  1. >A warm, wet tongue wakes you from your slumber.
  2. >You swat at your antagonist, rolling onto your side in hope of being left alone and if possible, get some more sleep.
  3. >Unfortunately, your efforts are in vain as your assailant returns to licking your cheek.
  4. >You turn to face the source of this evil that has awoken you, only to get a big sloppy kiss from your dog.
  5. "MAYAAAA!"
  6. >You push the husky off you as you sit up.
  7. >At least she woke you up from that horrid dream.
  8. >Now… back to driv…
  9. >You’re in a cell. Did you get arrested last night? For what? Sleeping in a car?
  10. >You cast your mind back, trying to figure out why you’re in a cell right now.
  11. >Then it hits you.
  12. >What happened wasn’t a dream. You really did stumble upon talking horses.
  13. >As if on cue, a horned horse appears at your cell door.
  14. >A light blue aura surrounds the door as it slides open.
  15. >?: “Princess Celestia will see you now.”
  16. >You slowly rise to your feet. Oh God you’re stiff. Sleeping in a car one night and then on a stone floor the next does that to a guy.
  17. >You twist your head from side to side, eliciting two satisfying pops.
  18. >Much better… Though it appears that you spooked the horse. It gives you an odd look before nodding to itself.
  19. >The horse leads you back through the hallway from last night. Then, it was empty… now it’s filled with more armoured horses… and they’re all staring directly at you.
  20. >You wished they would stop gawking; you felt like a freak. Then again, to them you probably were.
  21. >This realization did nothing to settle the butterflies in your stomach. You were going to meet a princess. That would be enough to make anyone nervous. But you were going to meet a princess of talking horses…
  22.
  23.
  24. >The horned horse stops in the foyer of the prison, and is joined by three other horses. One was winged, but the other two bore neither wings nor horn. Good to see there is still some normality here in… wherever the hell you are.
  25. >They lead you out the prison door onto the alleyway from last night. The crisp warm air slaps you in the face as you walk out onto the street.
  26. >You’re not sure it was possible but the buildings look even more magnificent in the daytime, the gold trim on the buildings sparkling in the sunlight.
  27. >Everything here felt… brighter. The sun. The sky. The buildings. Even you started cheering up inside. The atmosphere was just so… infectious.
  28. >The horses lead you and Maya out of the alleyway, turning right onto what you guessed was the main street of the city.
  29. >Every single horse, and by that you mean -every-… single… horse… stopped and stared at you. Hushed words and pointed hooves greeted you at every corner.
  30. >You wish you were Harry Potter so you could invisibility cloak the fuck outta here, but alas you just have to take all of this on the chin.
  31. >Just have to see the princess and you could get all this bullshit sorted out quickly and get back to your mum and your team in Sweden.
  32. >Your mind drifts back to where you should be at the moment. Would they have noticed you were missing? Would they be looking for you? What would they find? Anything? How would mum be handling it?
  33. >These thoughts start to upset you a bit. Maya must have noticed because she’s nuzzling against your side at the moment.
  34. >As you scratch behind her ears you arrive near the base of an enormous building.
  35.
  36.
  37. >Welp, it’s definitely big enough for a princess.
  38. >You focus your mind at the task at hand, pushing thoughts of home aside for now. You’d be back there soon enough.
  39. >You’d also be wrong… quite wrong…
  40.
  41. >The horses lead you through a rather large door where more armoured horses are stationed. Whoever this princess was she sure liked to have herself well protected.
  42. >The architecture on the inside was just… breathtaking. You’re pretty sure something like this wasn’t even possible.
  43. >You also thought there was no such thing as talking animals, magic, or flying horses. But hey, it’s been a weird couple of days.
  44. >You finally arrive at a doorway with yet more horses stationed.
  45. >They stare at you for a while. You’re still not used to being visually picked apart by everything that looks at you.
  46. >The horses who had been leading you nod to the others stationed at the door, and are let through into the room with you and Maya in tow.
  47. >The room was… huge. You’re not even sure how this is even inside the building; it looks bigger than any part you saw on the outside.
  48. >Your eyes continue to wander as you walk forward, admiring all the stained glass murals as you moved.
  49. >And then you see her… the princess.
  50. >The first thing you notice is how much bigger she is than the other horses. She might even be as tall as you are.
  51. >The next thing you notice is her pastel mane, flowing in the non-existent wind.
  52. >Unlike any other horse you’d seen, she bore both wings and a horn; may be a trait with the royal family or something.
  53. >Her coat was white with a hint of pink and she had a tattoo of a sun on her flank.
  54. >There were no other words for it; she truly was a beautiful creature.
  55. >She gives a warm and inviting smile as she meets your gaze. For once you didn’t feel like you were being scrutinized.
  56. >You give the princess a low bow. Raising your head you see her give a little chuckle as she motions for you to rise.
  57.
  58.
  59. >Tia: “Come now, there is no need for that. Do you have a name?”
  60. “Anonymous, your highness.”
  61. >There’s that smile again. Maybe she could see how worried you were? Well she sure knew how to calm your nerves.
  62. >Tia: “Now, I have never seen anything like you before. May I ask what exactly are you Anonymous?”
  63. “I am a human, princess.”
  64. >Tia: “A human… And where are you from?”
  65. “My home country is New Zealand, but I travel a lot so I’m never in one spot for long.”
  66. >Tia: “New Zebraland?”
  67. >New Zebraland? WhatIsThisIDon’tEven?
  68. “No princess. New -Zeal-and.”
  69. >Tia: “I must say Anonymous, I have never heard of such a place.”
  70. “Well where on Earth am I exactly?”
  71. >Tia: “Earth?”
  72. “You know, Earth? The planet we’re on.”
  73. >Tia: “I have a feeling you are not of this world, Anonymous. This planet is not called Earth. I've never even heard of Earth.”
  74. >Wut.
  75. >It takes a moment for what you’ve just heard to sink in.
  76. >no.
  77. >NO.
  78. >NONONO. NO.
  79. >You knew this place must be way the fuck out of the way… but now you aren’t even on Earth anymore?
  80. >This is bad... very very bad...
  81. >She must have seen you panicking because she gets up from her throne and begins walking over to you.
  82. >What if you never see your family again? What if you're stuck here? Forever.
  83. >That last word really strikes the message home. Tears start welling up in your eyes.
  84. >Forever...?
  85. >Tia: "Anonymous, would you please follow me? I wish to show you something."
  86. >You simply nod. You don't trust your mouth to form proper words at the moment. The last thing you want to do is sob in front of a princess.
  87.
  88.
  89. >She leads you towards a big stained glass door, a white aura envelops it and it slides open.
  90. >Tia: "Guards, please leave us for the moment."
  91. >?1: "But princess! We don't know wh..."
  92. >Tia: "That will be all, Shining."
  93. >The horse gives a quick bow before shooting you a look. He obviously didn't like this idea...
  94. >The princess leads you and Maya out onto the balcony. It overlooks possibly one of the biggest gardens you've ever seen.
  95. >Celestia sits on her haunches, her eyes never leaving you as you continue to admire the sight in front of you.
  96. >Tia: "I often come out here to clear my thoughts; I find it helps when something is troubling me."
  97. >This kind of thing never really interested you, flowers and what not. But this... this was something else.
  98. "It's just so... beautiful..."
  99. >Tia: "Do you have places like this on Earth?”
  100. “We do, but nothing this big or colourful. Not that I’ve seen anyway.”
  101. >Tia: "Would you like a closer view?"
  102. >Well it’s not like you have anything else to do.
  103. "I'd love that, if you wouldn't mind."
  104. >She puts on a small smile, though you aren't sure why.
  105. >With a brief pop, you find yourself suddenly in the garden.
  106. >The sudden transition from one place to another has both you and Maya sick to your stomachs, although Maya seems to handle it a lot better than you.
  107. >Celestia looks on with worry as you hurl bile into the well-kept grass.
  108. >You were going to mention to her the fact that you hadn't eaten in nearly three days, but now's probably a bad time.
  109. “Oh God… *huc* what just happened?”
  110. >Tia: "I’m so sorry… I forgot the effects of teleportation on those unused to it!”
  111. >You spit what you hope is the last of the bile out of your mouth.
  112.
  113.
  114. >You slowly rise to your feet, still feeling a little uneasy.
  115. >Wait.
  116. >Did she say teleportation?
  117. >You take a look around you, flowers and various other plants gleaming in the sunlight. You were definitely not on the balcony anymore.
  118. >Tia: “I hope you and your dog are okay! I didn’t think that you may not be used to teleportation.”
  119. “Wait… so you’re saying that, not only can you use telekinesis, you’re able to perform teleportation as well?”
  120. >Tia: “Well only very powerful unicorns can perform such a spell. But our magic is not limited to just telekinesis and teleportation.”
  121. “So you’re saying I’ve stumbled upon a world of talking horses, some of whom can fly or use magic.”
  122. >She looks a little offended when you say this but quickly regains her composure.
  123. >Tia: “I believe you mean p0nies, Anonymous.”
  124. “Oh, sorry. I didn’t mean to offend…”
  125. >Tia: “That’s fine Anonymous. This must all be a bit of a shock to you.”
  126. “Yeah, you could say that.”
  127. >Tia: “You said we were talking horses. Is it not the norm on Earth for p0nies to talk?”
  128. “The only thing that can talk back on Earth is us humans. Horses and p0nies were used for manual labour, and they certainly couldn’t fly or use magic.”
  129. >She looked a bit shocked at what you’d just said.
  130. >Tia: “You enslaved the p0nies on Earth?”
  131. >You get a feeling you may want to tread carefully right now.
  132. “Kind of, they were always fed and had shelter, but they weren’t able to talk. They were just another animal. Although they aren’t used nearly as much anymore since we have machines that do a lot of the work for us.”
  133. >Tia: "What kind of machines? The only machines I know of that don't run on magic are those in Cloudsdale's weather factory."
  134.
  135.
  136. >Cloudsdale? Weather factory?
  137. >You decide to leave more questions for later.
  138. >You begin explaining some of the more basic machines you have that have replaced horses. The princess keeps her gaze locked on you. Whether she is sporting a look of actual intrigue or just humouring you is not clear but you keep going anyway, only stopping when she asks you questions.
  139. >You must have been talking for hours now; the princess seemed genuinely interested in everything you had to say. She was especially interested in vehicles and what you did for a living.
  140. >Maya had got bored and started exploring the clearing you’re currently sitting in, never moving too far out of sight. She knew better than to run off in some place that’s completely new to her. Guess that comes with all the traveling.
  141. >Not that you would have noticed if she did; you're completely enticed by the princess's stare. Those magenta eyes... There was something about them that you couldn't put your finger on... They just demanded your absolute attention.
  142. >At the rate you were going you'd have kept talking until the sun went down, but two days was a long time to go without food.
  143. >You start feeling light headed and a bit faint. The princess must have picked up that something was a bit off with you.
  144. >Tia: "Anonymous, are you feeling okay?"
  145. "Well I was going to mention it before, but it wasn't really appropriate. Maya and I haven't eaten in two days, so I'm feeling a bit drained at the moment."
  146. >Tia: "Pardon my manners, you must be starving! I forgot you were in prison all last night, and I've kept you talking ever since you woke up. Please, join me for lunch."
  147. “I’d love to, princess.”
  148.
  149.
  150. >You’re pretty sure p0nies are herbivores, maybe it’d be best not to mention you eat meat to them.
  151. >Tia: "So Anonymous…”
  152. “Please princess, call me Anon.”
  153. >She seems to perk up at that, although you’re not sure why.
  154. >Tia: "So -Anon-, what exactly do humans eat, anyway?"
  155. >Fuck.
  156. >No dodging it now, unless you want to lie to royalty.
  157. "We're omnivores, princess. We can eat some vegetables, most fruits, bread, meat, fish, grains... We can survive off all sorts of things."
  158. >You really hope she doesn’t freak out over the fact you eat meat. The last thing you want is to be locked in jail again.
  159. >Tia: "I see. We have the occasional visiting griffin diplomat, so your diet shouldn't be too hard to maintain. Just don't let the news that you eat meat spread too far."
  160. >That’s aweso… Wait... Is she implying that you're going to be staying at the palace?
  161. >You give her a quizzical look, only to see her watching you with that little smile she seems to do so well. You guess you were living in a palace now.
  162. >Maybe things weren’t going to be so bad after all?
  163. “Lead the way, princess.”
  164. >Tia: “One last thing Anon: call me Celestia.”
  165.
  166. >You follow Celestia out of the gardens, which as far as you can tell is just a big ass maze.
  167. >Not much is said between you two, she seems to have something on her mind and you’re not one to disturb someone’s train of thought.
  168. >You arrive back at the palace near… well you aren’t sure how the days work here but it feels early afternoon-ish.
  169. >After a quick walk down the hallway, you enter what seems like a cafeteria crossed with a high class restaurant.
  170.
  171.
  172. >Celestia takes you both over to the biggest table at the head of the room. As soon as you sit down a horned p0ny (what did she call them? Unicorns?) emerges from the kitchen.
  173. >He approaches the table and gives a quick bow before moving in closer.
  174. >?: “Good afternoon Princess, what will you be having today?”
  175. >Tia: “Hello Mr. D'oeuvre, I think I’ll have a dandelion salad today, thanks.”
  176. >Celestia waves him closer and whispers something in his ear.
  177. >His expression suddenly changes to one of slight disgust as he glares at you. Celestia was right, best to keep meat-eating as much of a secret as you could.
  178. >He says something to Celestia, then turns to you.
  179. >Mr. D: “We do not have any -meat- at the moment, sorry.”
  180. >He practically spat out the word meat.
  181. “That’s okay, a fruit salad or anything similar would be fine. Just something without flowers, please.”
  182. >Maya picks this moment to nuzzle your lap, you meet her gaze and your heart practically melts with the puppy dog eyes she’s giving you.
  183. >Shit, you nearly forgot her.
  184. “Excuse me; do you have something that my dog would be able to eat?”
  185. >He audibly groans. You really don’t like this guy’s attitude but you don’t want him fucking with your food so you put on the best false smile you can muster.
  186. >Mr. D: “I’m sure we’ll have something.”
  187. >He turns and bows to the princess, and then heads back towards the kitchen, shooting you a dirty look as he rounds the corner.
  188. >Tia: "You'll have to excuse him Anon, he's been having a bit of a rough time lately."
  189. "It's fine prin-Celestia. I'm just glad to finally be getting some form of food."
  190.
  191.
  192. >Celestia engages you in idle chat whilst you wait for your food to be prepared. What were people on earth like, differences between sexes, if you had a "special somep0ny" back on Earth, things like that.
  193. >Tia: "It must get lonely for you, Anon. Always traveling like you do and having nop0ny to share your love with…"
  194. "Yes and no. It'd be too hard to hold down a relationship while I travelled and she stayed in one place. Besides, I'm too young to get tied down now, no harm in playing the field for... a... while..."
  195. >Fuck.
  196. >Did you just tell royalty you like to sleep around?
  197. >Maybe she won't know the reference…
  198. >The unicorn from before picks this moment to bring your food out. You can't be sure but he may have just saved your ass from a very awkward conversation.
  199. >He has three trays of food suspended above him, a yellow aura surrounding each of them.
  200. >He floats all three over to the table, bows and leaves without a word.
  201. >You look down at the dish in front of you.
  202. >Small apple shaped biscuits…
  203. >Yeah okay, he may be having a rough time, but he was still a fuck. You quickly switch your dish with Maya’s before she can dig into your fruit salad.
  204. >Well this is… different.
  205. >You pick through the salad inquisitively, trying to work out what half the fruit even is, pink flesh with orange spots, something that had the consistency of an apple but was blue in colour.
  206. >This is possibly the most colourful fruit salad you’ve ever seen…
  207. >Scratch that, it’s the most colourful thing you’ve ever seen on a plate.
  208. >Your stomach emits a loud grumble, reminding you that food is food and right now you’re fucking starving.
  209.
  210.
  211. >You don’t waste another second, digging in to the vibrant salad in front of you, restraining yourself slightly remembering that you are in the company of a princess.
  212. >Damn this colourful fruit is so fucking good…
  213. >Unfortunately there isn’t as much of it as you’d like, but it certainly hit the spot for now. You look down at Maya, seems like she’s enjoying her food too, then again she eats almost anything anyway.
  214. >You look over to Celestia. Huh? She’s finished too… a smirk present on her face.
  215. >Tia: “You may not believe it Anon, but fine etiquette gets boring. You don’t have a problem with that -do- you?”
  216. >This is a new side to her… you kinda like it.
  217. “Of course not, -princess-.”
  218. >You put on a smirk of your own. Celestia lets out a throaty chuckle before regaining her composure.
  219. >Tia: "Going back to what we were talking about before. I heard you mention that you arrived here with a machine from Earth? After this would you like to take me to see it? I'm rather interested in this form of self-propelled transport from a world without magic."
  220. “Actually Celestia, there are two. Cars, that is...”
  221. >An idea pops into your head, you’ve got your main race car here with you, no reason why you can’t have some fun.
  222. >A smile creeps onto your face.
  223. “…and sure, just no teleporting, please.”
  224. >Tia: “You’ll get used to it eventually, Anon.”
  225. “That may be so, but I’d like my first bit of food in two days to stay in my stomach thank you very much.”
  226. >Tia: “Very well then, we shall walk.”
  227. >Good, you couldn’t handle another teleport incident, and this time it’d be with a full stomach.
  228. >Tia: *…chicken.*
  229. >It’s barely audible, but you hear it all the same.
  230. >This bitch cray…
  231.
  232.
  233. >You both get up from the table, Celestia calling out thanks to the chef as you leave the room.
  234. >Celestia leads you in the opposite direction as before. Damn this castle is fucking endless…
  235. >Eventually you end up on the streets near the base of the castle. The sun’s starting to lower in the sky now so there aren’t as many p0nies around, but the ones that are all bow to the princess, then proceed to gawk at you.
  236. >Some of the younger ones even approach you. What are you? Where is your tail? Why do you walk like that?
  237. >Celestia just seems amused by all of this. She must be used to having all eyes on her.
  238. >You fucking weren’t. This shit was starting to get to you… for the second time today…
  239. >Wait a minute.
  240. “Hey, Celestia?”
  241. >Tia: “What is it Anon?”
  242. “Would you be able to, like… put us under a cloak of invisibility?”
  243. >Tia: “I have no idea what you’re talking about Anon.”
  244. “Oh… don’t worry then.”
  245. >Damn you Harry Potter…
  246.
  247. >You eventually arrive at the main gate to Canterlot. Some guards insisted on accompanying Celestia to your vehicles but she waved them off.
  248. >She’s been very trusting of you actually, considering. To her you’re some talking alien that’s shown up seemingly out of nowhere.
  249. >You hope your plan doesn’t ruin this trust… but she called you chicken, and that shit don’t fly.
  250. >You open the door on the range rover and let Maya inside, it’s probably best if she stays in there. You don’t want to accidently run over one of your oldest friends.
  251. >You walk over to the back of the trailer and undo all of the harnesses fixing the car down. You lower the rear ramp and hop in the driver’s seat.
  252. >Ok, fuel pump ON, ignition ON, and GO.
  253.
  254.
  255. >The engine rumbles into existence, its sweet symphony ringing through the crisp afternoon air. You didn’t realize how much you missed this feeling of being in the driver’s seat.
  256. >The only way you can describe it is like the car is an extension of your being and without it you don’t feel complete.
  257. >You slowly let the car roll backwards off the trailer, Celestia following your every move with those big magenta eyes of hers.
  258. >You bring the car alongside her, a grin finding its way on to your face. Time to see if she is going to play along.
  259. >You hop out and quickly go over all the basics with her, the engine, wheels etc.
  260. >You’re not sure but it seems like she actually understands most of it.
  261. “So, would you like to see a little display, princess?”
  262. >Tia: “Please do, Anon. I am most intrigued by this contraption.”
  263. “Ok, get in.”
  264. >Tia: “What did you say?”
  265. “I said get in.”
  266. >Tia: “You want me to get in your little contraption with you?”
  267. “Yeah, it’ll be fun. Unless you’re… chicken.”
  268. >That got her attention.
  269. >The stare she’s giving you right now is giving you the chills, but you’d never let it show. You just put on a smile and return her stare with one of your own.
  270. >…
  271. >Tia: “Then let’s go.”
  272. >And with that a white aura surrounds the passenger door and it swings open.
  273. >Oh god the roll cage… this is going to be hilarious watching her manoeuvre into the seat.
  274. >She seems to just be standing there wearing a bemused look. You decide it might be time to rub it in her face a bit.
  275. >You open your door, making sure Celestia is watching as you do.
  276.
  277.
  278. >You grab the top of the roll cage and inch backwards. Jumping slightly as you lift your legs up, you swing into the cockpit and with a single motion you let go and land perfectly in your seat.
  279. >Celestia frowns upon your shenanigans. But all you can do is try your best not to let your smug grin reach comical lengths.
  280. >An idea seems to pop into her head as her expression turns to one of determination. She turns around and starts backing up towards the car.
  281. >Oh God… is she tying to?
  282. >Yes she is…
  283. >Celestia’s pastel tail fills your vision, as she manages to get her back legs into the car.
  284. >She continues to inch backwards, her ethereal tail just seems to flow around your face.
  285. >What feels like small static shocks stimulate the nerves in your face as her tail comes into contact with you.
  286. >This was… something else.
  287. >You’re too caught up in the moment to notice Celestia has backed right up into the car. Your lack of concentration is rewarded with a face full of sun princess flank.
  288. >Oh… my… it’s so soft, and… IT’S ON THE BACK END OF A PRINCESS OF TALKING HORSES.
  289. >EJECT.
  290. >You pull your head away from the princess’s flank, just barely missing the roll cage bar next to you.
  291. >Celestia doesn’t seem to mind as she somehow swings herself and lands in the passenger seat. She lowers her head to bring it in the car and seems to forget about the top bar of the roll cage.
  292. >Her horn makes a *clock* sound as it makes impact.
  293. >She ducks further and swings her head inside the car, a pained expression on her face.
  294. >You can’t help but feel somewhat responsible. She’s cocked her head towards you so you reach over and start tenderly rubbing the spot that hit the bar.
  295.
  296.
  297. >At first she tenses up at your touch, but then relaxes, the pained expression on her face replaced with a smile and half lidded eyes.
  298. >She pulls away from your rubbing somewhat reluctantly.
  299. “Are horns sensitive?”
  300. >Tia: “Very much so.”
  301. >A white aura surrounds the door and it slams shut. The car practically rocks with the amount of forces used.
  302. “Gentle! It doesn’t need that much force to be closed y’know?”
  303. >Tia: “Sorry Anon, just some built up magic releasing itself.”
  304. >Built up magic… right.
  305. >You set about fastening the five point harness, which is a lot easier when you aren’t wearing racing overalls.
  306. >You reach down and grab your helmet that was sitting in the pedal bay.
  307. >Celestia has an inquisitive look on as you fasten it to your head. They probably didn’t make helmets for p0nies.
  308. >Oh God how are you going to do up her five point harness?
  309. >You reach over and try to put some of the straps around her.
  310. >Yeah that isn’t going to work…
  311. >An idea pops into your head. You hope she doesn’t freak out at this next question.
  312. “Hey Celestia… uhh… can you like, fix yourself to the seat… with y’know, magic?”
  313. >A number of emotions seem to fight for dominance on her face, concern seeming to be the winning contender.
  314. >Tia: “I suppose I could. Why would I need to though?”
  315. “You’ll just have to trust me.”
  316. >Yep, definitely concern on her face now.
  317. >A white aura surrounds her and the seat like a force field, it begins to shrink and define to the shapes below it.
  318. >You give the engine a little throttle and are rewarded with a scream of pure fury and three thunderous pops to accompany it.
  319. >Yeah… it felt good to be back.
  320. >You look over at Celestia. Eyes: wide. Face: expressionless.
  321. >Too late to back out now, Princess.
  322.

  325. May want to look at these if you don’t know what they are. Up to you.
  326. E Brake = Handbrake basically.
  327. Full lock = Turning the steering wheel as far as it will go to one side.
  328. Hairpin Corner = http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4101/4880862947_6bd4d9a5cb.jpg

  332.
  333. >You floor it and drop the clutch, the wheels spinning in place before finding traction.
  334. >And you’re off, tearing down the dirt road you’d used to get here in the first place.
  335. >You vaguely remember the layout of the road. There was a wide opening a little ways down you could use as a hairpin corner. You didn’t want to be out here too long; this may be the last tank of fuel you ever have here.
  336. >That thought hits home… almost putting you in the ditch at the first corner.
  337. >You snatch third gear and leave your thoughts in the ditch that almost claimed your car.
  338. >A large sharp corner comes into view; you tug on the E brake and let the tail step out, taking the corner in a nice tight arc.
  339. >Up next was a series of small S bends, with a bit of stagnant water thrown in for good measure.
  340. >The exhaust emits a trio of loud bangs as you hit the rev limiter entering the series of corners.
  341. >You cut through the stagnant water sending a wave of spray into the surrounding trees.
  342. >Straightening up as you exit the last corner there is a long direct patch of road to the clearing in the trees.
  343. >You stretch the gears as you wind the engine up, keeping an eye on the speedo.
  344. >120, 140, 160…
  345. >Come on, just a little more…
  346.
  347.
  348. >The clearing of trees was fast approaching and you wish you could see the look on Celestia’s face right now. Shame you can’t take your concentration away from what you’re doing, not even for a second.
  349. >170.
  350. >You jump on the brakes as hard as you can; rolling the gears back as the car quickly decelerates. You rip the E brake and turn into the makeshift hairpin bend, the back slides round and you floor it as soon as the car is facing back up the road.
  351. >Quickly re-ascending the gears, you build the speed up again.
  352. >You dart through the corners and arrive back at your Range Rover in no time at all; in fact you decide some celebratory doughnuts are in order.
  353. >You put the steering on full lock and floor it, the car spins round in tight, consistent circles. You look over at Celestia, her face a mixture of excitement and fear.
  354. >You ease off the accelerator and let the car come to a stop, before positioning yourself on the trailer.
  355. >You turn the engine off and look over at Celestia. Her expression relaxes as the aura binding her to the seat fades.
  356. “How was that then, -princess-?”
  357. >Tia: “That was very invigorating, Anon. I might even go as far to say that this contraption of yours could even best the Wonderbolts.”
  358. >She’d told you about these “wonderbolts” earlier. You’re not sure how fast pegasi could fly, but you’re almost certain they couldn’t keep up with you.
  359. >Tia: “Oh, and Anon.”
  360. “Yeah?”
  361. >Tia: “Consider this a little payback.”
  362. “Consider wha…”
  363. >You don’t get to finish your sentence.
  364.
  365.
  366. >With a very familiar slight pop sound, you find yourself sitting on the dirt outside.
  367. >OH GOD.
  368. >Your stomach voices its displeasure by sending a small amount of bile into your mouth, the taste almost causing you to retch and evacuate your innards. You force it back down; no throwing up this time.
  369. >You still feel a bit queasy as you get to your feet. Celestia has that smirk on her face from before.
  370. >Tia: “You managed to keep it down this time, I see.”
  371. “No thanks to you.”
  372. >She lets out a throaty chuckle.
  373. >Tia: “Excuse me for a moment.”
  374. >She turns round and looks to the sky, a white aura surrounds her horn. And in that moment the sun sets over Canterlot and the moon rises to take the stage.
  375. >Wait a minute did she…
  376. >Nah, you’re just seeing things.
  377. >Tia: “Shall we head back now? It’s getting late.”
  378. >She seems very tired all of a sudden.
  379. “Yeah, sure.”
  380. >You let Maya out of the Range Rover and begin the walk back to the castle, despite Celestia offering to teleport you there.
  381.
  382. >There are hardly any p0nies around on the streets now, and it doesn’t seem like all of them are staring at you. Things were starting to look up.
  383. >Speaking of looking up there was a full moon out. The night here, like almost everything else, was so much more magnificent than back on Earth.
  384.
  385.
  386. >You eventually reach the castle and Celestia leads you up a seemingly never-ending staircase. Once at the end, there are two doors. She opens one and motions towards it.
  387. >Tia: “Make yourself at home, Anon. You’ve had a long day.”
  388. >You nod a give the princess a smile, one which she returns as she enters her own room.
  389. >You can’t make out much detail about the room in the dark, but you can definitely see the outline of the massive fucking bed.
  390. >You dive under the covers and Maya curls up next to you. Sleep finds you almost instantly.
  391.
  392. >MEANWHILE
  393. >In a very, very far off place.
  394. >A set of big turquoise eyes are fixed upon you.
  395. >The owner is wearing a small smile
  396. >?: “Yes, you have chosen well… sister.”
  397. >Cue menacing laugh.
  398.
  399. END.
