My own predictions are simple.
- Spike will have another episode for himself and he will sprout wings to solve the epilogue's crisis. The wings will stay for the rest of the season, Celestia will reveal some key elements of Spike's past. - Dr Whooves will be made canon through a series of funny background events and some off-key lines, such as "Pears are rubbish, I hate pears but I like bananas. Bananas are good." He will have no impact on the story, but on the last episode of the season we will discover that his apparently "silly" background scenes were actually key events where he (and Derpy) prepared things for Twilight and Celestia's sake to give them a better chance against the season's finale antagonist. Only the audience will realize this, Twi and Celestia will never figured out who was helping them. Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Applejack's parents will be introduced or at least menctioned. Luna will have two episoded for herself and that's all. (One of them will be a flashback of the fateful day when she became NightmareMoon.) |
