Physical Superiority: Choose an aspect of your body that is better than average: such as strong legs, fast wings, or sharp eyes. Lowers your minimum roll for related tasks by 1 [Eyes]
Flaws:
Feeble: You are rather weak and frail. You cannot carry heavy loads and all melee attacks have a -1 crit range against you (crit on 10 become crit on 9)
Put into Trances: You cannot use melee attacks of any type, nor attack people who are in melee range of you.
Too Tall: You are a giant among your other races, and you have trouble fitting into places, caves, etc. and using things made for your kind.

Skills:
Griffon Flight: Griffons can fly, and have a +1 bonus to divebomb attacks from high altitude. This is about as taxing as running at full speed.
Marksman Shot: recharge 3, requires ranged weapon; autocrits (any success is critical)
Vantage Point: passive; grants you a +1 bonus to all attacks in combat until you roll any failure. You can use an action to roll 8+ to regain this bonus.
Stealth: become hidden. Enemies cannot attack you until you reveal yourself.
Alignment: True Neutral
