Obviously, she knew about the technological advancements that have been circling around as of late. The creations that have been a benefit to Equestrian society. Seeing the all powerful Celestia unable to comprehend the holographic images before them both was something to surely remember. Trying to dissect this technology with her thousands of years of experience. It told Twilight how a long life doesn’t mean much sometimes.       “It’s alright Princess, this type of technology is too much for anypony to get at once.”       Celestia phased through the holographic images, her head poking out from it while it concealed her body. “And you’re going to try and get that much information from Equestria of all places? That is surely a daunting task.”       Twilight scratched her head, even though it was going to be a difficult task, she still believed in her friends and what they were capable of. The only problem was how long it would take to gather that much information from a large planet like this. Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to have just six ponies on the job.       “Hmm, I’m going to need more than just my friends.” she said while holding her chin. “But, where am I going to get that many ponies to span over all of Equestria?”       Princess Celestia emerged and closed in on her pupil. Raising her large wing, she brought her close to whisper something near.       “Don’t worry Twilight, You’ve done so much over the span of a few years. I believe that this is perfect for the likes of your friends, and you of course.”       Twilight felt confidence grow within herself. The doubts plaguing her mind now compliant and quiet. She had defeated Discord, saved Ponyville countless times. Charting the world isn’t something that should be so difficult compared to a chaos entity and other threats. The only worry would be if things could stay unthreatened for the time they were doing this. It wasn’t like they didn't’ have enough to deal with.       “Princess, will you be able to handle things while we are gone?”       The doors to the royal hall quickly opened with a painful screech. Somepony ran forward, garnering the attention of both princesses. It seemed to be a soldier without his helmet on, he was out of breath and armor dented deeply.       “What happened, are you hurt?” said Princess Celestia with as the soldier caught whatever breath he could manage.       “Th-the-they’re all dead… all of them…” he muttered in an exhausted tone.       Twilight left Celestia’s wing and went forward to the frightened warrior.       “Please, you have to do something! It’s coming…!”       Twilight looked at him, so much confusion and fear. It nearly infected her mind as well.       “What is your name?” she asked.       He coughed while tears dripped from his eyes. Sorrow emanating from every orifice of his face.       “Ugh, I don’t know what it was, but it just came like a blur.” he said while wiping the snot from his snout. “My name is Rear Guard, and I’m the only survivor of the Coast Patrol. I saw them all, we were just playing a card game and a second later they were all ripped to shreds. The wind was so powerful that it cut them in pieces. I could only run as fast as I could.”       Twilight stared at the forlorn pony before her. “What did you see!?” The warrior gasped for breath, not from exhaustion, but of incredible fear. He was almost to the point of dropping to the ground.    “What did you see, Soldier!?” she asked again.   He grabbed her face and made it close to hers, his eyes stretched open, his teeth gritting against each other.   “it was… “   Suddenly, a powerful blast came from the window near. The pieces flew from the broken glass, it hit right into the side of Rear Guard’s head, stabbing into his brain instantly killing him. Twilight jumped back from the force of the glass and crawled away. From what was destroyed, one could see a massive green tornado from outside of the Castle.   Celestia watched the tornado like anomaly outside with a fearful gaze.       “Alright, Twilight, looks like you’ll get your opportunity to see for yourself.” Celestia outstretched her wings, ready to contend with this new threat. “Luna! come!”       Luna came through the double doors, ready to combat any threat..       “What is it we must contend with now, Sister?” she said.       “Something appropriately dangerous, we must go.”       The two flew up and broke the ceiling while Twilight watched them.
