OK, an idea that isn't football:
How's about an episode from the future, like when Pound and Pumpkin are child-age, and the CMC are all grown up? I recently had an idea of a Hatfields/McCoy-esque feud between the Apples and the Cakes. The episode would be about an annual celebration of the feud coming to an end, and the Cakes and Apples tell the story of their feud to their younger kin. The two halves of the story gradually separate as they delve further into the past, to the point that neither side can agree on just what started the feud, and they start fighting again. Just as everypony is about to restart the feud, the Cake children talk sense into them, saying that it doesn't matter what started the feud, only that it's over, and to enjoy their newfound friendship. Oh, and Pinkie Pie was the reason the feud ended. |
