You stand outside the door to the office of Professor Felix with the Totem in hoof. The Professor had said to come to his office right away as soon as they found the artifact.
  2. 06[23:49] * False_Flag knocks on the door then opens it "Professor? We found it..."
  3. 01[23:51] <_Felix_> The door creaks open, "Come in my friends, so were you succesful? Sorry about the smell, my office is a wreck at the moment!" you hear the voice of the Professor
  4. [23:52] <False_Flag> "Yes professor..." I say with a hint of respect. I showcase the item to him.
  5. 01[23:53] <_Felix_> The professor looks at you and smiles you can hear a buzzing sound nearby
  6. [23:53] <Vistigal> "Well prof we brought the Totem, now how about some kind of reward?"
  7. 06[23:54] * CinnamonBlossom floats out whiskey and takes a large sip
  8. 01[23:54] <_Felix_> Amarath is stung in the flank by what feels like a small insect
  9. 06[23:55] * Amaranth slaps at it irritably, observing the current goings-on.
  10. 01[23:55] <_Felix_> "Oh yes sorry about that, here!"
  11. 06[23:55] * _Felix_ floats a cotton swab and black bottle
  12. 01[23:55] <_Felix_> (over to Amarath)
  13. 01[23:56] <_Felix_> "There's a darned wasp nest in here somewhere that i can't seem to locate. And even worse i think my desk in infested with termites!"
  14. [23:56] <False_Flag> "Are you experimenting with bees professor?" I ask
  15. 06[23:56] * _Felix_ sighs
  16. 01[23:56] <_Felix_> "No not really, the University hasnt given me a very good location for an office you see."
  17. [23:56] <Amaranth> "Hmm? Oh no, not to worry. It's just an insect. I've endured far worse, believe me."
  18. 06[23:57] * Amaranth chuckles jovially
  19. 01[23:57] <_Felix_> "That might change though when i retireve the totem.....speaking of which...."
  20. 06[23:57] * False_Flag hoofs the Totem to the professor
  21. 01[23:58] <_Felix_> "Ahhh wonderful!"
  22. 06[23:58] * _Felix_ takes the Totem
  23. 01[23:58] <_Felix_> "Oh...whoops!" as the clumsy Professor goes to grab the artifact it slips from his hooves and drops to the ground making an audible thump sound. The eyes on the artifact begin to glow brightly and the professor dives behind his desk "Hit the deck!" A brilliant green explosion lights up the room.

  26. 06[23:59] * Vistigal flies behind some sort of cover

  29. 01[00:00] <_Felix_> There is no cover to speak of in the small office beside the desk which Felix is behind.
  30. 01[00:00] <_Felix_> When your vision is clear of green light you suddenly notice that you are now staring at a solid wall of polished wood that looks like Felix's desk under a magnifying glass. In fact.....it is Felix's desk! You look around and everything has grown giant........no..........you suddenly realize that you have been shrunken down to a tiny size!

  32. 06[00:01] * False_Flag looks at his comrades "I-is everyone okay... other than being specs that is..."
  33. 06[00:02] * Vistigal looks around "Welp, let's get ready incase a wasp decides to attack us"

  35. 01[00:02] <_Felix_> you hear a booming sound approaching

  43. 06[00:04] * False_Flag shouts at the giant professor "WE WERE SHRUNK!!!"
  44. 01[00:04] <_Felix_> "Hello?! Where did everyone go.....Oh my the TOTEM!"
  45. 06[00:04] * Vistigal shoots at the hoof
  46. 01[00:04] <_Felix_> the wall stops just short of crushing everyone flat
  47. 01[00:04] <_Felix_> and changes direction
  48. 06[00:04] * CinnamonBlossom starts to think something is not right
  49. 01[00:06] <_Felix_> you can see in the distance the massive Professor Felix lean down to pluck what looks to be a giant carved statue resembling to totem from earlier from the ground like a god plucking a mountain from the earth
  50. 06[00:06] * Amaranth tries to find a way to climb up onto the table to get Felix's attention
  51. 01[00:07] <_Felix_> Vistigal missed Felix
  52. 06[00:07] * CinnamonBlossom is starting to fully understand the situation
  53. 01[00:07] <_Felix_> Amarath sees a rough section of the desk that he can easily get hoof holds
  54. 01[00:07] <_Felix_> "Oh my this is terrible....It's Ruined........I wonder where everyone went...."
  55. 06[00:08] * Amaranth tries to climb up the side onto the table
  56. 06[00:08] * CinnamonBlossom yells "GUYS IT MIGHT JUST BE ME BUT I THINK EVERYTHING GREW REALLY REALLY BIG!"
  57. 6[00:08] * Vistigal looks at Cinna"Or your just really drunk"
  58. 01[00:09] <_Felix_> Amaranth latches on the side of the desk but he does not make it anyways upwards
  59. 01[00:09] <_Felix_> and the climb will be long
  60. 06[00:09] * False_Flag starts galloping toward the massive professor
  61. 06[00:10] * Vistigal flies from the ground to the desk
  62. [00:10] <Amaranth> "Hmm... this is quite a fix..."
  63. 01[00:10] <_Felix_> Flag makes it to within what seems like a few dozen feet (inches?) away from the professors front left leg.
  64. 06[00:10] * Amaranth finds a place to sit and think
  65. [00:11] <CinnamonBlossom> "Yeah your probably right." I slur taking another sip of whiskey
  66. 06[00:12] * False_Flag leaps on to the leg and begins the climb
  67. 06[00:12] * _Felix_ "I wonder what caused the flash...."
  68. 01[00:13] <_Felix_> Flag tries to climb up and get on to felix's leg but only slides back down his hoof
  69. 06[00:13] * _Felix_ looks closly at the Totem.
  70. [00:14] <False_Flag> "Need a bit more grip..." I leap again and try to climb on... gripping is hard without fingers
  71. [00:15] <Amaranth> "Perhaps I could try climbing again... Bah, no chance. My head would spin. Hmm..."
  72. 01[00:16] <_Felix_> Vistigal launches from the ground and is flying up to the desk when suddenly he is intercepted and swiped out of the air by an unseen buzzing assailant and falls to the ground helpless with -1 wound

  75. 06[00:17] * Amaranth leaps to his feet and attempts to get Vistigal on his feet
  76. 01[00:17] <_Felix_> Flag climbs up and gets a good grip (lol wut?) of the fur on Felix's leg climbing up to the ankle
  77. [00:17] <Amaranth> "Are you alright, friend? You have to be careful of those dire creatures."

  79. [00:18] <Vistigal> "Now let's try that again"
  80. 06[00:18] * CinnamonBlossom looks around while sipping whiskey
  81. 06[00:19] * Vistigal tries to fly onto the desk

  83. 06[00:23] * Amaranth looks around the room for anything that might be of use in attracting the professor's attention
  84. 01[00:24] <_Felix_> There is a fragile looking astrolabe near the window.....with screws holding it together at the bottom
  85. 06[00:25] * Amaranth tries to make his way over to the astrolabe and unscrew it
  86. 01[00:27] <_Felix_> You make it to near Felix's right front hoof
  87. [00:28] <Amaranth> "Hmm..."
  88. [00:28] <False_Flag> "AMARANTH! IF WE CAN REACH HIS EARS WE CAN GET HIM TO FIX THIS!"
  89. 06[00:28] * False_Flag shouts from the ankle
  90. 06[00:28] * Amaranth gives him a poke with his greatsword
  91. 06[00:28] * CinnamonBlossom gets up and attempts to climb the desk.
  92. 6[00:30] * Vistigal tries to fly up to the Profs ears
  93. 01[00:31] <_Felix_> You take to the sky but are immediatly side swiped by what you can planly see is a very angry red wasp
  94. 01[00:31] <_Felix_> you arent smacked out of the air but you dont manage to gain any altitude
  95. 01[00:31] <_Felix_> the Wasp curses at you in Waspese
  96. 01[00:34] <_Felix_> You manage to climb up the rough side of the desk and make it to a hole in the side about 1 foot off the ground
  97. 06[00:35] * False_Flag continues to climb the professor "Jeeze the things a pony's gotta do to earn some bread..."
  98. 01[00:36] <_Felix_> You make it up to just below knee high
  99. 01[00:36] <_Felix_> Something swipes at Cinnamon
  100. 01[00:37] <_Felix_> Cinnamon is stabbed by what looks to be an angry termite emergin from the darkness of the hole in the desk
  101. 01[00:38] <_Felix_> "Tresspasser on the land of the TERMITE QUEEN!"
  102. 01[00:38] <_Felix_> The Wasp attempts to knock Vistigal out of the sky
  103. 01[00:40] <_Felix_> Vistigal is swiped again by the wasp as they dogfight with each other, the wasp still shouting curses at you.
  104. 01[00:41] <_Felix_> "Ow....stupid bugs." says Felix as he raises his left leg to scratch his right one
  105. 01[00:43] <_Felix_> Flag is crushed under Felix's left leg as it scratches the right one, and falls to the ground helpless with -1 wound
  106. 01[00:43] <_Felix_> "I really need to get an exterminator in here......"
  107. 06[00:43] * _Felix_ goes back to studying the broken artifact
  108. 01[00:43] <_Felix_> "Maybe the vanished....."

  110. [00:43] <False_Flag> "Shit...."
  111. 06[00:44] * Amaranth suddenly realises they're under attack and rushes to help flag up
  112. 06[00:44] * False_Flag groans in pain
  113. 01[00:44] <_Felix_> Amaranth rushes over to help flag up but the force of Felix putting his hoof back doens knocks you away
  114. 06[00:46] * Vistigal aims his bow at the bastard wasp "You fucker" (Marksmans shot)
  115. 01[00:47] <_Felix_> The waso clutches its side as the arrow peirces his thorax and he tumbles down to the ground crashing to ruin on the floor of the office.

  117. 06[00:48] * CinnamonBlossom trys to smash the termite into termite paste (Ramming speed and earthen strike)
  118. 01[00:51] <_Felix_> "THE TERMITE QUEEN DEMAN- oof!" Cinnamon covers her hoof in wood and plows it into the uppity termite's face with the force of a thousand suns ruining his shit forever
  119. 06[00:52] * False_Flag gets back onto his hooves "Going from the leg... not a bright idea..."
  120. 01[00:52] <_Felix_> you get back up in actiopn
  121. 01[00:53] <_Felix_> Cinnamon you can here scurring sound approaching you from multiple directions
  122. 01[00:54] <_Felix_> Also everyone on the ground near the desk can hear approaching buzzing sounds
  123. 06[00:54] * CinnamonBlossom decides that disguising as a termite is the only way to destroy the termite queen
  124. 01[00:54] <_Felix_> "Mayb transported them to a different dimension....that must be it!"
  125. 01[00:55] <_Felix_> Massive Felix starts stomping over to a stack of books
  126. 01[00:55] <_Felix_> everyone on the ground roll to dodge.
  127. 6[00:56] * False_Flag leaps out of the way
  128. 06[00:56] * Amaranth instinctively hits the ground, rolling out of the way of the Professor
  129. 01[00:57] <_Felix_> Voth Amaranth and Flag manage to avoid getting crushed under the Professor's hooves as he walks over to a book pile and begins to flick through his books
  130. 01[00:57] <_Felix_> Both*
  131. 06[00:59] * Amaranth decides to investigate the termites while waiting for a solution to present itself, sheathing his sword and entering the nest.
  132. 01[01:00] <_Felix_> You start climbing up the desk and suddenly a termite pops out of a nearby hole and grabs you pulling you into darkness
  133. 01[01:01] <_Felix_> (helpless)
  134. 06[01:01] * Amaranth struggles to get free of the termite
  135. 06[01:02] * Vistigal tries to fly up to the profs ear once more
  136. 01[01:03] <_Felix_> You fly up to the professors ear, and you are surrounded by three wasps
  137. 06[01:03] * Vistigal shouts at the profs ear hole "HEY WE WERE SHRUNK YA IDIOT"
  138. 01[01:04] <_Felix_> "Hmmm did someone say something?"
  139. [01:05] <Vistigal> "YEAH I DID, THAT TOTEM SHRUNK US"
  140. 06[01:05] * Vistigal shouts at his ear
  141. 06[01:06] * CinnamonBlossom climbs inside the termites corpse and trys to wear it like a costume
  142. 01[01:09] <_Felix_> You climb inside the exoskeleton of the termite and poke your hooves and head through the soft tissue
  143. 06[01:10] * False_Flag gallops to the tip of the professors tail than latches on with his teeth... then once again begins the climb
  144. 01[01:11] <_Felix_> You gallop up to the tail but suddenly it twitches and you miss as the professor says
  145. 06[01:11] * _Felix_ "Who is that......Sounds like a tiny voice is trying to tell me something."
  146. 01[01:12] <_Felix_> The wasps attack Vistigal
  147. 01[01:12] <_Felix_> Vistigal takes 2 hits from the wasps but manages to stay aloft
  148. 01[01:14] <_Felix_> Cinnamon can still hear skittering and scuffling from all directions,
  149. 01[01:14] <_Felix_> Felix suddenly moves his giant head and takes a step back
  150. 06[01:15] * False_Flag does a triple backflip and ends it with a pose to dodge getting smacked
  151. 01[01:15] <_Felix_> "Hello? Mister Flag? Mister Vistigal? Miss Blossom?"
  152. 01[01:15] <_Felix_> "Amarath?"
  153. 01[01:16] <_Felix_> Flag barley manages to avoid getting crushed but is knocked away by the force of the hoof hitting the ground (helpless)
  154. [01:16] <Amaranth> "That's Sir Amaranth, if you don't mind!"
  155. 06[01:16] * Amaranth is still struggling to get free of the termite
  156. 01[01:17] <_Felix_> Vistigal is knocked out of the sky and plumiting
  157. 01[01:18] <_Felix_> Amaranth is still being dragged down into the abyss, cinnamon can hear the sounds he is making to the right and below of her.
  158. 06[01:18] * Amaranth tries to kick the termite off of himself
  159. 06[01:19] * CinnamonBlossom waddles like a termite deeper into the tunnel
  160. 01[01:19] <_Felix_> "YOU WILL BE TRIBUTE FOR THE TERMITE QUEE- ooof!"
  161. 01[01:20] <_Felix_> The termite gets his face caved in and is knocked helpless and twitching
  162. 1[01:20] <_Felix_> Amaranth is now in total darkness in a termite tunnel inside Felix's desk
  163. 06[01:22] * Vistigal tries to correct his flying
  164. 01[01:23] <_Felix_> You come out of your dive like a wonderbolt and fly back up to Felix's ear with 1 wasp on your tail.
  165. 06[01:25] * CinnamonBlossom waddles like a termite deeper into the hole
  166. 01[01:27] <_Felix_> You wander deep into the tunnels, you can see a pony shaped silhouette up ahead skittering sounds all around.

  168. 06[01:28] * False_Flag rubs his head "This is getting... annoying..."

  181. 01[01:38] <_Felix_> You see where they are coming from, a nest up in the far corner of the room, there are also the two attacking wasps you can see are buzzing around the room looking for you.

  183. 01[01:42] <_Felix_> The professor's ear twitches as you fly into it but you are a ace flyer so you fly right in and even manage not to get stuck in earwax

  197. 06[01:48] * False_Flag wipes some sweat of his brow

  199. 06[01:49] * False_Flag begins looking for the others and remembers Ameranth was climbing the desk

  201. 01[01:49] <_Felix_> Cinnamon and Amaranth can hear the skittering sound right next to them
  202. 01[01:49] <_Felix_> "WHAT do we have heere? Sacrfices for the TERMITE QUEEN!"
  203. 06[01:50] * Amaranth grips his greatsword tighter, bracing himself for battle
  204. 01[01:50] <_Felix_> Flag runs over to the desk but is suddenly grabed out of the air by a flying buzzing creature

  244. 06[02:15] * CinnamonBlossom attempts to seize the non termite creature while yelling "FOR THE TERMITE QUEEN!"
  245. 01[02:17] <_Felix_> You grapple on to Amaranth, he must roll to break free from the grapple but can also hit you to damage you.
  246. 06[02:18] * False_Flag once again tries to tame the wasp
  247. 01[02:19] <_Felix_> You break out of the kung fu death grip but are now holding on by just your hoof. You look down and can see the way down is pretty long. You'd be lucky to survive with all your bones broken.

  249. 01[02:21] <_Felix_> Two grapple Amaranth and Cinnamite
  250. 01[02:22] <_Felix_> Amaranth manages to avoid being grappled by the termite but cinnamite is still latched on
  251. 01[02:22] <_Felix_> the other Termite grabs on to cinnamon
  252. [02:23] <Amaranth> "Wh... what are you doing?"
  253. 06[02:23] * Amaranth attempts to break free of Cinnamite

  255. 01[02:23] <_Felix_> Wasp attempts to sting Flag
  256. 01[02:23] <_Felix_> Flag dodges the stinger
