Love the flower garnish on the horn.

I still question how the mother can live with all of its organs removed. Other than that its a pretty well done story.

Watching your own children being eaten strait out of your innards and there's nothing you can do but watch and only wish for death. Bravo Ginger and kudos to mwike for the illustration you two should collaborate more often.

To be honest, for all we know, he cleaned the Mother out, shortly before serving the soup in it.

^@Yorec; Fine...the digestive system, kidneys and liver have been removed. The heart & lungs remain. With those Fluffy can live long enough to keep the stew warm during the tasting. I just assumed the audience could figure that out on their own without going into medical-text level detail.

If I did see this in real life, to see something suffer that horribly, it would be enough to drive me over the edge and make whoever is responsible to suffer a far worse fate, but it's only fiction and I love what a dark piece of art a talented artist and writer could make together. ~Shaggy

Isn't soup normally served at higher than body temperature? If the body heat is keeping it warm, it must only be lukewarm to begin with.

Also, the picture doesn't exactly look like there's room for heart and lungs.

@fluff474

I presume that the actual stew is piping hot and that the mother's body heat is acting as an insulator and keeping it from getting cold.

Me? No, I'm just making a guess. Although sometimes if the mood strikes me I guess I can "enjoy" an abuse fic.

They'd die pretty much instantly when the stew was poured in. The pressure of the fluid would collapse the lungs and cause congestive heart failure.

Fluffy foal stew that's interesting, how did he get the fluff off the mare and the foals?

Honestly, it's such an orgy of cruelty that it's hard to feel one way or the other about it. It seems to cross a line from abuse for the abuse gods into parody, like Swift's A Modest Proposal

Parrots talk. And we eat them, right?
Maybe it just learned to talk as a parlour trick. Like Fry.

I'll abuse them, feed them to others...love them....

But not...eat them....

A ... bowl of stew ... made from new born fwuffy foals ... the bowl itself being the mother, still alive.

Why does it sound so ... delicious?

@IpersonallylikedCupcakes

Those aren't new borns, those are the same foals that were nursing in the top panel, and they appeared to be a couple weeks old before they were defluffed and bolded alive.

If this were any other animal, I would IMMEDIATELY call the cops and punch out the ones responsible.

If fluffy ponies are real and I saw this, I would applaud and try some.

i´ve seen Lobster Sashimi, and the Lobster is still alive, this is not so farfetched if i say so

not so much much of a good fic, but some of it clicked some ideas for some meals, fuck my chef mind, i guess pork could be good substitute for some of those

Is the foals boiled in the mother's milk?

I would like to see mwike make a picture of a restaurant making and serving fluffy foal stew...

one more thing, were the foals boiled in front of the mother, or while the mother was being prepared (due to time constraints)?

It's not stated in the story itself, but Ginger Fig did write that fluffies taste best when they're killed while they're in a fearful state. What better way to induce terror in a fluffy dam by slaughtering her "babehs" right in front of her?
