On one side of the room, is some kind of stand with three oval-shaped mirrors. >On the stand, is a horse-shaped mannequin. There are a few identical mannequins on the other side of the room. >So, Rarity is a dressmaker? >And, judging by the sketches on a nearby desk, a designer, too... >Rarity opens a drawer, and levitates a small notepad, a quill, and a yellow strip of measuring tape out of it.. >"This will take but a minute, Anon." >The tape floats towards you, and wraps around your waist. >Under the influence of a blue aura, the quill writes something on the notepad. >"Mhm!" >The tape slithers around your body, like a snake, wrapping itself around you and pausing every few moments while Rarity makes notes. The tape tickles a little. >"Aaaaaand, we're done!" >The tape slips off of you, and falls to the ground, no longer surrounded by Rarity's magic aura. >"Now! Why don't you tell me what kind of clothes you'd like?" "Uh... Ones that are... Comfortable? I'd like them to be as unrestricting as possible." >"Yes, yes, and?" "And..." >You look at the clothes you're wearing. You always liked these, and thought they suited you rather well.   "...I'd like it if they weren't too different from the clothes I'm wearing at the moment. With the same colour scheme, if that's okay." >"Sure, sure, that's no problem at all." "Alright, then. Thank you, Miss Rarity." >"You're most welcome! Now, your new clothes will be ready by tomorrow morning. You can drop by whenever you please, I'll be in all day." "Okay. You know... I really wish I could pay you somehow, Miss Rarity, but I doubt the money I'm carrying would be worth anything to anyone in Equestria..." >"Oh, don't you worry about that, darling. A new set of clothes is the least I can do for you. Though, if you'd like, you can do me one little favor..." "Of course. How might I assist you?" >"Just give me a moment... It's around here somewhere..." >Rarity briefly looks around the room, before noticing an unknown object on the floor covered by a sheet of orange fabric. >"Aha!" >The sheet is lifted into the air by a blue aura, revealing a small red box with a purple ribbon. >Rarity drops the sheet, and levitates the box over to you. >"Just take this back to the library with you, and give it to Spike." >You reach out, and take a hold of the box. The aura disappears. "Will do, Miss Rarity."   >"Thank you, Anon." "Hmhm, You too." >You and Applejack say goodbye to Rarity, and head out the door. >The sun is now nowhere to be seen. The temperature has dropped slightly, and the wind has died down again. >The sky has gone from orange, to a nice purple. The moon has appeared, and there are many stars visible. >Night time arrived sooner than you were expecting. Does time pass more quickly in Equestria? >"Nice night, ain't it, Anon?" "Indeed, it is. Much better than last night... it's not cold, or raining, or anything." >You and Applejack start walking. >By now, all the ponies have settled into their homes. The village is almost silent, though you can still hear quiet, muffled voices from inside some of the houses. >Applejack moves a little closer to you. >"So... Anon..." "...Yes, Miss Applejack?" >"Have yah really never seen a talkin' p0ny until today?" "Nope. Not until I met you this morning... I must say, you really surprised me." >"Hmhm... Ah didn't give yah a fright, did Ah, Anon?" "Uh... No, you didn't, Hmhm." >"So... What exactly are yah, anyway, Anon? Ah'm mighty curious... Yer like nothin' Ah'v ever laid eyes on." "I'm a human."   >Applejack gives you a confused look. >"Hm... Ah ain't never heard of those before." "...That doesn't surprise me." >"...Why? Are yah some kinda rare, endangered species or somethin'?" "Oh, no, not at all... Quite the opposite. There just don't seem to be any other humans living anywhere near Equestria..." >"Yah sayin' they all live somewhere... Really far away?" "...To be honest, I'm not sure. It seems to me that I'm not even in the same world as I was in yesterday, so, I really don't know what to tell you." >"Hmm... So, uh, yer homeland. What's it like?" "Well..." >You spend a few minutes telling Applejack about where you live. She listens with interest, only making a few short comments and asking one or two questions. >Applejack is astonished to hear that your country, which you described as "A rather small Island", has a total population of more than sixty million people. >"How do ya'll manage tah grow enough food fer everyone?" "With some difficulty." >Unsurprisingly, she "Ain't never heard of no Europe...". >This just about confirms it. >You're not on planet earth anymore.   >You've now reached the path that leads out of P0nyville, and towards Applejack's farm. >You and Applejack come to a halt. >"Well..." >"...Ah'd best be gettin' home. Ah'v got quite a story for the family, hmhm. Yah sure ya'll be able to find yer way back to the Library?" "Mhm. What about you, Miss Applejack? Will you be alright, walking home by yourself? I could walk you home, if you'd like." >"Oh, Ah'll be fine, Anon. Ah don't wanna keep you out too long. You just go on back to Twahlite's house, and don't worry about little old me." "Alright, then, I won't worry. Goodnight, Miss Applejack." >"Night, Anon." >Applejack begins walking down the path, then pauses after a few steps, and turns back to you. >By the moon's light, her green eyes shine faintly, exuding admiration and gratitude. >"And, uh... thanks, again. Hmhm." >You're suddenly feeling a lot warmer inside. >After watching Applejack trot down the path and out of P0nyville, you continue on your way.   >As you approach the library, you see a familiar shape through the front window. >It's Twilight. She looks like she's reading a book. >She notices you, and smiles. She waves a hoof, then moves from the window. >A few seconds later, the door opens. There stands Twilight.
