Actually Maya, that's me being calm... And I am serious. It's a damn drawing, she is not killing the Pope, raping a kitten, or burning a newborn baby, so the fact it has a penis or not shouldn't be all that big of a deal. Hell, I am almost tempted to go to Moonstuck, grab all the pics and add dicks everywhere to see what happens. If an author is drawing, and you think it's wrong, say it outright and help the artist, the silly "oh god, XXXX is drawing porn now" is the stupidest thing in the world because it doesn't matter, even Dr. Seuss drew naked woman and I don't see how his children books suddenly became erotic as well. It is idiotic from the haters, it's idiotic from the fans, it's idiotic from the perverts, and it's idiotic from the artists who shouldn't even bat an eye to that sort of stuff. Anyhow, overall, it's a rather "meh" work. Pose and expression is quite good, same goes for lineart. The actual genital design can be discussed, female parts are... "meh" at best, male are slightly better, still quite on the "~eh" edge. As for the whole *gasp* factor. I don't see what the big fuzz is. I was more shocked when Cartoonlion went over to just drawing cheap cock jokes and penis semi-glorifying artwork after being the one that started giving female anatomy respect. (if she still does that, I haven't really noticed in the piles of cocks she does. And yes, I know she can fully well draw that if she likes, it just feels like an EA games dick move when they throw in all their "casual" shit we don't want in said games they now own. |
