I learned about the council meeting that happened today Friday 28th. I wish to talk with you in private once again about various subjects and also to get me informed about the results of the propositions I asked you to make. Since my mare had her baby today it was impossible for Boris to assist to the meeting, so you'll understand that I'm concerned since he was going to expose the projects.
