Currently there has been some confusion about the river in winter. We need to decide what officially happens with the river before any further plans involving the river are made. I've heard that it freezes at the shore, it's a thin top layer or that it has a thick layer over the top. With current projects going on involving the river this should be handled soon. If we are still using Winnipeg weather [if not please add somewhere to the OP what weather we do use] we all know this may drop to -40 with wind chill and that can lead to one frozen ass river, but us being magical ponies that can control weather, we might have a better climate this winter as opposed to last. Along with this MC should set the depth of the river and the speed of the water in normal conditions.
