Race: Qilin[mechanically Griffon]
 
Griffon Flight: Griffons can fly, and have a +1 bonus to divebomb attacks from high altitude. This is about as taxing as running at full speed.
 
Falcon Burst: passive;Natural reflexes give you the advantage when faced with immediate danger. Your first attack in combat is Instant in addition to its other properties.

Skills:
 
Calm Until Provoked: You may never take an offensive action until hit in combat. After that, you gain +2 and Autocrit to all rolls for one turn, and may act normally afterwards. Outside combat, you may apply this to anyone who is outright hostile to you.
 
Wrath: recharge 2, spell, ranged; damage all nearby foes with a powerful blast, ensuring they cannot attack you on the next round; renders targets helpless on 9+ and can kill weak enemies on a crit.
 
Heal: recharge 1, spell, ranged; restores target’s hits to full and restores one wound, or removes all status effects. Crit restores 2 wounds, crit fail deals a wound of damage to the target.
 
 
Inventory:
 
A pair of heavy steel censers connected with a chain, always levitating somewhere around Qian and filling the air with fragrant vapour. In a time of need, they serve the role of a meteor hammer. [Catalyst][Weapon, Dual tag]
 
Character Traits:
A Qilin, so in other words equine body, top of head, back and tail covered with dragon scales, deer legs and antlers, dragon pony head. Long whiskers moving like they were submerged in water. Body occasionally combusts spontaneously. The creature never dares to step on a living being, often electing to levitate or just walk on air.
 
White coat and mane, golden yellow-reddish scales.
 
Tian Qian is a faithful servant of the Emperor of pony China, sent to learn about faraway lands to see if the Celestial Order is maintained there properly.
 
Likes: most living creatures, the Emperor, all just and wise rulers, leading by example, teaching, visiting new places, making friends, learning new things, incense, good tea, delivering heavenly justice to evildoers(maybe even a bit too much)
 
Hates: evildoers, violence against anyone but evildoers, those not imbued with the Tao, those who don't know their place, adventurers, poor etiquette
