I still don't know why Rarity has an accent while the rest of her family does not. Well they have an accent too but nothing like Rarity's. |

Since Rarity's accent can be described as "typical upper-crusty," many people think that it's just an affectation she puts on to sound more high-class. It would be funny if her natural Mannesota accent comes out involuntarily when she says certain words.
