The project titled Dark Skyes -- an EPIC brony dating sim

impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of the Company.

The project is also misrepresenting their ability to deliver additional art from the artist, who has since left the project due to the controversy:

There is also strong indication they intend to violate the following guideline of 'What is not allowed?':
 
No offensive material (hate speech, etc); pornographic material; or projects endorsing or opposing a political candidate.

There are several more admissions of a plan to make a pornographic game throughout the rest of the video.
 
The youtube account that posted this video has claimed to be behind the Kickstarter project, and there is ample evidence of their involvement, collected and explained here:
