Ah told ya ah'm fine!" "Applejack, there's no way that you're alright. You have huge bags under your eyes and you can't even walk straight!" >The stubborn pony stomps her hoof on the ground to reassure her statement, even though there's nothing in the world that will make you believe a single word of it. >You let out a large sigh, placing a palm over your face due to dissapointment over her attitude. >She did the same thing with Twilight, but apparently the lesson passed through her ear and came out the other. >My my, what a stubborn pony she is. >"T-That doesn't matter, I just pulled a muscle!" >And as always, she does the more predictable lies possible. No point trying to argue with her. She probably knows that her lies are ridiculous. >Her emerald colored eyes turn to the corner, looking away from you while she scrunches her mouth. It must be a habit, since she does it everytime she tells something other than the truth. >You ignore her comment and proceed to convince her to stop working, for at least a day. >"No can't do, Anon! Now leave me alone, I gotta catch up on the time I lost!" >Applejack turns around and does her routine of bucking an apple tree down, but with how exhausted she is, only a single apple fell down, and it was her. >Her face is filled with anger, obviously because she can't work anymore. >But in a matter of a second, she looks down. >She doesn't even bother to look at you because she knows that you are right. She sure needs a break. >"Ah...Ah guess ya right. Ah do need a break..." >By how she is right now, she looks so defeated. Which is a shame because it is not what you want out of her. >You have to do something to make it up to her, but what? "Look AJ, I know you're sad and everything but...is there anything I can do to make it up to you?" You say in an apologetic tone. >"Ah don't know mahself, anything is fine." She replies, taking an attempt to get back up. >The nice gentleman that you are, you extend your hand so that she grabs it. >She gets back up with the help of your hand. Her green eyes are staring at you, waiting for you to come up with an idea. >Eventually, you do. "Well, I do have some movies at home, if you want to watch some of them." >AJ's face brightens up with a light smile, nodding at your suggestion. >"It ain't somethin' Ah would mind." >And with that, she's ready to follow you to your residence. >That is, if she isn't shaking from her weak hooves. >Fortunately, you have an idea for her condition. >You turn around and kneel down, spreading your arms slightly. >"Uh...What in the Tar'nation?" "C'mon AJ, I'll give you a piggy back ride." >"Anon It ain't because ah can't work ah can't walk!" >Oh not this shit again. >Now what she said does makes sense, actually. >But you know it isn't the case, she barely can stand up on her own. >Her hooves shakes at every second that is passing by. >You stand back up and turn around once more. >You pretend like she's right and decide to walk to the destination. >At a slow pace, Applejack is behind you, trying her hardest to trot properely without tripping or falling down. >You didn't give her the benefit of the doubt in the slightest, but you pretend like you do. >After she groans a couple times from putting pressure onto her hooves, you look at her. >Stopping your walk, AJ does the same and looks at you with a confused look. >"Now whatcha doin', Sugacube?" >No response coming from your mouth. Although you did find another way to respond. >You go up to her and wrap your hands around her forelegs. >"H-Hey now!" >Lifting her up, she gets placed onto your shoulder. >"Ah told you Ah'm fine! now put me down!" >Damn, she really is resilient today. >That isn't going to stop you anytime soon, but you do wonder how long she will go with this attitude. >You remain silent, proceeding to walk to your house. >As much as AJ barks at you to put her down, she certainly didn't bite. >She eventually sighs in annoyance, trying to convince you one last time. >"Anon, ah can walk by myself, my hooves are starting to feel better." >Nope, this is not going to happen again. >You got to say, that she certainly is quite a heavy pony for her height. It is causing a strain on your neck and shoulder. >Fortunately, your house is in front of you, all you need to do is get your keys out of your pocket and unlock that doorknob.
