>Description: Seltsam is a rather unusual doctor, often finding work in towns and the like until he's kicked out for his "unorthodox" techniques. He is descended form a long line of field medics, surgeons, nurses, veterinarians, and unlicensed doctors, all of which had their own quirk about them. He was once named the Reaper for his uncanny ability to end lives just as quickly as he can save them, and his weapon for self defense, was actually a gift from the one who gave him that nickname. Rumor has it that his liver and left kidney were missing the day afterwards. Seltsam has a greasy and unkempt dark gray mane with lighter gray streaks, with a light blue coat and bright azure eyes. He speaks with a faint German accent, and often uses German words and phrases as well. He seems very ecstatic wherever he goes, and finds joy in his profession, often liking how resilient a pony can be. Despite his obviously ludicrous mannerisms, he seems to be of sane mind, he just needs to get out more. And be more sensitive to other's health.
