- >Aurora:Awoke from sleep as a vampire due to the counterspell cast by the good fairies changing to "she will die, but rise again" and disguises herself as a male count in order to stay out of Maleficent's radar
- >Maleficent: Conquered the world in the 100 years that Aurora slept and turned it into a "playground" to watch Aurora become corrupted
- >Mulan: A middle aged and cynical mercenary. She was hired by Maleficent to hunt down Aurora in exchange for her youth in order to have a second chance at being young, but opts to help Aurora instead after realizing that Aurora also received a gift from Maleficent
- >Shere Khan: A shapeshifting tiger who can turn human. Utterly humiliated by Mulan in a skirmish in India as she traveled the silk path, Shere Khan's human form was crippled and he has hunted her ever since. When he discovers that Mulan is traveling with Aurora, who is being tracked by Maleficent, he offers to hunt down the two of them to get revenge.
- >Gaston: Monster Hunter who kills beasts for the glory of killing vile monsters. Decides to go after Aurora to not only kill another monster, but also to use her as a way to gain Maleficents favor and possibly hand in ruling the kingdom
- >Jim Hawkins: An old friend of Mulan. He helps her travel by water whenever she needs his help and has a rivalry with Captain Hook. He runs a clockwork ship powered by Mechanicles. He tried to start a relationship with Mulan, but his efforts were futile, only serving to cause Mulan to start secretly doubting her life choices.
- >Chernabog: A giant demon who some say is the physical manifestation of evil itself. His presence has indirectly influenced the corruption of the numerous characters in this story. The only way to banish him to Hell is through the Bells of Notre Dame, but they are guarded by Judge Inquisitor Frollo and his deranged servant, Quasimodo.
- Judge Inquisitor Claude Frollo: Frollo has been trying to banish Chernabog for years, but has never found a way to banish him. However, the judge is far too proud to admit that he had no knowledge on how to vanquish the demon, and stops anyone who tries to ring the bells because he truly believes that they will not work. Anyone who tries is anything from a misguided fool who will doom themselves at best and an agent of Chernabog at worst.
- >Belle:When she broke the Prince's spell, it transformed her into a beast in his place. The Prince eventually reverted to his old cruel ways, eventually abandoning her in the castle and leaving her to slowly transform into a beast in body AND mind.
- >Snow White: When the Evil Queen passed on, she took over the kingdom, but became a corrupted, cruel and callous queen of her own right. The Magic Mirror had hoped that Snow White would fare better than her predecessor, and will express subtle disappointment to her current state.
- >Alice, Christopher Robin and Arthur: The three godlike narrators of this story. They created this world through a story they tell to each other. Alice represents chaos and when agitated, she takes on a form that incorporates the aspects of the many citizens of Wonderland. Arthur represents valor and heroism and sometimes takes on a suit of Armor while ruling over Camelot, which serves as this universe's Valhalla. Christopher, who is a jesus-like being, represents benevolence and innocence.
- >Merida: A former princess who cursed her mother into becoming a bear by mistake. When her father and his allies hunted the Queen-turned-bear, Merida gave chase to stop them, but was unable to arrive in time to save her mother. By the time she arrived, she found that Mor'du had slaughtered the clan leaders and her father. With the clan leaders and king and queen dead, the kingdom fell apart, and leaving home in fear of Mor'du coming for her next, Merida fled her homeland, eventually becoming the lord of a guild of thieves. She currently is in charge of a series of underground tunnels that are currently not traceable by any means, and since she is against Maleficent's rule, she allows Mulan and Aurora to use them as they wish after they gain her trust.
- >Rapunzel: She sewed her mouth shut in order to stop singing the lullaby her mother forced her to continue to sing. Knocking Mother Gothel out of the window by accident, she curled up inside her hair like a cocoon, where she stayed even after she died.
- >Ariel: When Ariel gave up her voice to be human, Eric, not interested in a vagrant mute, assigned her a position in the household staff. As Eric wooed noblewomen, Ariel only became more bitter and despondent until his engagement to Vanessa drove her to poison the wedding feast. Ariel tied herself and Eric's corpse to an anchor, where Ursula saved her and sent her back to her father. When Ariel gained the power to turn from mermaid to human at will, she would try to tell the people of the land as a mermaid (Her human form unable to talk) about her father planning raids on the land, but her efforts would be in vain, resulting in her beign pegged as an omen of disaster.
- >King Triton: Launched a war against the Atlanteans. He unleashed a powerful monster upon Atlantis that sent their city to the bottom of the sea. The creature has been called many names, such as Leviathan, The Living Wrath of the Deep, He Who Drinks the World, Stormbelcher, Whalegod, and Monstro.
- >Scar: Banished from the Pridelands when his attempt to assasinate Mufasa failed, Scar eventually used his ability to shapeshift into a human to become a wealthy lord in Maleficent's kingdom overtime. While he loves his human form because he feels it makes him more civilized than when he was just a lion, he finds it difficult at times to keep his inner savagery hidden.
- >Mowgli: After feeling betrayed by Baloo and Bagheera, Mowgli ventured far off into the woods, away from the creatures he once called "friends". Now a misanthropic wildman, he kills any man or beast that crosses his path.
- > Peter Pan: A boy who kidnaps children and forces them into his army of lost boys. Peter Pan will try to find "mothers" to care for him, but whenever one objects to his ways, he turns them into pants and animals. Is currently at war with Mary Poppins.
- >Mary Poppins: A low level reality warper who uses her abilities to teach naughty children lessons about growing up. Is currently at war with a certain inhabitant in Never Land.
- >Taran: Royal advisor to Queen Eilonwy. He cut off the pig Henwen's head and attatched it to a staff so that he can use it to see into the future.
- >Jafar: While Genie was away exploring the world, Jafar managed to return and conquer the Arabian Peninsula, forcing Aladdin and Jasmine to flee Agrabah, now forced to live as poor thieves. Sadira is a regional power for Jafar and Mozenrath rules a small, independant nation.
- >Cinderella: Through an undetermined accident, Cinderella becomes a Fairy Godmother, but because she doesn't know exactly what she's doing, she keeps messing everything up and makes things worse, despite trying to help.
- >Ursula: Still a sea witch but actively seeks out to steal souls, going so far as going into coastal towns to steal them. Souls supposedly power her magic and possibly help her continued existence. She's essentially the reason we fear the deep. Because in the back of our mind we just KNOW she's down there waiting to snatch us to the ocean depths. May or may not be the reason behind Hawkins’ distrust of strangers and people he hasn’t seen in a while.
- >Tinkerbell: She refused to help Peter bring more outsiders to Neverland, he tore off her wings in a fit of rage. He now carries her around in a jam jar, with holes poked through the metal lid so he can shake out fairy dust whenever he needs to create a new creature.
- >Pinocchio: After he became a real boy, Pinocchio began a merchant business out at sea. He had a crew he was friends with, a wife and family and his own business, and he was very happy. Everything changed, however, when Monstro attacked. Because of the Blue Fairy's spell, Pinocchio couldn't die, but unfortunately, the whale killed his friends, his wife and destroyed his business. Pinocchio, longing to kill the beast from his childhood that destroyed his life, returned home, only to find Geppetto, who had not seen his son in many years, had replaced everyone who left town with auto-matron replicas, including himself. Pinocchio then asked his "father" to build him an auto-matron crew to help him kill Monstro, which he has devoted his entire life to.
- >Hades: Through bargains and deals, Hades has control over a number of south-eastern European nations that he remains in control of through figureheads.
