Title: My Dears (Poem) Author: Chimeragoose Pastebin link: http://pastebin.com/j6rEDY9k First Edit: Monday 25th of August 2014 04:57:40 PM CDT Last Edit: Monday 25th of August 2014 04:57:40 PM CDT I stare longingly at the ceiling, knowing there is no one here with me I watch the moon in the night sky, because I know you can see I look back at the memory Of just you and me.   Falling down this deep dark pit Our hands, I find, are a perfect fit. Falling or flying to our doom, our quick wit Cannot help us one bit.   Comparing these feelings of love and trust. Never just an object of the lust That binds us together, like iron and rust. Because your condemnation of me is more than just.   Choosing to walk ahead and never look back What has become of our wolf pack? Always cutting the others some slack. What is it that I lack?   I cannot find fault amongst you. And how different is three from two? Or one, if that's what is true Once we were many, now we are few.   But I will live on through the loneliness, knowing that my death shall be swift and painless. We could have lived on in bliss The three of us, but now my death shall go unnoticed.   I wouldn't have it any other way. Do not grieve for me, not even for a day. Listen to these words, and hear what it is that I say Do not miss me, my dears. And let no tears fall astray.
