I am looking for valid partners for my project: A pony-based Online Survival RPG.   I actually wanted to seek for partners after i had already put together some basic stuff but I realised that alone i wasn't going anywhere. I won't give out many details in here, just if you have any of the skills listed below and/or you are interested in knowing more please join the IRC or send me an eMail with a little presentation and the reason you would like to join in short.   I am looking for:   >General skills (Required for everything): >Being able to use IRC and Teamspeak. >Having an email you check often. >Being able to speak and write in fluent english. >Being able to keep a decent working pacing (Having a good amount of free time) >Being at least 16 and not being a manchild.   >Client Dev: >Having decent C# or Javascript knowledge. >Being able to familiarize with wichever engine the team picks (Unity3D being the most likely nominee) >Being able to communicate and work together with the guys from the ServerCore Dev.   >ServerCore Dev: >Having decent knowledge of C++. >Having good knowledge of SQL Syntax and how a SQL database works. >Having some slight background experience with gameservers >Being able to communicate and work together with the guys from the Client Dev.   >Worldbuilding Team: >Knowing heightmaps and worldbuilding basics. >Being able to communicate your needs and work together with the art team. >Being Creative and artistic // This IS important.   >3D Art Graphic Team: >Being able to shape decent 3D inanimated objects models (Houses rocks and shit) >Or/And Being able to shape decent character models (Something like the ones from the crappy gameloft iphone game is a good reference, altough we need something that doesn't look retarded from the front.) >Being able to build decent animations (Only required for the 2nd point) >Being able to keep a decent working pacing x2. >Being Creative and artistic // This IS important.   >2D Art Graphic Team: //I have little personal knowledge about this. >Being able to draw decent cartoon gameobject textures AND/OR terrain textures.
