If you're worried about getting a character's personality right in these interviews, I'd suggest watching an episode or two that focuses on them (if you don't do that already), so that their traits are a bit more fresh in your mind.
Twilight seems to be pretty recognizable here, she has a large amount of respect for the Princess and the written word and you show that pretty well here. If there's one trait of hers I'd say is missing it would be her "adorkableness", but I attribute that more to the questions asked than your writing.
