I never understood analyses, because they're so subjective.
It's like me saying Rarity is so focused on being high-society because her "hick" parents repressed any sort of behavior that seemed too good for them. Her background would also be why she had a hard time being friends with AJ for a while. |

the Amish don't reject technology they simply choose not to use anything they can't make themselves. Unless it required by law, that's why there horse carriage have turning lights. Or if its a life and death situation
also you can choose not to follow there ways there is a different between rejecting and knowing about it and choosing not to for the PA one anyway |

Interesting theory, although it does make a few rather harsh assumptions on the part of Pinkie's family, demonstrates a somewhat lacking understanding of the Amish community, and hinges entirely on Pinkie being an unreliable narrator.
While I don't agree with all of it, it does make an interesting story. |

I do not disagree I bleave PP has deep emotinal issues under her happy extrior but a few problems with it
1. who says PP never visits her family it took ages to see rarities family and if PP's familey do not live in ponyville there is no reasion to show her visiting them in an ep 2. fluttershy obviousley has a job she works healing creatures and in incharge of the anual bunny cencus I asume she is some sort of vet/ park ranger. 3. who says other mane6 own there houses. AJ lives on her famileys farm with her siblings and her granny. twilight lives in a flat above her library goverment building and therefor goverment flat. rarity owns a shop with a flat it is a bissness premiss she lives above not a house. and RD has had sevral diffrent desines of house maby she rents and has moved a lot or maby cloud houses are less perment and therefor very cheep. |
