Bentar, the once great nation has been shattered back into waring kingdoms after the fall of the king during the Great War. Despite the efforts of the four heroes [Irwen Herver, Karel Azerill, Orich Umek, and Markkas All’der] Bentar and the rival nation of Tifersus fell to pieces after the death of Bentar’s king, Rhondus Kilmor and the tyrannical rulers, Darvos and Carsa and the resulting war. All seemed lost until Heroes stood up to the violence and agreed to come together for the greater good. The founding of the pathfinder guilds signaled that the citizens would not allow their leaders destroy their way of life any longer.
