1.) I can't account for all diaper fetishists, but my preferences include messing diapers, and since it appears I'm one of the few major contributors to this kind of pony art you'll find a lot of the pics involve messing in diapers. 2.) If you read the story that this links to (which actually, I don't think you should do), then you'd find the answer is yes, they are AB/DLs. |

If you read any of the diaper fetish fiction in the community, you'll find that almost all of the characters have the fetish themselves, which shouldn't come as any surprise. |
