-Appearance: Normally dressed in a high collared white jacket, this blue-furred, black maned pony transforms into a blue spandex suite with a large, white V on the front, along with a shark shaped helmet, white scarf, and yellow badge on his chest.
Weapon: Vulcan Stick: Shoots water, acts as a baton, used as a catalyst for magic, and plenty of other stuff. Appears when needed or called.
