While in his natural form, he lacks sharp definition in favor of curves and little to no detail. While in disguise, his preferred form is a tall, muscular Earth pony with a golden coat and a black mane with a well-defined chin.   Jamman, also known as Jam Man, Jam, Golden Slime, or Marmalade, lived his early life as a scrounger and bottom feeder in the sewers and alleys of a unicorn city. One day as he was filtering out nutrients in a shallow stream outside the city, a merchant stopped nearby and made camp before falling asleep at night. Jamman snuck into his tent and stole what valuables he could, raiding the merchant's carriage as well and making off with whatever he could. In the days that followed, he learned to read and speak properly, evolving from a simple-minded amoeba to a more sophisticated street rat. He would then steal as he liked, slipping in and away through crevices, door cracks, bars, and whatever else he could, making a nickname as a thief and blade for hire. However, it was easy work for the most part, and he couldn't be considered any more than average compared to other thieves. Furthermore most of his reputation was self-fabricated fantasies and boasts.   Jamman's personality could be called boastful and egotistical, finding himself to be superior to other goo ponies, or other ponies in general, thinking his self-taught reading and speaking makes him smarter than others. The lack of competition for crime in his city makes him the de-facto best, so when anyone comes along who's better, he either doesn't believe it or becomes terrified. Nonetheless, he will often put on a facade of bravery or boasting, which just might get him through in a pinch.
