Obtaining & Entering Event Codes

==================================

To obtain the event codes for stuff bought from COG website, one should visit the マイページ　「My Page」 page: https://members.mh-frontier.jp/mypage/

Basically match what you got from the COG cash shop:

Once you got your code, go to the event house in Mezeporta Square (located south of the Guild Sign-Up booth)

The Cat event house is mostly for the bought goods from the COG website, otherwise you would go to the other event house to the right of the barber shop. Don't worry if you enter the wrong house/room. Most likely it will port you to the correct house if you enter it in the wrong location.

1st option (enter code), 2nd option (jump to different event room).

 

Once you enter the codes, you should get items automatically sent to your box. If you got BP (Booster Pack) or TP (Turbo Pack), it will randomize your item here. You can now create whatever you bought with those items.

HL/EX Long-Play Stamps + Daily Event Titles

Every week, at the start of maintenance, every hunter with HLC and/or EX course are able to get a stamp in from the Daily Event Guide girl (Purple clothed Guide at the front of the square).

1st/2nd op: Tutorials

3rd op: Daily Events (These 3 changes daily every 12 JST for event titles written over your name. This is simple, choose conditions and stuff to do, clear it, obtain the title, equip it from the library from your house. These titles disappear in about several weeks. If you guys are interested, all the title descriptions are written [url="http://mhfwiki.jpn.ph/?%BE%CE%B9%E6%A1%A6%C4%CC%A4%EA%CC%BE%A1%A6%C3%CE%CC%BE%C5%D9#n32a6f9f"]here[/url], just use a translator to figure it out ^^)

4th op: Recurring HLC (For weekly Luck/Carving Charm presents if you do pay monthly)

5th op: Long Play Stamps

=>1st op > 1st op: HL red Stamp

=>2nd op > 1st op: EX green Stamp

=>3rd op > 1st op: HL Stamp Exchange (8 red stamps = 5 HLC tix + 8 blue stamps)

This is how one would obtain that 4 year Volganos Hammer over the span of 48+48+48+48 blue stamps:

=>Accumulate 48 Blue stamps from HL tix exchange

=>Exchange for 1 Yearly Ticket

=>Go to 特別クエスト > 肉球コイン・年間特典 > 年間特典クエスト1年目　and turn that ticket in to end the quest, to get 11x 感謝の証 (Note: You just need one tix to create. I'm guessing they gave 11 to give it to all your alts, if you have any) to create the Nana Blade GS

=>Max or semi-max that Nana GS (Since maxing it is a pain)

 

=>Accumulate another 48 Blue stamps from HL tix exchange

=>Exchange for 1 Yearly Ticket

=>Go to　特別クエスト > 肉球コイン・年間特典 > 年間特典クエスト2年目 (depending what your Nana GS is)　with your Nana GS equipped and turn that ticket in to end the quest, to get 11x 感謝の証Ⅱ to create the Akamu Lance

=>Max that Akamu Lance

 

=>Accumulate yet another 48 Blue stamps from HL tix exchange

=>Exchange for 1 Yearly Ticket

=>Go to 特別クエスト > 肉球コイン・年間特典 > 年間特典クエスト3年目　with your maxed Akamu Lance equipped and turn that ticket in to end the quest, to get 11x 感謝の証Ⅲ to create the Volganos Hammer

 

=>Accumulate yet another 48 Blue stamps from HL tix exchange

=>Exchange for 1 Yearly Ticket

=>Go to 特別クエスト > 肉球コイン・年間特典 > 年間特典クエスト4年目　with your maxed Volganos Hammer equipped and turn that ticket in to end the quest, to get 11x 感謝の証Ⅳ to create the Akura Vashimu/Jebia DS

 

Note: You only need one ticket to create each weapon. You get 11 just in case you either want to make the same weapon unupgraded or give the same weapons to your Alts, if you have any (with the help of EX course of course).

Upgrading Equipment

==================================

To upgrade any of these equipment, you need to obtain 肉球のコイン　「Paw Coins」.

 

You need to first farm クエスト達成証 「Quest Achievement Proofs」 by doing any of the following Arena quests under 特別クエスト > 肉球コイン・年間特典. The harder it is, the more proofs you can obtain per quest. The easiest one to farm are Gizamis. Here are the quests that you can do:

 

肉球のコインを求めて（HR1～）

アイルー10匹・メラルー20匹の討伐：達成証1枚

10 Airu + 20 Melynx, Reward: 1 Proof

 

肉球のコインを追いかけて（HR11～）

バサルモス1頭の狩猟：達成証2枚

Hunt Basarios, Reward: 2 Proofs

 

肉球のコインを夢見て（HR31～）

ショウグンギザミ1匹の狩猟：達成証3枚

Hunt Shogun Gizami, Reward: 3 Proofs

 

肉球のコインを探して(HR51～）

イャンガルルガ1頭の狩猟：達成証5枚

Hunt Yian Garuga, Reward: 5 Proofs

 

Once you have the Quest Proofs, you can bring those to exchange for the 肉球のコイン　「Paw Coins」 of your choice. There is a turn 3 in for 3 coin quest (to speed things up), and a turn 1 in for 1 coin quest under 特別クエスト > 肉球コイン・年間特典. Here are all the available coins, and you should match it with what you want depending on what you need for the upgrade:

肉球のコイン・鉛：HR31～ (namari)

肉球のコイン・鉄：HR51～ (tetsu)

肉球のコイン・胴：HR61～ (hagane)

肉球のコイン・鋼：HR71～ (dou)

肉球のコイン・銀：HR81～ (gin)

肉球のコイン・金：HR91～ (kin)

 

Summary:

All you need to do is farm quest proofs > match the coin that you need with the paw coin quest name > bring quest proofs to turn in the box > receive coins in the rewards screen

 

Note: Some of the newer armor pieces might require the HR 91 item 肉球のメダル 「Metal Paw Coin」 to max. You need to do the HR 91 Frontier quest: 肉球のメダル交換【氷狐竜】, by turning in 1, 2, or 3 upper Dhura scales (氷狐竜の上鱗).

 

As of Forward .2, you can now exchange 5 Quest Proofs into 5 Paw Coins of your choice without doing a quest. All you need to do is talk to Mizuki (My Series Girl in yellow) and choose the 3rd option. She will be able to trade them to you automatically.
