Pennant is a shorter than average, young adult earth pony with a reddish brown coat, green eyes and white mane. He likes to wear white, with the exception of the
 
family heirloom scarf given to him by his brother False Flag after he figured it "wasn't his style". Hes a friendly colt, but can be annoying especially when asked
 
given an oportunity to discuss his favorite topic, the ancient warriors of the lost empire of Japon. His prized posession is a expertly crafted replica of a Japony
 
Nodachi sword, which he spent most of his teenhood saving up for. He also has a pendant which he uses to 'vanish' and 'appear' (Silenced Wink and Stealth)
 
Background:
His two hobbies are enchanting, (which is his goal to obtain a degree in) and reading about the Japony which he enjoys both the history and folklore of. He's inspired
 
by the tales of the brave warrior caste who follow a strict set of morals and codes that manage to obtain victory through bravery when faced with much larger, stronger
 
and well equipped opponents. His other favorite stories are of the shadow assasins of Japon who use cunning and stealth to take down foes with much greater power. He
 
plans on being an enchanter after wanting to follow his older brother's footsteps of learning non-unicorn based magic and realised he could not keep a steady hoof to
 
pass the entry exam into the University's school of Runelore and Runemagic.
