^@Yorec; Fine...the digestive system, kidneys and liver have been removed. The heart & lungs remain. With those Fluffy can live long enough to keep the stew warm during the tasting. I just assumed the audience could figure that out on their own without going into medical-text level detail. |

Isn't soup normally served at higher than body temperature? If the body heat is keeping it warm, it must only be lukewarm to begin with.
Also, the picture doesn't exactly look like there's room for heart and lungs. |

Those aren't new borns, those are the same foals that were nursing in the top panel, and they appeared to be a couple weeks old before they were defluffed and bolded alive. |

It's not stated in the story itself, but Ginger Fig did write that fluffies taste best when they're killed while they're in a fearful state. What better way to induce terror in a fluffy dam by slaughtering her "babehs" right in front of her? |
