Character traits:
Flicker is usually motherly, curious, and cheerful, though sometimes inappropriately so. She enjoys taking care of and protecting others, though sometimes at her own risk. She was exiled from her home city after word got out that she was attempting to learn telepathy from a despised wizard. She lived a short while nearby innawoods with her husband and two children, but she got separated from them during the confusion when the city was destroyed during one of Ashon's botched contracts. She travels the world looking for either any sign of their survival, or for the ponies responsible for their deaths.
The only real way of roasting her jeromes is to silently sneak up on her (+4 Perception lel), or to ask about her family. She tends to get defensive and quiet when questioned about them, or when asked about a time she failed to anticipate a threat. She is also susceptible to descending into an episode of paranoia when she can't see a target, or someone gets jumped on her watch.
Appearance: Sandy coat with a short, light green mane and green eyes.
Note to DM: for the sake of smooth dialogue, Flicker can lip-read decently well in order to garner basic ideas in conversation. Complex ideas or anything requiring a roll is lost on me.
