"Yeah"
"She's just so... awesome"
"Yeah"
"I'm going to ask her out tomorrow"
"Yea- what?"
>Elusive's head swung around to stare at Blitz.
"You? Go out with her? Please"
>Blitz's head turned as well.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"She is obviously a lady of refined tastes waiting for a dashing knight to pull her out of her low life! Like me for instance"
>Blitz's eyes rolled.
"Oh gag me. She'd totally go out with the most eligible bachelor in Ponyville over anyone else"
"Just right. So she'd go out with me"
"No, that's me!"
>The two heads collided as the stallions glared at each other, pushing each other to try and get a dominant position.
>Their conflict was interrupted by a pair of orange limbs throwing themselves over their withers.
>"Now what would you two happen ta be arguin' about?"
 
>Four eyes moved down to the limbs and then back up to the face of the stallion towering above them.
>Elusive gulped and tried to move back, only for the strong leg to pull him back.
>"Ya'll wouldn't happen to be havin' untoward thoughts about my sister, would ya'll?"
"O-of course not Applejack! I would never have such thoughts about a member of your family! Ahah"
"I don't know about 'untoward', but me and Elusive were talkin- oof, what was that for?!"
"Ahahah, silly Blitz, just ignore him!"
>Applejack gave both a hard stare for a few more moments before nodding.
>"Ah'm glad we have an understandin'"
>With that Applejack began moving off while Elusive gave a sigh of relief and Blitz just looked confused.
"I'm still going to score that-"
"Oh lord"
