go to lulu.com
make an account, then click on the 'my projects' thing on the top right of the main webpage
create a new project

have the book files ready, in each folder there is a source.zip and printReady.zip. The source.zip contains the original source files I uploaded.
The printReady.zip contains the files lulu automatically formatted to get ready for print, so I would recommend uploading those files.
If you are not satisfied with the cropping of the covers because it is kind of sloppy, I have included the .xcf (gimp) files as well as the original files
another anon uploaded a while ago. Keep in mind that lulu has bleed for the edges of the cover, which is why they look like shit on the very edges, because
the far edges will get cut off in the final print.

print book/print your book/input book details
For book details I did: 
interior color: black & white standard
paper type: 60# cream
book binding: paperback
cover finish: glossy

for equine delicacies:
interior color: color standard (you will want color for this book)
paper type: 80# coated white
everything else is the same

the actual books are available for purchase on amazon, but I threw in the pdfs/epubs in case you wanted them.
