Blackjack Economy
 
Let me address to you a pressing concern
that has wracked this nation from bow to stern
Despite our best efforts, we're not getting anywhere
And the ones who matter are the ones who don't care
 
We've lost life and limb just to stay afloat
And things might go smoother if we had a bigger boat
We're deeper in debt and we're shorter on men
And if this keeps up, we'll have to do it again

I've seen bombers and assassins make the six o'clock news
But we're so apathetic that we sit back and snooze

They  make you think that they care about you
Cause when civilians die, they lose their voters, too
