And Princess Luna is nowhere to be found. That leaves the unknown successor...Fluttershy. And she demands your presence at her highness's court this morning. We've been sent to escort you there."

"Alright, let me get dressed."

>The guard stood there as you were only in boxers, you proceed to get dressed, and head to the castle to see what horrid things had befallen this land.

Now, Celestia's gone missing and nobody can seem to find Luna either...and Fluttershy's the new royal ruler? I just don't get it. In all my studies, this makes absolutely no sense. I need someone to get in and see what's going on, I'm just disguised to look like the torturer for the Royal Guard, I don't have to do my job thankfully...anyway, will you help?"

"Of course I will, Twilight, it's the least I could do for all the help you've given me the past year."

>You go outside, walk up the steps and walk into the throne room, with Fluttershy sitting atop the throne wearing the Crown Jewels of Equestria.

>you also take in a parade of arms from afar, Fluttershy is unusually militant when it comes to this stuff

>Pegasi fly low altitude, armed with saddlebags that have draw strings to drop rocks on enemy troops

>the unicorns wield crossbows and longbows

>the earth ponies are split 25/75

>the 75% being Horses-at-Arms with varying types of swords

>the 25% having ballistas mounted on their backs in a saddle device, with 2 unicorns, 1 to load, 1 to enchant the shot if need be, and a Pegasus as a spotter

>the technology has both gone forward and back in these dark ages

>you sneak back through the forest, happening upon Zecora, who gives you several racks of healing potion

>you take these back to the base

>you really hope you don't end up needing to use any of these

>one's green, and says "Back from the brink, but beware they will stink!"

>must mean it revives from death, but smells rotten afterword

>Twilight brushes her flank on you and looks at you with a grin

>you look over
