It is in fact about FiM. A cursory google search indicated that it is a collection of fanfictions submitted by the community.

@B2C - I did look it up. The excerpts I read don't seem to be anything FiM-specific, though. All I see is the mention of bronies and pegasisters, and the rest seems to be generic horse-related stories. |
