luna mumbles in her sleep
  198. L: Anon-y-mous...
  199. >You kneel at her bed side and listen intently
  200. >Is it true? Does your empress dream of you?
  201. L: You are...
  202. >Yes? Yes?!
  203. L: Too funny...
  204. >You hang your head in dismay and look upon her face
  205. >You are taken back to that night again as you see her lips glisten
  206. A: We used our tongues for so many battles... to think of our excitement when our tongues dueled for territory of the bedchambers. Luna, our love...
  207. >Your heart beats quickly as you stare upon her heavenly face
  208. >What if you could steal a kiss in her sleep?
  209. >'Tis an act of selfishness, true...
  210. >You lean in and feel Luna's hot breath on your lips
  211. >Closer you creep, as a creep you now have become
  212. >As your lips meet her own, your eyes close and you draw in her taste
  213. >The most perfect lips in all of the nation, without doubt
  214. >Your kiss ends as you feel a sudden hard object jab into your gut
  215. >Opening your eyes, you see a beautiful pair of eyes staring back at you with resentment
  216. A: My... Princess... we wish you... a good evening...
  217. >You clutch your side and move away
  218. L: What is the meaning of this intrusion, jester! How dare you touch thy royal lips!
  219. A: We can explain...
  220. L: We are in no mood to listen!
  221. >Thunder lights up the room and Luna's face twists into an angry scowl
  222. A: M'lady, we meant no trespass unto you. We were just overcome
  223. >She scoffs and turns her beautiful face away
  224. L: We should have you stung up and left in the dungeon!
  225. A: 'Twas not our finest moment, we concur... we do come bearing gifts, if our Princess would be wholly accepting?
  226. >She stands before you with irritation on her face
  227. >Slowly, her face returns to a gentler mare you recognize
  228. L: We will accept your gifts, but swear by thy name never to caress the royal mouth again!
  229. >You feel wounded at her words, but do as she declares
  230. L: Now... what is it you have brought your Princess?
  231. >A little smile plays across her perfect muzzle
  232. A: We bring cupped cakes from Sugar Cube Corner, m'lady!
  233. L: Ah, yes, we have heard of these new delicacies, but have found the royal bakery wanting...
  234. A: We implore our empress to eat from these confectioneries! We personally know the chef who created these artful cakes and can attest to their worth!
  235. >She looks skeptically at you for a moment before taking a cupcake with her magic
  236. >Her porcelain teeth tear into the moist cake and rich frosting in a most ladylike fashion
  237. L: These are... delectable!
  238. A: 'Twas our face when we ate them as well!
  239. >Luna looks at you with softer eyes now
  240. L: Accept our gratitude
  241. A: Princess, if you would spare a moment. We also bring news of a task from our Princess of the Sun
  242. >Luna's eyes flash for a moment and a strange light emits from her mane
  243. >The seizure passes rather quickly, leaving Luna dazed
  244. >You help her over to her bed and she rests her sleek form
  245. A: M'lady, are you well?
  246. L: Yes... we... had a vision... or so we think
  247. A: What did your eyes see, empress?
  248. L: A glimpse of the past, we presume.... we saw your form encased in stone, but it would not make apparent why
  249. >Something in you must have triggered this fragmented memory and you wonder
  250. A: Princess Luna... do you recall any events transpiring on the eve of your banishment?
  251. >Luna focuses on you for a moment and her eyes dilate
  252. L: We remember... a fight had broken out... we remember crying, a pain...
  253. >Luna's eyes fill with tears and stream down her cheeks
  254. L: We see you... you are burning... stone... cold... so cold. Then there is nothing but darkness... we are angry...
  255. >The Moon Princess' eyes continue to water as she stares silently at you
  256. >You fall upon your knees at her side
  257. L: Who are you, one called, "Anonymous?"
  258. A: An old friend...
  259. >You stroke her side with your hand
  260. >The Princess neither yells nor flinches, but accepts you for the moment
  261. A: The task bestowed upon us is to learn of this bizarre new world together. As set forth by your sister. M'lady, Luna, we would be honoured if you allow us such an opportunity and fulfill our Princess' wish?
  262. >Luna's eyes dry a bit and her innocence takes hold of her
  263. L: Anonymous, we are frightened. We do not know what our people know. We cannot lead as our sister shall. We are but an old mare's tale this season
  264. >You stand to your feet and lay hands upon her beautiful hoof
  265. A: Luna, my dearest princess... we shall walk behind you as always we have and we shall have your back in war -and- peace... as our bargain was struck all those years past. We can never forget what the words of our empress was on that fortuitous night
  266. >Luna's eyes widen as she looks into your face
  267. A: "We meet now upon the precipice of a new age. We take you upon us, for your actions will justify our whims and in all your endeavors so shall you demonstrate our prestige..."
  268. A+L: "And by our birthright, we grant you the title of 'vassal', sworn to the throne, the nation and all of ponykind!"
  269. >There is a ringing silence in your head before Luna speaks once more
  270. L: We know not why we know this oath... 'tis disturbing and confounding to us
  271. A: We knew of a beautiful ruler in our time...
  272. >You urge Luna to her hooves
  273. A: Cry no more, our shining moon, for we have returned...
  274. >You take the princess by her shoulder and poise yourself neatly
  275. L: Anonymous, what are thee up to this time?
  276. A: Dost our princess recollect a most magnificent waltz? Perhaps we shall lead just this once?
  277. >Her body is rigid in your hands as you lead her through two steps
  278. A: A most magnificent governess you have been to us...
  279. >You sweep her beautiful form into the moonlight shining through her window
  280. >The floor sparkles magnificently, it feels just like a ballroom
  281. >Slowly, Luna begins to loosen up and steps in time without much pushing on your part
  282. >You sing lowly over her
  283. A: For you, there will be no crying... For you, the moon will be sh~ining... And we feel that when we're with you, it's alright! ... We know it's alright...
  284. >Luna chuckles as you step to and fro
  285. L: A superb dancer, Sir Anonymous, but you are no spring songbird
  286. A: We had said before, "if we to be a poet, thou never hath knoweth"
  287. >Luna laughs at your awkward rhyme and smiles
  288. L: Sir Anonymous, I...
  289. >You stare back into her eyes with all the brilliance you can muster
  290. >Possibly, it is the sweets, or maybe it is the moonlight
  291. >Something is right in the world as Luna stares back with her majesty
  292. >Her lips pucker slightly and her eyes gleam with the intensity of stars
  293. >Your heart beats fast and you breath out
  294. >Your hand runs over her ear and moves her lustrous mane back to expose her face
  295. >You lean in slowly, charily, savoring every half-second
  296. >The heat of her mouth brushes upon your lips... so close
  297. >The chamber door bursts open with a blaring sound of trumpets
  298. Guard: Princess Luna! We have arrived to issue your requested wake-up call! That is all!
  299. >The guard looks at Luna and you, embracing closely and nearly devouring each other's face
  300. Guard: Uh, right... I will check on your breakfast... ahem~!
  301. >Luna quickly pushes you out of her hooves and you stumble backwards
  302. L: Yes, noble guard! Um, we thank thee! Dismissed!
  303. >The guard trots off
  304. L: Oh, thou sorcery! Enchanting us with sweets and beautiful dancing and serenades and...
  305. >Luna's face is crossed in blush
  306. L: A~hem... Anonymous! As our vassal, we demand you prepare for us a trip to meet our new subjects in Ponyville! We except nothing less than what thy would classify as a royal stay! Dismissed!
  307. >Luna stands to her full height, head held proudly
  308. >It is just as you remembered
  309. >You want to scream and cheer and burst into celebration to be under Luna's command again
  310. >You wish to sing your joy from the very rooftops of Canterlot to know that your princess has remember some part of you this day
  311. >But, you remain valiant and bow to your princess
  312. A: Understood, m'lady. We shall call for thee before the light of the next moon is cast!
  313. >Luna nods happily
  314. L: We await your return, our vassal
  315. >Just hearing these words causes your heart to flutter
  316. >You race from her chambers and to your own
  317. >You gather what items you will need and dress in your formal uniform
  318. >The princess has regained some memory and you are determined to continue
  319. >Be swift, my legs, to carryout my plans!
  320. >As you approach the exit of the castle, a large figure blocks your path
  321. C: My faithful vassal, did you deliver the message to my sister?
  322. A: We have and, oh joyous occasion, are proceeding to arrange for our Princess of the Night to meet with her subjects! We must make haste, our empress
  323. >Celestia strides beside you
  324. C: I must issue a simple warning to you, Anonymous. Our sister is new and delicate to this world. While a princess, she is not as resilient to rejection as one such as yourself. Do take care of her, would you?
  325. A: Empress! We could dream of nothing more urgent than Luna's well being. We shall personally see to it that all is done to learn about this new world and...
  326. C: Do not forget to retrieve Twilight Sparkle
  327. >Damnation! You forgot about her!
  328. A: Of course, m'lady! We could never forget of your unicorn pupil and her... dragon -friend-
  329. C: I think she will be vital in helping both you and Luna adjust to the times
  330. >Celestia smiles a wicked, toothy smile
  331. >You remain your noble self and nod
  332. A: We shall see to Luna is well maintained and Twilight Sparkle shall be in our company... as you wish
  333. C: Excellent! You've always been a great help to me. I am happy to see time hasn't changed that
  334. >You almost cannot fathom why Celestia is making you so angry inside
  335. >Almost
  336. C: Take care, my vassal!
  337. >With that, Celestia walks off to her chambers for the night

  459. TS: "Plan"? Let me tell you about planning. By waking me up, you set my whole schedule back and I won't be able to make it up!
  460. >She pulls out a sheet of paper and points to the times
  461. TS: I was suppose to sleep for seven hours, uninterrupted, but that's not going to happen now. Especially with you here
  462. A: We see... we admire your planning, very strategic, if not a little rigid
  463. TS: Well, thank you... now, go home and let me get some sleep

  479. A: We are concerned. It looks like rain
  480. RD: You bet your tail it is! Ponyville is schedule for a full storm today. Gonna last for pretty much the whole day
  481. A: Damnation! We had plans to fulfill today
  482. RD: I really wouldn't if I were you. We got 50 mile per hour winds, strong gusts and the tide's pretty high too! A lot of rain's going to be pouring down, but we already prepared the drainage system for that, not to mention reinforced the dam
  483. >There must be a way to accomplish your goals!
  484. >Rainbow looks you over for a few moments while you are lost in thought

  497. TS: Well, since you've woken me up, I decided to get a head start on my schedule to make room for your schedule...
  498. A: Won't be necessary, m'lady. A storm approaches today
  499. >You must look more broken than you realized as Twilight moves closer still to comfort you
  500. TS: Oh, it's... alright, Anon. Don't be so sad. We can still make preparations... we just can't actually do anything
  501. A: We can, yes. We shall plan, at the very least!
  502. TS: That's the spirit! Now, tell me. What do we know about Luna? All I have to go on is from mythology and archaeological findings
  503. A: The Princess' favorite colour is midnight blue, favorite food is crème brûlée, favorite waltz is Moonlight On the River, loves to please her subjects, takes great care of her servants, loves her older sister, never steps in puddles of water, sleeps in the daylight, and can speak seventeen known languages
  504. >Twilight looks at you with wide eyes and chuckles nervously
  505. TS: I see you've spent some time with the Princess, ha ha...
  506. A: A very long time, indeed!
  507. TS: Well, it's good to know you are the expect on this subject... let me make a list. Should we get the royal bakers from Canterlot to cater?
  508. A: Nay, we would prefer the masterful chef in town, Pinkie Pie
  509. TS: Oh, Anon, Pinkie's not a chef
  510. >You stare at Twilight's obviously false words
  511. A: We have witnessed her bake, we have tasted her goods and found them delectable. How can you dismiss such a gifted mind as Pinkie Pie?
  512. TS: Yeah... gifted... Anon, Pinkie is a worker for the Cake's bakery at Sugar Cube Corner. She doesn't own the store
  513. A: This is... most unorthodox. How does she make such incredible desserts if she is not the chef?
  514. >Twilight shrugs
  515. TS: She's great at her job, yeah, but we'd have to see if the Cake's have the time to do a catering job like this
  516. >You nod in agreement
  517. >Twilight does speak truths on this matter
  518. A: So, please do tell us... is Fluttershy the owner of the inn by the forest?
  519. >She chuckles
  520. TS: That's just her house... it's more like a zoo than an inn
  521. A: Oh, we suppose that makes some sense... we had never had such an -affable- host before
  522. >Twilight looks up at you
  523. TS: What do you mean by that?
  524. A: Fluttershy was exceedingly giving, infinitely kind, if you will
  525. >Twilight's face twists as she calculates in her head
  526. TS: So... you did sleep over at her house...
  527. >Twilight walks to your side and places a hoof on your shoulder
  528. TS: Anon, I know you are probably old enough to know, but if somep0ny tries to touch you in a way that's uncomfortable, just walk away!
  529. >You tilt you head at her
  530. A: Honestly, m'lady, our body needed what we were offered. Though we cannot lie, 'twas shallow horseplay. Just a passing fancy in the night
  531. >Twilight pulls back from you and her face shows an intense expression
  532. TS: You really did -do- it with her! Oh my gosh! It's just like Fluttershy to... experiment... but, you two only just met! You're not even a pony!
  533. A: We do not follow...
  534. TS: It's weird! It is weird! You are a human! She's a pony! A pony, Anon! What if you got hurt? What if she over did herself this time!
  535. A: Twilight Sparkle, we promise it was consensual. Besides, as a royal servant, it was more her privilege than our own
  536. >Twilight shakes her head as if the thing she just heard is boarding the insane
  537. TS: We have -got- to catch you up with the times... and keep Fluttershy away from endangered species... did you... -do- anyp0ny else since you've been back?
  538. >You think back to the filly, Scootaloo
  539. A: We are uncertain... does mutual masturbation account for penetrative sex this day and age?
  540. >Twilight's face is beaming red with embarrassment
  541. TS: Yeesh, how lewd was it a thousand years ago?
  542. A: Nothing is vulgar about the pony or human form. 'Tis a beautiful act of copulation. Merely a ballet in motion between two bodies
  543. >Twilight stares at you for a moment before a trickle of blood leaks from her nose
  544. TS: Ahh! I can't believe what I'm hearing! I can't believe we're having this conversation!
  545. >She ducks her head and trembles lightly
  546. >You fear you may be disrupting the mission now
  547. A: Enough talk about flights of fancies and may and mayhap! We still have the task again
  548. TS: True... um... yeah, so... two mares since you got here... I mean! No, not like that... just... OK~! The mission! Ha ha! Yes, that important mission from the Princess herself
  549. >Twilight reads the letter over again
  550. TS: I don't see much about a party for Luna in here... this is more about teach Luna and you about how the world works today
  551. A: The Princess has asked us to make arrangements to meet her subjects. The party is an idea we believe will facilitate the unveiling of the Moon Princess
  552. >Twilight thinks for a moment
  553. TS: You're probably right... well, since you're here already, we should probably work on a quick language lesson
  554. A: Dost thou think we speaketh poorly?
  555. >She glances aside from the general statement
  556. TS: It is a little... awkward
  557. A: The royal Canterlot voice should always carry this much volume and use the royal 'we' to show we love our subjects!
  558. TS: Yeah... you've had a talk with Celestia, right?
  559. A: Indeed
  560. TS: You noticed she doesn't do that much anymore, right?
  561. >You really did not, oddly enough
  562. A: We see what you imply
  563. TS: So, for starters, lets tone down the yelling
  564. >You use your whispering voice
  565. A: How is this?
  566. TS: Very good! You got that quickly enough. Now, say, "I like to sing in the sun"
  567. A: We praise the sun in song
  568. TS: No, no... "I like to sing in the sun"
  569. A: -I- l-like to praise the sun
  570. TS: Almost... word by word now
  571. A: I like to sing in t-the sun... I like to sing in the sun!
  572. TS: Great job!
  573. A: We... I thank thee, Twilight Sparkle!
  574. >She shoots you a glare and you smirk
  575. A: Apologies, m'lady, I was excited
  576. >The two of you spend another hour or so working on refining your language until you are nearly perfect
  577. A: It has been such a pleasure, it has, to bring our voice into line with the times. I thank you, dearest Twilight
  578. >You lay your hand upon her side and stroke down
  579. >She shivers and pulls away
  580. TS: Watch the hands, you!
  581. A: Sorry, sorry! I forget my place...
  582. TS: Personal space is big these days with ponies. The minimal safe distance is three feet. I can assure you, nop0ny wants somep0ny coming up beside them and petting them or stroking their mane... not even with warm hands...
  583. >Twilight stares intently at your hands in your lap
  584. A: How fascinating... in my time, ponies would adore when I was in town and never once worried about me petting them while close. I dare say they enjoyed it
  585. TS: W-well, it's just kind of... close... a-and somep0nies might not be so keen on being close
  586. A: Oh, yes, I understand wholeheartedly
  587. TS: Good! Then next lesson...
  588. >Twilight teaches you about etiquette in the market place, the latest currency and a few tidbits about new advances in science, medicine, and magic
  589. A: My word... the world is certainly looking like a brighter place with the way you tell it. Explain this concept of, "bad" meaning "good" again?
  590. >You go on like this for a little while longer
  591. >You stare outside for the umpteenth time during the lesson to see sheets of rain pelting the tree home. C'est la vie!
  592. TS: I think we covered most of this letter with you... I would love to meet Luna and go over it as well
  593. A: Yes, absolutely. I would sit in on this class again. It would certainly ease our empress' fears of adjustment
  594. >You smile at the thought of be trapped with Luna for a day
  595. >Your expression must be telling as Twilight looks at you with some worry
  596. TS: Ah, hello? Ponyville to Anon, come in, Anon?
  597. A: Oh, yes, what can I do for you?
  598. TS: You spaced out for a moment there... everything alright?
  599. A: Just thinking of our Princess of the Night makes us pleased... I mean, makes me happy...
  600. >Twilight looks to you sternly
  601. TS: Just keep practicing, you'll get the language down pretty quick. It also helps to talk to other ponies around town
  602. >You consider all this advice and stare to the rain slicked window again
  603. >You must look melancholy as Twilight constantly calls upon you
  604. TS: It's been a few hours now... are you hungry? Oh, I don't even know what you eat
  605. A: Anything... everything... I am rather flexible
  606. TS: Ah, yes, an omnivorous animal. Able to eat meat -and- leafy plants. I've never seen an omnivore up close before... do you think I could have a look?
  607. >You shrug and smile
  608. A: The only thing you could truly see is my incisors
  609. >Twilight approaches you and you open your jaw wide
  610. TS: Oh my... your jaw is hinged like a snake! Can it come off?
  611. A: Yes, but I'll have a damnable time to put it back on
  612. >You feel magic hold your mouth open a bit wider than you appreciate and Twilight looks around
  613. TS: Fascinating! Your teeth are really pretty. Front are sharper, molars in the back... a bit of this one is chipped off... interesting
  614. A: Dank oo...
  615. >It is difficult to speak when your mouth is pried apart
  616. TS: Are your teeth like a ponies teeth?
  617. >You wrestle your mouth back from Twilight
  618. A: What do you mean?
  619. TS: Well, in pony anatomy, you can usually tell a pony's age by the shape, size and wear of the teeth...
  620. A: Sort of... you can not directly find my age by teeth alone, but my teeth are all adult teeth in my species. Age is a difficult number for humans as we often can appear older or younger with relative ease
  621. TS: Is that some form of magic?
  622. A: Not true magic... mostly illusion and deception
  623. TS: I am not really a zoologist myself, that is more Fluttershy's forte. You are definitely the most interest species I have ever met though
  624. A: I spent more time amongst ponies than my own species. We probably share plenty of cultural similarities at this point in time
  625. TS: Well, maybe not so much... I know you are more of a royal type. An ancient royal type... if my history books are right or accurate, then we may be very different
  626. A: But, 'tis just opinions... I believe I can call you my friend?
  627. TS: That is a definite similarity!
  628. >Twilight reaches her hoof out as if to shake your hand
  629. >Semantics!
  630. >You hug the little unicorn closely and nestle against her mane
  631. TS: A-Anon! Personal space!
  632. >You giggle and squeeze her a bit more
  633. TS: My mane's so dirty, don't put your face on it...
  634. >You release her and she staggers a bit
  635. >Her face is red and she doesn't look at you
  636. TS: W-well, thank you... for the hug... humans do it differently, I see...
  637. A: The beauty of hands, my dear
  638. >She continues to blush and scoots away carefully
  639. A: Still pouring outside... what a dreadful event we face when we have so much work to do
  640. TS: Well, it's not the end of the world. We can always take a day to set up a midnight celebrations for Princess Luna
  641. A: Yes, we can! I want my Princess to be happy again, to feel welcome in her own nation and by her own subjects. She has forgotten a lot of her past, I fear, and she needs help regaining it
  642. TS: Why are you so loyal to Luna? I don't hear you fawning over Celestia one bit
  643. A: Can you keep a royal secret?
  644. TS: I think so...
  645. A: Luna and I were bedfellows in our time
  646. >Twilight's mouth hangs open and she stutters and pops
  647. TS: A-Anon! H-how! Why?! Princess! You! What?!
  648. A: 'Twas a long time ago... and she hardly can recall our time now. We were on a peaceful trip to lay a trade route with native ponies from the east or so my superior did brief me...
  649.
  650. >Hundreds of years ago, in a disguised royal wagon on a lone road
  651. >Be Sir Anonymous
  652. >You are bedecked in your armaments as you sit beside the Princess of the Night
  653. A: Faire weather for your guiding moon, our Princess
  654. L: 'Tis always faire weather when the moon is full
  655. >You chuckle knowingly
  656. A: We wish to know of our target and why we have been tasked to take arms?
  657. L: Our target is a ruse, vassal... we have tasked thee to take arms for your princess to see just what loyalty lies within
  658. A: Never the type to trust so easily... we are not at all concerned with what thou wrought upon us
  659. L: Strong and naïve, excellent traits for the Earth caste, but thee would be less suited for trials in our courts and better preserved an apple farmer
  660. >She chuckles wickedly, but you know she hardly means it
  661. A: Do tell us, dearest empress, what dost this mission claim of my steel and stamina?
  662. L: It will demand a show of your loyalty and a test of your stamina...
  663. A: Steel not be met with steel?
  664. >You hold your sword at eye level and allow the moonlight to gleam from it
  665. >Luna's hoof pushes the weapon slowly to the ground
  666. L: We look not for strength on the battlefield as would our sister. We look for strength in thine eyes, thy soul... we have seen the glimpse of it, but tonight we demand it rise or forever be snuffed!
  667. A: We understand and we shall serve ever faithful, Princess
  668. >You nod your head solemnly
  669. >The carriage stops and you see Luna rise to her hooves
  670. >You follow her out of the wagon and see a clearing before you
  671. >An alter stands in the center of the concentrated ground and the moonlight shines squarely on the stone
  672. L: In the center of the stone is embedded a dagger. Thy weapon is made from purest moonlight and would serve thee well. Can you wake it from its slumber?
  673. A: So commanded, so shall we follow...
  674. >You proceed to the stones relatively unharmed
  675. >As you reach into the moonbeam, you feel a burning sensation and immediately pull back
  676. >The moonlight is as strong as Celestia's radiant spear!
  677. >You attempt to enter the circle again only to smoke and burn
  678. >You turn back to see Luna at the edge of the circle
  679. >With renewed vigor, you strip your heavy armaments off
  680. >They clash and clatter to the ground and you stand before the burning moonlight in a simple rag
  681. A: For our Princess...
  682. >You race into the moonlight and feel your body begin to burn like stepping into the sun itself
  683. >Smoke billows from your body, but you ignore the pain and race on
  684. >The blade is in sight and you reach forward
  685. >Flames engulf your back and head now
  686. >You press on with a hand outstretched
  687. >The dagger comes within your palm and you grasp it quickly
  688. >You race on as flames surround your being
  689. >Your skin feels as if it will simply peel off now
  690. >A leap and you throw yourself from the vicious light ring
  691. >Your princess is there waiting when you exit the moonlight
  692. >Her magic engulfs you and the fires are doused
  693. >Burns painfully cover your body and you attempt to hold up the dagger, but your arms are moaning in agony
  694. A: Empress... we succeeded...
  695. >You lay on the ground and form the best smile you can as you look up to Luna
  696. >She sits over you and sobs lightly
  697. >You feel tears begin to trickle onto your body
  698. L: 'Tis a new beginning, Sir Anonymous. live no longer in our shadow, but as our shadow!
  699. >The tears miraculous remove the pain and your skin turns from char to flesh before your eyes
  700. >You feel a deep, ancient magic filling you as you clutch the dagger
  701. A: Princess... Luna, we thank thee...
  702. L: Twist not your tongue our birthright, but only our name...
  703. >Her smile is wide and glorious
  704. A: Luna... dearest, Luna...
  705. >You stand to your feet and look to your magnificent princess
  706. >Her tall form and flowing mane hold your attention as she speaks
  707. >Her magic takes the dagger from your hand and you see it shatter into millions of shards
  708. L: 'Twas the work of the heavens... fate has guided you to us and we answer the call. We now know you shall be ours and ours alone
  709. A: But, what of our Princess of the Sun?
  710. L: Speak not of my sister! She shall find her vassal in time, but this night, we have found ours
  711. >Luna moves close to you and you feel her magic distort time and space
  712. >The world is still, peaceful and unaware of you two
  713. >Luna moves to you and her face presses into your own
  714. >You feel your princess' lips on your own and her tongue pressed against your teeth
  715. >You return this unwarranted affection
  716. >When you separate, Luna smiles at you again
  717. L: Thou knows more than he has claimed
  718. A: And our empress has given us such carnal pleasure... we dare question it
  719. L: As we have declared, thou body be ours... our souls entangle forever and a day, so should our bodies. Dost thou protest?
  720. >She raises her backside and swishes her tail at you
  721. >Her head cranes around and her seductive, predatory eyes draw you in
  722. A: Not too much...
  723. >You take your princess' backside in your hands and decide you will be the best she has ever had now and forever
  724. >You rub her soft bottom with your palms and she backs up into you
  725. L: Tease me not, our love!
  726. >You fall to your rightful place on your knees and breathe in the scent of your plush empress
  727. >The delightful smell of her excitement has your mouth water
  728. L: Why dost thou rest when his Princess needs her champion to -stand- and -deliver-?!
  729. >Her shouting quickly changes into cooing as your warm mouth engulfs her sex
  730. >You slurp at her neat folds and use your hands to spread and rub her inflated button
  731. L: Yes~! This pleases your Princess!
  732. >She backs a bit and your nose and mouth are covered in her slick depths
  733. >You continue to clean her insides with your tongue and occasionally give her clitoris a short suck
  734. >The noises your Princess makes has brought your body to attention
  735. >You feel one last push from her backside as the princess' body convulses
  736. >Your face is plastered with a jet of roiling crème from the depths of Luna's being
  737. >This only entices you to redouble your efforts as you swallow her sweet mare love
  738. L: Anonymous! Your Princess is not used to~ this! Ahh~!
  739. A: Our Princess will learn to love our tongue on her most beautiful parts as we shall clean her every night!
  740. >You continue your lewd slurping and sucking and nibbling until the Princess has to remove you from her rump
  741. >She grabs you by your maleness with her hot magic and rubs your quickly
  742. L: Your Princess demands you give back as many an orgasm as you have taken... on the double!
  743. >She takes you in a vulgar kiss that is equal parts wet and forceful
  744. A: Does our empress enjoy her vassal's mouth?
  745. L: We admit your tongue is skilled, if not short... your princess needs to feel your -sword-
  746. A: None have stood from my fury before
  747. >Her eyes lock with your own
  748. L: War hath no fury like a mare unsatisfied
  749. >You feel the magic grip you tighter and stroke you faster still
  750. >You draw Luna's glorious body against your own
  751. >Her wings sprawl out in your arms and you kiss again
  752. >You break with a string of slaver on your lips and Luna whispers
  753. L: Breed us...
  754. >You are enthralled to your princess as she bends forward, exposing her slick marehood and plump flank
  755. >Your arms instinctively surround her hindquarters and your throbbing lance humps aimlessly against your empress
  756. >With one blind thrust, you sink into the velvety depths of your lover
  757. >You bury yourself until your hips touch and your groin is matted in her fluids
  758. >With renewed purpose, you slide your hefty shaft from her slowly and saw back in
  759. >Luna moans and heaves and spurs you onward
  760. >You begin to move in a steady rhythm to the wonderful sounds of your princess' voice
  761. >Your own rod is nestled by Luna's grip and you cannot believe how taut her body is
  762. >With inhuman resilience, you hump and grind any sensibility away
  763. >Luna's voice brings you back into this reality as you feel her astonishing sex pull you deeper
  764. L: Ah~ ah~! Your Princess cometh!
  765. >With a moan so deep you can feel it in your own chest, Luna gushes another liter of her hot compliment onto you
  766. >The feeling of forcing your own sex against the wave is simply incredible and you allow it to break around your body
  767. >You stand in a small puddle, riding your lovely empress as her front hooves give out
  768. >Her face lays upon the ground, her wings hang wearily to her sides, but her rump stands tall and willing
  769. >After the ten most intense, passionate seconds of your existence, you fill your lover
  770. >Your own abused body wrenches upward and your teeth grit tight
  771. >Luna's body holds fast and allows you no remorse as it drinks every sticky wave sincerely
  772. A: Princess... Princess, we love thee... we will always be yours and yours alone
  773. >You hear a type of gurgling sound and see that your empress is a bit absent at the moment
  774. >For the first time, you feel the wind move again and realize the Princess' powers have faded
  775. >You pull out slowly, as leaving is difficult both mentally and physically, and your bruised member hangs in exhaustion
  776. >You move to the front most half of your Princess and see she is half awake
  777. >You lift her muzzle and kiss her tenderly until you feel her move in return
  778. >The two of you part slowly, gazing into each other's eyes
  779. >No words now... only love
  780.
  781. >Presently, in a library on a horrible, rainy day
  782. >Be Anon the Learned
  783. A: And that is the true story of my devotion for my princess. A love-bound trance that eats at my heart every second I know she does not remember me
  784. >You finally turn from staring out the window to look for Twilight
  785. >She is in absolute shock, standing completely idle with a look of indisputable dread
  786. A: Is something the matter, m'lady?
  787. TS: Oh my gosh... oh, Celestia...
  788. A: Hmm? Is everything alright?
  789. TS: Y-you -did- it with Princess Luna?
  790. A: Yes, is that a problem?
  791. TS: Well, I guess not! Did you have to go into greatly -exaggerated- details about every little thing that happened?!
  792. A: I suppose not... but, I do pride myself on story telling! If it means anything in this day and age, she was a virgin at the moment. Though, I admit I did not learn that until later on
  793. TS: Stop! Just stop! Ahhh! I can't believe anyp0ny could just go around talking about -doing- it!
  794. >You see that this little unicorn is deeply afraid of this kind of physical romance, you should probably stop talking about
  795. >At least, not talk anymore about it
  796. TS: Yikes, I just wanted a back-story and you give me The Pony Sutra. All that talk of wet and squishing and kissing and... ahh! I can't get it out of my head now!
  797. >You sigh and chuckle at the panicking little mare
  798. A: I have come to assume you haven't had a relationship with a stallion yourself?
  799. TS: I'm really busy, OK?! I can't just go out and -find- a stallion, take him home and... and -do- it!
  800. A: I understand you completely...
  801. TS: Y-you do?
  802. A: Absolutely! ... Vassal to the Sun
  803. >You grin with a wicked grin
  804. >Her face sinks and her eyes bulge
  805. >You must have struck the right nerve now!
  806. TS: It's not like that... you know... it just happened
  807. >You grin disappears
  808. A: Eh, beg pardon?
  809. TS: Celestia has had me longer than my parents... she was my caretaker for years now... sometimes you just love somep0ny...
  810. >Twilight sobs lightly
  811. >Oh, this is much darker than you thought
  812. A: Look, Twilight, I did not mean to be harsh or to pry into your personal life. Was but a joke. Don't weep for it. Especially if you are true to yourself in that your love is real
  813. >She sniffles for a moment
  814. A: I think I understand the full intention of our Princess now. I think she plans to make us friends... though for what reason, I know not. In years that I had known Celestia, I never once saw her seek a vassal as Luna sought me. Perhaps... we are not just a vassal, but something more for the Princesses?
  815. TS: I... I don't know... everything you're telling me is completely crazy. It's in no history, it's in no myth, no book at all!
  816. A: I fear that we will be making these books in the not-so-distant future. Lets make our chapter the better one, agreed?
  817. >Twilight cracks a smile and her eyes water
  818. TS: Agreed
  819. >She stumbles over to you and wraps herself around your leg
  820. >You reach down and pet her mane
  821. TS: Just this once... I'll let you pet me... just once
  822. >You smile warmly and stare at the downpour outside a while longer
  823. >This day raises a lot of questions and you fear nothing was completed
  824. >Perhaps tomorrow will be better
  825. >Perhaps tomorrow, you will wake back in your chambers to the sound of Luna's voice calling out to see you again
  826. >Your eyes compete with the sky
  827. >Maybe, when your tomorrow comes, maybe she will say those words again...
  828. >"I love you, Anonymous..."
