>You are Subject Delta, closest thing to a human in this godforsaken world

>It's time to get back to Eleanor

>But first, you have to deal with Fluttershy

>You charge into the forest, the glow in your helmet changing from yellow to an ominous red

>As you tear through the trees, only one thought occupies your mind

>It's almost over

>Next stop, Ponyville

 

>You are Rainbow Dash

>And this is bad

>You'd never seen Delta look that angry

>Judging by the direction he's heading, he's going into town

>This can't be good

"Come on Dash, no time to lose. Gotta warn the girls."

>You mutter to yourself, taking off towards town

 

CHAPTER 1: APPLEJACK

 

>You are Delta

>You burst through the treeline, causing the nearest p0nies to jump in surprise

>A mint green p0ny cautiously approaches you from the side

>"Delta? You look...different. Are you ok?"

>She reaches her hoof up, softly brushing your drill

>In your rage, you shoot your arm out, sending Lyra tumbling in the dirt

>The surrounding p0nies burst into panicked screams and scramble away from you

>Only one remains

>Applejack

>Of course

>It had to be Applejack

>"Delta, Ah don't wanna do this, but ya gotta stop right now!"

>You didn't want to hurt her, but you weren't gonna let her stop you

>You spin up your drill in response

>She lowers her head with a sigh

>"Ah was hopin' it wouldn't come ta this."

>With a scrape of her hoof, the challenge begins

>Your helmet flares bright red as you charge forward, drill spinning

>The orange p0ny matches your charge, galloping toward you to close the gap

>You raise your drill, prepared to swing, but you're caught off guard as your opponent spins in place and rears her hooves back

>You realize what's happening, but it's too late as a kick that would kill a lesser man connects with your stomach, taking you off your feet

>She may be waist high, but damn that p0ny can pack a punch

>You land flat on your back with a grunt and a moan, a cloud of dirt rising from your impact

>As you start to lean forward, a hoof presses you back down flat

>Applejack stands on your chest, staring down at you

>"Now Ah know what yer gonna do, and Ah don't like it."

>She sighs, and steps down from on top of you

>"But Ah know Ah can't stop ya. So just go, before Ah change mah mind."

>You raise yourself onto an elbow and stare at her, a warm smile coming to her face

>The red glow from your helmet softens to yellow as you wrap the p0ny in a hug

>Without another word, you stand and start walking farther into town towards Fluttershy's cottage

>You don't dare turn back to face your only friend, as you know it would be the last time

 

CHAPTER 2: RARITY

 

>You enter the town square, p0nies scrambling inside and locking their doors as you pass

>Beneath your helmet, you shift your eyes side to side, searching for your next challenger

>You reach the fountain in the middle of the now deserted town

>A sudden call draws your attention towards Carousel Boutique

>"DELTA, YOU BRUTE!"

>Of course...

>It just had to be her

>The stomping of hooves alerts you of your next "challenger"

>You'd hate to hurt Rarity, maybe you could scare her?

>"HOW DARE YOU COME INTO TOWN HURTING JUST ANYP--"

>You spin to the side with a roar, spinning your drill for added effect

>Rarity gasps and reels back

>"Why I NEVER! I've faced a manticore, you know! It'll take a lot more than THAT to get rid of me!"

>You groan and bend down, scooping up a handful of dirt

>Leaning towards the mare, you turn your hand over and pour it on her

>You step back and wait

>...

>Rarity starts to tremble, calmly at first, but it soon escalates into a violent shaking

>You step back even further

>Maybe this wasn't such a good idea

>A sudden flash of blinding light accompanied by a ear-shattering scream causes you to tumble backwards

>You sit up and rub your helmet, looking to where Rarity stood only moments ago

>All that remains is a strip of fabric and a bag of marshmallows

>Well that was easy

>You rise to your feet and continue on your path of vengeance

 

CHAPTER 3: PINKIE PIE

 

>You continue further into town, the forest soon coming into sight

>You're not too far now, just a little bit far-

>Wait, what the hell?

>Pinkie Pie now stands in the path ahead of you, a wide smile spread across her face

>You'll never understand how the hell she teleports around

>You blink and she's suddenly closer, but now looking angry

>Another blink, now she's wearing a big, frilly hat

>You struggle to keep your eyes open, but dear god you've never had to blink so bad

>Giving in, you finally blink and brace for the worst

>With your eyes held shut, you hear the slightest whisper next to you

>"Hiya Delta"

>Your eyes shoot open, but Pinkie is nowhere to be found

>A small present, topped with an enormous bow, sits on the ground in front of you

>You carefully reach forward, sliding the tip of your drill into a loop of the bow

>With a slight tug, the bow is untied and the box opens to reveal a cupcake and a note

>You reach down and pick up the note

>As you read it, you can hear Pinkie's voice

Dear Delta,

I know what Fluttershy did, and I'm not going to stop you. So have this cupcake to help you on your mission.
