Defeating the Galactic Empire all by herself (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0MDEpIi_Bs) drained Twily's magic quite a lot. She needs to recharge. She needs to supercharge.
As a thank you for being so awesome, I wanted to help her with this, and I happened to listen to the perfect music while she plugged herself into the friendship socket. And all the electricity generated by Derpy here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GD6sS9NANlQ helps supercharging the process.

Everything is easier with the right music ... and friendship; working together.


I had to do the usual synchronizing acrobatics to help keep the energy flowing.
I played the original animation using Flash player and digitally recorded it off the screen and then figured out there is a complete repeat at exactly one minute. I set the input fps to 207 in order to sync the animation to the music's 138 bpm and this time output to 30 fps.

(One way to get seamless loop play is to use XMPlay with these xm module files. The modules often have loop segments integrated and XMPlay can play them correctly.)


I wanted to publish this in its native 640x480 resolution, but Youtube messed up the quality. I tried to recreate the same compression on my computer, but it still looked way better than what Youtube presented. It's crazy, because even Youtube's 360p of this 16:9 version looks better than the initial 640x480.
