This is from the last episode of G3 MLP. Specifically G3.5 special. This episode came with a Ferris Wheel Toy and the wheel was owned by pinkie pie. Not too bad of an episode. In fact, the artwork is virtually identical to G4, just different ponies and slightly more detailed.
